We had a super stay at Gala Hotel for one week, the time to find a flat in Viña. Room was super spacious, with a nice view. The cleaning was perfect and the staff super friendly. Don’t expect a luxurious hotel but at this price the value for money was excellent, with a buffet breakfast included. The location is also ideal, in the center of Viña, and very close to restaurants and groceries. Thanks again, we’ll recommend your hotel!

Hotel seemed basic and outdated. Lights in the hallway floor did not work, making it difficult to return to the room at night. Staff was not friendly. Location wise, it’s well suited, close to the sea and shopping.

Nice place, nice people, very clean and the rooms are just enough

Basic, outdated, noisy, in need of painting and new carpeting. Breakfast is decent but far from great. Service is decent too.

Good value for money, pool was heated and that was great for cold windy summer days. Pool area needs an update, windows need to be clean at all times.

Not much Gala at all. Very basis breakfast, dining room flooded while raining. Had the top suite for two days, not more than it has to be. Poor lightning, needs maintenance. If you are looking for some luxury go elsewhere.

The hotel restaurant has very good prices and very good food. The room was very spacious and clean. totally recommended.

Great location and service with an amazing view of the city.

Normal hotel, service is great and they have a buffet in the 4th floor.
