I've been going there for over 5 years and suddenly on this visit they can't find my color formula or any information on my prior service and color in their system. They assured me that they can match my color and do a color retouch. I told them I didn't want a dark line basically from my scalp to the old color and they told me it definitely won't look like that then they guessed at the color. Well, it certainly doesn't match!!! 🤬🤬🤬 They tried to make excuses but that's not flying at all. They lost my information and I'm the one paying for it with how I look. Really irritating.

love this salon, been coming for 5 years. the students can be a little slower with hair cuts and color but they’ve always done a nice job. and i love the free samples!

I’m natural & told them my hair is fine wanted volume & curls. A wrap put under dryer would’ve been best. She washed, blow dryed my hair and curled with hot curlers. Most can do that at home. Hot curling not good for my hair & can do myself. I preferred a roller set wrap so curls & volume can last this what I got……….NEED REFUND

I visited Aveda today for a correction on a patchy and too bright for my complexion color and Karl was phenomenal. I was in a bit of a crunch for time and he was on point with everything and stayed professional and precise throughout the service. The instructor Ms. Ashley was also thorough in explaining the process and her recommendations were perfect. I will be returning due to the customer service and professionalism and most of all because of the service quality. Thank you, S

I always have a great experience with the stylists when I go, but this time was pretty expectational. My stylist this time was Shadra. She did an excellent job coloring my hair. I have thick, long locks so definitely a big tasks to color. However, there was not one trace of extra color on my hairline. She was very thorough, professional and polite and a complete pleasure to work with today. Look forward to being served by her again.

I have thick hair and am new to Atlanta. I tried an ulta salon prior and was not happy with my highlights. Ashlee Dozer did my cut and color. There was a minor fix that had to be done with the color. She fixed perfectly and would highly recommend her/salon. I would absolutely go again!! Best of luck with your graduation and career Ashlee. I had better luck here than a regular salon!! That says that it's a great beauty school!!

I had to return for a color correction and was booked with Chandler. She did a great job and brought back my blonde! Christian explained the process and checked in regularly. I was so pleased that I booked my next cut with Chandler and was just as pleased. I’ve been a client since 2009 so I’m definitely a fan. 😊

My first haircut at Aveda Arts & Sciences Institutes in Atlanta and very happy with my haircut by Evan. He closely listened to my needs. I wanted him to correct a bad haircut and he went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. And this is a great, positive energy salon. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Aveda! My first ever hair coloring experience was done by Julia who did an amazing job. She listened to my concerns and took every detail of what I wanted into account and it turned out even better than the inspiration pictures I showed her! Such hospitality! And a great experience from being greeted all the way to check-out!!

Sarah & Miss Kay were so accommodating with my specific needs and time!! They were kind enough to squeeze me in a couple hours early as I had something pop up, and they heard and recommended great products for me to use at home. Highly recommend coming to Aveda!

Definitely worth the price for a haircut! I would recommend to anyone who isn’t crazy picky about their hair. That being said I’ve only had great experiences.
