The worst!! do not rent here, the town house is nice visually but donā€™t be fooled the flooring is cheap. It seems like the flooring was laid over the concrete, the floors are ice cold in the winter the hot water only gets hot in the summer when itā€™s hot outside only getting warm in the winter. The owners son is the property manager John is very arrogant and condescending. He treats you like you work for him. The lawn arrogation is always broken and will water your car in the driveway Instead of the lawn. Itā€™s better places to rent just my opinion. But in my case the bad experience force me to buy a home so I guess it was not all bad.

These houses were built cheap and quick so they come with problems. They do not have a maintenance team to fix issues so they expect tenants. The air conditioner is not working properly so they locked out my thermostat so that I can only set my air conditioner to 72 degrees. The rent is over 2 thousand dollars and this is the way they treat tenants. John who is the manager is very rude and condescending. I will be filing a discrimination complaint because I know other tenants can control their thermostat. They are slum lords and Iā€™m responsible for every utility bills so I should control my thermostat. Also the ceiling has holes in them from them from them building them from cheap materials. Also the garages have mildew in them and they just paint over it.

Iā€™ll start with the positives: -Overall quiet area. -Good size for living and storage -Garage is great for extra storage space. - Updated kitchen and appliances. - Maintenance is fast and friendly. CONS: Not sure why majority of the back is filled with mostly African Americans. It seems as if the owners are ā€œup sellingā€ the higher priced apartments placed in the back to blacks, while placing the Caucasians in the front. The front apartments cost less. (Take this with a grain of salt because itā€™s just a theory.) -Iā€™ve experienced arrogant people in this complex who seem to think they have some sort of privilege because they pay on over priced apartments. -This complex is placed directly across the street from an elementary school. The traffic ainā€™t terrible but I was hit coming out of the complex by a elementary school parent. -The Property Manager isnā€™t the best. But since this apartment complex is family owned, no one really cares about the customer service. It shows at times. My final opinion? If youā€™re willing to spend over $2,000+ on rentā€¦just buy a houseā€¦

Currently living here and the landlords are unresponsive and take too long to fix issues. It took 6 weeks to replace a broken refrigerator and Iā€™ve been waiting for a month for a dryer. Called every day this week and no response. Rent somewhere else.

I'm 12 and my mother and father rented here August 2017-May 2020, In my opinion the neighbors were great, I dont know anything about the rent prices but overall I had a nice time despite the amount of wasps in the neighborhood. What can I say there's an entire woods surrounding us so :/

Very nicely done, easy air flow and proper security in the area. Very clean and well kept neighbors.

Brand new townhouse complex opened in March 2017. 105 two and three-bedroom units each with a single-car garage, tankless water heater, and open floor concept. As of June 2017, approximately 50 units have completed construction and about 30 units have rented. Construction is expected to be complete by fall 2017. Pet-friendly (no dogs over 45lbs) and military clause available. Sewer and trash included; tenant pays electricity and gas (gas stove/oven in each unit).
