    Was totally dreading looking for a piece of jewelry as a Christmas gift. Natalie Made this so easy. She asked all the right questions, gave advice and helped get what I was looking for with the right price. Definitely will go back to her in the future.

    I visited Marks Jewelers last week. I was looking for earrings for my daughter in law for Christmas. They did not have them in stock but ordered them from another store. The customer service was outstanding!! I will definitely shop there again.

    Went to Marks today looking for a nice Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Karen helped me find two beautiful pieces that I know my girlfriend will love. She was very friendly and helpful as was the rest of the staff!

    Excellent! I went in to have my ring repaired and it looks beautiful! I learned so much from Jonathan and the person who did the repair (Feel so bad I forgot her name!). Both were very personable. The price was fair and the store is absolutely remarkable!

    Highly recommend! Karen and the amazing store manager went above and beyond to make sure I got my wedding band in time in such short notice for my wedding. If it wasn’t for their great customer service I would be out of luck. I will be for sure returning for all future jewelry purchases!
