This is the best restaurant to go to in Viña del Mar. The portion sizes are generous, the quality of food is fresh and the service from the waiters is excellent! The cost is not bad either especially since the place is so clean and contemporary. I was actually pleasantly surprised to find such a place on the waterfront in Chile, so much so, that I actually went there two nights in a row! I had the Merluza a la huancaina and it tasted perfect, definitely recommend it.

Willing to have a unique experience with ocean view? Wonder no more. First level... upscale... bit expensive if you don keep track of your consumption.

Beautiful views and delicious food. If seated against the window you'll get panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Food was delicious but seafood ratio to fries was not equal (alot of fries).

A good place with good food. Perfectly located on the beach front. Recommend the tabla mar y Tierra to be shared.

The views are beautiful. I tried the "once" (tea time) it was good. It Included fruit. The juice wasn't natural. Coffee was good too

Friendly and attentive service, with a sweeping and amazing view out onto the ocean coast, particularly come the sunset. Very generous portion sizes, and everything we ordered (over more than one meal out here - we kept returning it was so good!) was cooked to perfection: fish, seafood, desserts and the best fillet steak I've eaten in years.

Great Brunch. I'd say it's better then any entree available at the restaurant. I'm a regular on lazy Sundays! See you there!

Restaurant has the best location of Viña, they serve a grand variety of sea and local food, the flavor is good, the price is according to the country. The view is the best because you can see Wulff Castle from there.

The best Ceviche in Viña! My Chilean wife and myself always come here, when we visiting the family in Valparaíso. The Ceviche de Salmon here is amazing and we are already looking forward to est here weeks before! A huge recommendation for any Chileans, tourists and especially for any fellow Germans, that like great seafood and a good Pisco Sour!

The food and drinks were amazing! We had an island mojito and the big mojito and they were fresh and delicious. Great way to end a beach day. The ceviche was so tasty and unique! The main dishes were delicious too. We had the seared tuna and the risotto mixed seafood platter. So much food! Big portion size so we should have split, but we stuffed ourselves anyway. Nogaro would have for sure received a five star if it wasn’t for the service. We had long waits before our waiter came and then he disappeared for a bit after taking our order. There was a huge party downstairs so we understand, but a check-in once in awhile would have been nice. I recommend eating before sunset too. The views are perfect!

Very nice and spaceous restaurant. Ideal for high-end dining and romantic atmosphere. Not cheap but very much worth the price. Best service ever!!
