Lived here for about two months now. The apartment itself is nice, nice view, and very quiet. In the cons there are spiderwebs and leaves everywhere. You’d think they’d at least have someone blow our porches off. Valet trash never comes on time and they’re incredibly lazy. Your trash will inevitably be strewn across your porch by wildlife. No, valet trash will not pick it up. Maintainence is severely understaffed, not to mention lazy liars. Waited two weeks for someone to fix my dishwasher, was told multiple times that someone one was coming “tomorrow” or “later in the day” only for no one to show up. I had to keep going down to the leasing office. One of the maintenance workers lied and said he’d been to my apartment when he hadn’t. I have a ring camera. No one ever showed up. Finally got it fixed but it’s been about a month and none of my other requests have even been acknowledged. This morning, our water has been shut off without so much as a text or email letting us know. Supposedly will not be back until EIGHT PM. There goes my plans for the day. My rent special was not applied. I had to call multiple times to get that taken care of. I wouldn’t say don’t move here but you’re going to have to be aggressive about getting things fixed and taken care of. You can save a bit of money, get a better job, and move back to Buckhead. It’s tolerable enough for that. UPDATE: over 24 hours later and still no water. At first they said this was an emergency. Now they’re saying it’s preventative. So nothing is even WRONG with the pipes. They left us without water overnight for NOTHING. The chances of me renewing my lease are incredibly slim.

I’ve lived here for four years now and I’ve been having issues ever since. For starters, I wasn’t given the unit I applied for. As of the past few years I have been having many maintenance issues and they aren’t being fixed. My fridge, ceiling and toilet are constantly leaking and the issue is just being patched up or delayed, not fixed. This unit was supposed to come with a washer and dryer and I have yet to receive one. Ive been washing clothes elsewhere and having wet carpet and leaking ceilings and still expected to pay full rent. I’ve been in the office many times and even called the corporate office and nobody has done anything to resolve my concerns or at LEAST give me the real story as to why they can’t honor any requests in a timely manner. I’m continuously told that someone is coming and that has yet to happen with revolutions . I’ve asked to be moved into an updated unit and nobody has entertained that request either. I’m not sure what else to do at this point but I would not recommend.

Update 2023 I'm still here!! This has been home for 14 years!! There are constant changes in office and maintenance personnel however the most recent team has been on it!! I have gotten faster response to my maintenance requests thanks to Mike S.and Tommy. Thanks Harper for the community events! Thanks Jonathan and Oscar for the attention given to the pools this summer! The new fitness center is awesome but the basketball court...not so much!! I hope things continue to stay on track 🙏🏾 Update: 2021 I’m still here 6 years later from my last review! Through all the changes good and bad, ups and downs, this place has never NOT felt like home!🥰. I see consistent efforts for improvement to make our living experience safe and comfortable. I am daily regarded as a valued resident and part of this community! Thank you to Chris, Evelyn, Andrea, Khalil and the rest of the team for making my little apartment a home! I am also thankful for the wonderful neighbors who have become great friends over the years! I have lived here for almost 8 years. It is my home. I have wonderful neighbors and it is a quiet and peaceful place to live. Most of all... the staff...Shante, Amber, Gloria, David and all the ones who've come and gone over the years have made me feel like they truly love having me here!! I'm glad that live here!

I’ve had a good experience living here for 2 years. Harper in the leasing office is great! He knows the property very well & is always willing to help with any of my concerns. Mike C. with the maintenance team always handles my work orders. He’s efficient & gets the job done every time!

Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I just moved in and the maintenance guy, Michael Morgan was very understanding and helpful. Even though he came for specific task he even assisted with a few others without hesitation!!!! Need more help like him.

Very nice central location and apartments in good condition, good garbage collection service, very quiet, the condominium and common areas clean, the office staff and maintenance very friendly
