We were totally delighted with this place. From the chef coming out to greet us and giving us the suggestions we requested for the food, to the extremely attentive and orderly waiters. The place has a nice and warm Spanish atmosphere, with background music that transports you to your roots in Madrid. We ordered a seafood paella for two and I think I can certify that it is the best we have ever eaten. We recommend the garlic prawns, the sangria, the paella. Everything is exquisite!

Very good attention from Chef Jorge Martin Rojas who welcomed us, sat us at the table and talked to us about each dish, guiding us with recommendations. First they gave us some toasted rolls with aioli that I was honestly delighted with, then we ordered the tortilla with chorizo as a starter which was delicious, moist, the chorizo was very tasty and the onion was exquisite, I found a bit of raw egg white but it was impossible not to do it Unless the tortilla is super dry, the dish is highly recommended. We ordered the sirloin with Pedro Jaimenez, which is a sweet wine that gave a very interesting flavor to the dish, it was my favorite anyway, and a filet mignon that was very good, with a perfect 3/4 doneness with a reduction of red wine which for my taste was a little strong but I don't like wine very much so I imagine that if someone does, it was perfect, both with some very delicious potatoes and everything with a lot of sauce to soak the whole meal well . The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and the service was very good, as I mentioned, Chef Jorge was a 7, very attentive and the waiter was always concerned about serving us. The sangria was very good (even for me who doesn't like wine) and the experience was still great. Negative aspects; The place does not have a terrace, but it has a couple of tables on the sidewalk that is a little narrow, they serve inside on the second floor but 3 tables maximum per capacity, they are very responsible in that sense, the waiter brought us things to wrap the food to take away because he doesn't handle our food.

The food was very delicious, but the Chef's insistence that we order the dishes he wanted (Chef's suggestions) was quite uncomfortable, we ordered one of the recommended ones and tried the paella, which was in portions, but I don't know, he asked us how many per which arbitrarily brought 3 more than the dish ordered was excessive. His insistence on wanting us to ask for more things, when it was not necessary, became unpleasant.

(Translated by Google) Warm, friendly service. Beers and ice cold glasses, as appropriate. Finally someone who knows how to make a juicy Spanish omelette, with al dente potatoes. Perfect. We ordered some serrano croquettes, soft, delicious. A simple but comfortable place. We finished with a Catalan cream, good and some espressos. I'll be back soon for that Asturian bean stew, tripe and black rice.

This restaurant offers a culinary experience that seeks to recreate and rescue authentic flavors of the Iberian Peninsula. The entrance to the restaurant is welcoming and intuitive, with large spaces that invite you to share; decorations typical of the Basque country and an impressive gastronomic offer. The menu is extremely extensive, including the region and designation of origin of the products included in each dish to ensure the most inclusive transportation to Spain. In my personal experience, both the chef and the hostess were attentive to my comfort at all times, the cook himself was in charge of suggesting specialties as well as detailing their preparation and contents. To put the icing on the cake, they had an exquisite variety of vegetarian dishes that went far beyond a simple salad or French fries. On this occasion I tasted some exquisite pumpkin meatballs (? If I remember correctly, I was extremely satisfied. Honestly, the prices they charge for the extraordinary range of flavors they present are ridiculous. I recommend this place with closed eyes and I hope for its greatest success, congratulations.

I discovered this Spanish Restaurant about 4 years ago, it had exquisite dishes, very Iberian, and creative cuisine. Unfortunately it changed ownership and it is not even a shadow of what it was.

It's delicious! They have some chef's specialty dishes that are amazing! The sangria is one of the best I've ever had and the patatas bravas are really brave! We have been here 4 times and it is still one of our favorites in vineyard!

Be aware of the chef, as he makes recommendations to order a lot of food and it feels he is forcing it on you. At the end of the meal, he was very concerned about us leaving a tip as we didn't put it on our credit card. He came to ask why and we told him we informed the waitress we were going to leave it in cash. He waited until we put down the cash and then as we got up he approached the table and picked up the cash. He is bit of a strange lad. The waitress on the other hand did a very nice job. Food presentation was very good, flavor was good for the meat part. We didn't like the flavor of the strogonoff and the meat was grisly. The breaded lomo with blue cheese sauce was very good. We ordered two different paella dishes, the one with chorizo had good flavor however the mariscos one could use a bit more flavor.

Had a fantastic lunch here recently. You cannot go wrong with the "menú del día" ("special of the day") On the day we were there, the special was lentejas (lentils) and they were particularly tasty. I've lived in Spain and can say that these lentils were every bit as good as any I had there. My husband enjoyed his chicken with potatoes. The meal came with a salad, which that day was "caprese." My only complaint was there was no basil on the caprese, just some sprinkled, dried oregano. Dessert was included but wasn't gluten free so I had to skip it. Update: returned for dinner in early January 2018. I had the Costillar de cerdo a la Segoviana, it was out of this world! The chef told me the ribs are cooked for three hours, then broiled (?) to get a nice crisp top. The meat was falling-off-the-bone delicious, and the sauce was amazing. I will say, this dish was super rich, and not something I would order fequently, but great as a special treat. Or, It is plenty to share with another person, in which case you could then enjoy an appetizer. My husband tried the Pimientos del Piquillo relleno de brandada e Bacalao. I didn't try it, as I had so much on my own plate, but he said it was outstanding. Along with the food, we tried the sangria, also delicious. We ordered the jar, but that was a lot, next time will just get two glasses. On both visits, the music really caught my attention, it was Spanish (from Spain) and included both oldies and new stuff. I partiularly enjoyed the "nuevo flamenco" they were playing. This is a restaurant we will definitely visit again!!

Wow... This place is mind blowing amazing. I woukd put it in the top 5 restaurants in Viña. It's a hidden gem, tucked into a small space on 12 Norte. If it were in San Francisco, it would be a Michelin star restaurant. The plates are prepared like art, with a love of the craft.
