Been here three times/ first booking had to be cancelled as whole area had no electricity, so rebooked for the next day. They have a fantastic list of specials. Sat on the terrace. Had the amazing starters tempura prawns which was delicious and also the Calugas del Merluza The mains of also amaizng bar the Salteado Mar y Tierra which although the sea foot was Good the meat wasn’t to our liking- lomo wasn’t the type of meat we were thinking of, not steak but more stewing beef. Desert of Tres Leche was also delicious. Cocktails was fantastic- pisco, negroni. Connie who provided the service was superb- friendly and really did try.

My husband and I were lucky enough to find don Emelio for our first dinner in Chile. After reading the outstanding reviews, we avoided the - many - tempting places along the way to stop at this small, unassuming restaurant one hour before closing, and boy, are we glad we did! Marcello, the owner, who served us, spoke good English and his suggestions were impeccable. The generous portion of salmon ceviche - luscious pink salmon marinated in lime juice - was the best I ever had. My husband's spectacular fried fish was beautiful and tasty. As for the beef filet with shrimp and mushrooms, it melted in your mouth. All helped down with a bottle of excellent - and very reasonable - organic Carmenere from Colchagua valley which flowed down like silk. All at the very reasonable price of around $60. As an extra treat, we also met the chef, a charming and very talented young man whose English was way better than my Spanish. All in all, a splendid evening that we won't soon forget.

Love this restaurant! We finished the day on the beach and wanted somewhere with a nice outdoor seating and this was definitely the place. Staff were so friendly, they specialise in fish which is exactly what we wanted and wine! We got the sharing seafood rice dish and it was incredible, similar to a paella. The fish was so fresh and so tasty, wine was perfect. Overall we had a really lovely time and would love to come back, would definitely recommend!

Stopped in for lunch. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They had a list of 7 seafood specials that they very carefully and in great detail went through, each one making me want to order it. Prices were $16,000-20,000. I went with the menu del día for $11,900 and included wine. It was very good. The service was top notch. I stuck around to try more wine, which was a very good idea. They have a good selection of small producers by the glass and bottle at fair prices.

Far and away the best meal I had in Chile. Some of the best ceviche I’ve ever had, period.

A start-up restaurant with unassuming setting that treats one with the food quality on par with the top-notch eating establishments we tried in Vina Del Mar. Food quality to price ratio is through the roof---really! (We had a seafood theme dinner, but they do serve meats as well.) The welcome atmosphere is pretty informal and as worm as I can only hope for. Will be coming for another dinner in two days on our last day in Vina Del Mar. This restaurant has a very bright future!

Delicious food with large portions. Might be worth just sharing an appetizer and an entre between two people.

We ate lunch here yesterday and it is the best restaurant we have tried in Viña so far. I have been to 4 other v well known places but this had amazing food, a really nice atmosphere and extremely friendly owners and staff. Will definitely return when I come back to Chile.

I was visiting Viña del Mar and luckily came across this restaurant while walking around the area. I have to say that it was the best meal that I had during my trip in Chile. The chef recommended the Camarones al Pil Pil and reineta frita con agregado and both were incredible which I highly recommend trying. The chef and staff were very hospitable and made me feel very welcome. I absolutely recommend and will definitely be returning here next time I visit!

Best place to eat in Viña del Mar. We visited twice during our stay due to the fantastic quality of the food. There is a good amount of variety in the dishes but they were were all fresh & delicious. Would 100% return and recommend!

Anyone who meets the others can tell that they are clearly in love with their job (and with each other). We met the chef as well, and a couple of the wait staff too. They all seem happy and excited to work here. This kind of love for one's work is plenty obvious in the work itself. In this case, it's the fantastic food and the incredibly thoughtful service. They make fresh empanadas every day and they're only available during mid day. If you come here at night, don't worry, you can't go wrong with anything on this menu. The 'special sauce' in most of their dishes apparently come from a family recipe from Spain dating from at least 4 generations ago (the intermediate generations are from Chile, Venezuela and the Canary Islands). Anything that lasts that long has gotta be awesome :) Overall, fabolous. PS: Try their chardonnay sour in addition to their pisco sour, they're both delicious and aren't as crazy sweet as you'd find at other establishments.

Nice little restaurant, very cozy. Authentic, very fresh and well prepared homemade style food. Superb attention by the owner's son. We felt very welcomed.

Very nice little restaurant that appears very ordinary from the outside but surprises from the inside. The decor is elegant and simple. The service is excellent. I only had a coffee so i can't comment on the food but I intend to return soon to try the food and I will update my review then. The owner, Andrés, is very friendly and welcoming.
