Beautifully situated golf course at the northern tip of lake Vättern. Easy-medium difficulty course with water present on many holes, crisp white bunkers and fair rolling greens. Definetly worth a visit!

Rarely gives out 5s, but Askersund GK is well worth it. The course mixes the best with clever holes, well-maintained tees, fairways and greens. A big plus is the surroundings with an idyllic archipelago feel, a feeling that has been carefully worked on on all holes. The fact that the rough has also been kept down increases the playability considerably. A course that many hcp enjoy!

I believe that the course was not playable and that they should have closed the course because it was probably made even worse by us playing there. Income is not the best thing sometimes, but you have to put the condition of the course first because it will take a long time before it is in the same condition we had when we played it in 2022. Good luck with the track.

Nice environment and great when you live in the area. One wish is that there is food for everyone Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian. Lactose-free milk or oat milk for the coffee. Easily arranged, right? 👍😃😃😃

A super nice facility! Great condition on the track oh it all around. What lowers the rating from full is: 1. On the tee there should be a course sketch above the hole. 2. The staff could meet guests in a more welcoming way. For example. Welcome to Askersunds GK, the first tee is over there and you got water there. Etc. maybe offer a track guide!? Small details, but if it's top notch, it's the small details that make the difference. The restaurant and the staff there....great!
