It's beautiful. Great customer service. The rooms are a good size and very colorful. The beds are also good and well kept. They give you a map of Vina del Mar and also have bike tours everyday for a good price. Any questions you have, they are very helpful with answering. If I come back to Chile this is where I'll be staying. I definitely recommend it.

quite a nice hostel vibe and wonderful location... however within the hostel it needs some better management like to put clothing hooks on the bathroom walls, or things at the kitchen to be changed for working ones... needs more toilet rooms.

Lovely relaxing hostel. The staff really make this place.. They are so friendly and helpful and even got breakfast started early for me because I had to catch a bus. 5 minutes walk to the beach and supermarket is just around the corner.

Great place, bedrooms are big, breakfast have a lot of variety, the lounge area is confortable to hang out and the staff are great. Would stay there again.

So nice hostel. Everything works well, a lot of facilities, like laundry and bike renting, in a good location as well. I would stay again, for sure.

Nice place and nice service, tricky to find

Nice, quiet place with friendly staff. Diego and Matías know a lot about the area and are an incredible help. Beautiful courtyard with many plants. The only downside is the lack of secure storage. The room I was in had 4 small, lockable compartments, but no storage for a full size backpack or luggage. I think there is plenty of room if they took the 4 boxes and mounted them to the wall in between the bunks, then put a large locker at the foot of each bunk and two more in in between the bunks at the head, underneath the mounted compartments. My biggest fear when traveling is having my things stolen by some dirt bag thief. I could relax more, trust more people, and enjoy my stay better If I could lock all my things up.
