I spent last weekend at the Radisson Blu Concon Hotel, 2 nights indeed, the staff was extremely loud and rude (specially waitress) , no sense of hospitality, housekeeping (dirty bathroom) also a disaster, I spent a fortune for a Hotel with ONLY a nice view, overall experience was horrible, go someone else guys. Infrastructure is important, but there are other ingredients in which Chilean service need to work much harder in order to make this hotel comfortable and attractive. Fernando Garreton and Family. Great friendly professional service. Unreal experience to sleep above the waves, watch the sunset from the bar/cafe or from your room. Very good restaurant, try the home made ice cream too !!! Reasonably priced. Charge your EV overnight as a bonus.

The brand is Radisson but the hospitality is pure Chilean! Wow!! Our experience here was incredible! The rooms are super clean, every precaution against Covid-19 is taken. (You could not be safer!) The views of the Pacific Ocean are not just in every room, but they will haunt you! The meals at the restaurant are delicious and delightful. Breakfast is ready early and the the Bar will take care of whatever you need until late. Please order the ice cream by room service, because we did and it was the most delicious ice cream I've ever had since I was ten years old!! (I was raised in the United States and we had ice cream parlors which parents reserved to reward children who received good grades in school; I got good grades in school...so when we ordered ice cream here at the Radisson Blu it was AMAZING!)

Great place, you are literally over the ocean. Restaurant is great and the spa is on point for the price. Will come back for sure.

If you want a really good sea view this is the place to go. Service a little slow but it didn't really bother us. Had really good food and great selection of wines

Great view but not what it used to be. Super slow service, room not ready at check in....and the worst is the little details. Every surface in the room is showing wear and tear. I was here a few years ago and it shows. No investment at all in the place. Not near the standard expected.

The staff was incredible! Sweet, sweet people who went out of their way to accommodate us! Breakfast buffet was awesome. I look forward to going back!

This is an outstanding hotel. Built literally on the rocks, as an extension of the ocean, provides a unique experience from every single hotel location. To top it, the food is delicious, the spa and many pools are beautiful, and the service was top! The service in the Spa was beyond outstanding and this is comparing massages in Maldives, SriLanka, many USA spas and the Caribbean. The service to elderly parents finally places this hotel on top of our list! My disable mother was constantly attended to and the hotel many views of nature, ocean wildlife, made for a most enjoyable stay. The only suggestion we have is a little retouching of indoor spa pool, it could look even nicer if repainted. Also do add rubber mats around pool area as it gets very slippery. Notes about Concon: beaches nearby are nice, but currently sidewalks are horrible making walking unpleasant. Hotel is nevertheless located nearby small shops and restaurants plus the beaches but you may need to drive to them even thou they are very close by.

Went there for the sunset, incredible view. Terrace not big but private enough :) The drinks were good but the food menu was a little disappointing, I didn't find it that interesting. The food was nice though, staff was paying attention and they speak English. I recommend this place for drinks only.

Not the same restaurant as before! Food is very bland, Pasta over cooked, Thai shrimp bland, no flavor no spices, obviously the chef has never been or eaten Thai food. However, waiters are very attentive and friendly- and the wine is excellent, hopefully they will inform the Chef & Mgmt of the bland food being served at VERY inflated prices and correct what use to be an Excellent restaurant.

Good location, typical leasure hotel located in spa/seaside resort. Nice swimming pool & spa facilities. Breakfast should be more creative (both days same choice).

Very nice hotel right on the waterfront, was terrific to hear the ocean waves while falling asleep. Friendly staff and easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.
