the hotel charged me three times madertory tax by satff's mistake a stay for 7/30. I have called 3 times to get it back. but they havent answed yet.

Good imo. Nice spot, in a good location. Beach a few blocks away with a lot of shops and food spots. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and breakfast is awesome. It's a basic breakfast but it's made well. Actual bacon and actual scrambled eggs cooked properly. Good spot, check it out if you got the time.

Very nice small hotel in the heart of Viña del Mar. Close to public transportation, main points in Viña. Large comfortable room, very friendly service.

Good location and great staff BUT needs a renovation. The bathroom in the room was 3 stars at the most. Shower curtain grossed me out a little it smelled. Also, breakfast had lots of food but it wasn’t great like I had read in some reviews.

Old looking place from outside, but impressingly modern inside. Very nice rooms with mini bar ( I missed the coffee machine) spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet is excelent! Centrally located, walking distance from many major attractions!

Very friendly & helpful staff, spacious rooms and there is a nice vibrant street with restaurants and shops around the corner.

Good staff/service, big and comfortable bed. The only thing in my opinion was missing-body lotion in the bathroom. When we was staying there was a lot of people and you had to wait in the line for food.
