We had our pool opened by another company but we’re not happy with the service so decided to do it ourselves but we ended up having green pool with equipment not working properly. Springs pool and spa s did a great job getting my pool crystal clear and safe to swim in it. Very knowledgeable about equipment and efficient! They were able to fit me in their busy schedule. So glad to finally found pool service that I can trust. I Highly recommend!!!

Spring pools is an wonderful pool company with superior customer service. In fact, I think they are the best in the area. Chris was very timely, and was able to get us the parts we needed quickly. Even with his extremely busy schedule. He made time to help us out with our salt system that didn’t make it through the winter. I have never had this level of responsiveness from any pool company, So grateful to have found them and I highly recommend them.

Great experience working with Spring’s Pool and Spa. Chris came out in a timely fashion and fixed our broken pump (which our OLD pool company told us needed to be replaced for $1,100). $20, for a new capacitor and our pump was fixed in 2 min. Chris never tried to upsell us or take advantage of our lack of knowledge regarding our pump. Safe to say he is now our NEW ‘go to’ pool company! Thank you!

After many disappointments, with every pool company in my area, I found Christopher with “Spring Pools” it seemed that every time our pool was open and closed something was broken or forgotten due to these companies trying to be in and out in five minutes. We had a serious problem with our equipment when opening and Christopher was quick to respond and squeeze me in the same day. He diagnosed the issues and will return today for the repair. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, patient and reasonable. I never met someone so responsive and willing to bend over backwards for his customers. He is just the nicest guy. When everybody else tells you they can’t get to you for a month, Christopher shows up. I will be a customer for life.

I want to take a minute or two, and give much respect due to Christopher that's made a difference in my pool world. And believe me he’s worth it! I finally found someone that knows all of the inside and the nitty gritty about a pool. He doesn’t even have to see the problem with his naked eyes to know what’s happening with a problem Pool. Christopher got our pool running through the phone within 10 minutes while everyone else couldn’t figured out or identify what could possibly be wrong with the pool not running for three days.
