Great place! Loved the decoration, food and service. But we had an issue with a bad beer and it took forever and lots of awkward conversations for them to just swap it for a new beer.

This place is perfect to spend a lovely dinner with your friends or family. The ambient is super cozy, cocktails are really good and pizzas are at the same level of a real Roman pasta. Don’t miss your chance to visit it

Good enough service and food. Honestly I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the pizza, but it still was good. I just thought that it would be way better.

Despite this place having a slightly chain vibe the pizza, octopus dish and wine we shared were all excellent

Their specialty is Pizzas, but their selections of household cocktails are amazing. Also if you go, make yourself a favor and order the baba ghanouh!

This was our favorite place to eat in Viña del Mar when we stayed for the month of January 2022. I loved the gringa pizza and the sangria was some of the best I've ever had.

Nice flavours, good salads, but pizzas lacked of cheese.

No gluten free pizzas here (or anywhere in the area, as far as I know) but they do have very good salads. I had "la colorada" salad, which had a very fresh spring mix of lettuces including arugula, mixed with quinoa and topped with strawberries, pepitas, goat cheese. and balsamic vinegar. It was very good, and I would like to come back to try another salad. My husband really liked his "de las mechas" pizza. The nice light char marks on the puffy crust showed off the results of being baked in the restaurant's wood-burning oven. The smell of the caramelized onions and pulled beef was really enticing and he ate the whole thing, which is not usually something he does so it must have been delish. Service was a bit slow, but the outside patio was so lovely and the mix of seventies U.S. rock so wonderful we barely minded. We'll definitely come again.

Roberta's serves very good pizza, one of the best in town. Still, they do not have a kids menu, they do not have any soft drinks "zero" (meaning without sugar), and coffee came cold

Nice place away from the noise of more crowded streets. It feels cozy and the staff is really attentive. They have a reduced selection of craft beer, but the ones they have are really awesome. We had pizza and while it was good, the lack of real mozzarella cheese is felt. I do not give it 5 stars because our experience was ruined by rude patrons playing loud videos on their phones. It really didn't let us enjoy the soft reggae music that was on, or let us talk peacefully. The place was also kind of pricey for what they served. But we loved the waiters and the general feel of the place.

It is not as good as it used to be. We go there all the time. We have noticed a degradation in the dough and the cooking of the pizza. The absolute best pizzas we had was during the first months of opening. Maybe is the new oven. The ambiance is still very nice and waiters very kind with our family (4 kids and 2 dogs) ❤️

Pizza is AMAZING, so much like it really is in most places of the world, especially northern California. Definitely worth the price!! Service unfortunately, was disappointing! They did not bring my pizza and seemed to have forgotten us and it. They brought the drinks, the salad, and my husband's pizza. Just not mine. We were at the time the only people in the room. After finally getting the attention of someone by waving frantically at the glass window where the servers were talking amongst themselves outside; we got my pizza in the oven and I still had to wait for it to bake and be served to me. It was OUTSTANDING pizza and the absolute best I've had in Viña del Mar!! Yet, I will not go there again HUNGRY; as my expectation of being served the food I ordered did not appear to be the staff's primary goal.

Fresh good food. Quality ingredients and good service. Will be back 👍
