Iconic hotel in the city located to many restaurants and money exchange. Beautiful lobby with their own restaurants. Big rooms with comfy beds. Rooms needs to be updated and could use an ac unit. Modern bathroom. there are closed to a super market.overall they have amenities that Make it feel like home.

An iconic Hotel in Viña del mar, used to be managed by the city hall, nowadays by Panamericana Hotels, this hotel has so much potential, but need an urgent facelift , rooms have plenty of space, furniture is from past century, beautiful but need maintenance, breakfast is good and is close to the shore.

Spacious rooms, but a little out dated. Heat didn't work but they brought in a space heater which was nice. Breakfast was good and they had free parking.

Once a classic art deco hotel, the hotel was mmodernized on too low a budget but the food was rather good

Cool bar inside called Harry's. A bit dated and in need of a facelift, but worth the trip.

Four stars hotel. Good location as far as transportation. It's one of the oldest buildings in town.

The best here is the elegant cafeteria with piano music which is located at the entrance!
