This
place
is
the
absolute
best!
I
am
going
on
my
fourth
week
and
let’s
just
say,
it’s
so
good
that
it’s
made
a
morning
person
out
of
me.
I
have
tried
so
many
things
to
get
me
out
of
bed
in
the
morning
and
the
only
thing
that
has
worked
is
Stellar
Bodies
workouts
-
crazy
how
the
pain
is
so
satisfying!
I
have
been
going
consistently
to
the
early
morning
classes
for
three
weeks
(5x/week)
without
skipping
a
beat
and
don’t
plan
on
stopping
(with
the
grace
of
God
of
course!).
Yes,
I’m
that
addicted.
As
a
HIIT/weight
training
girl
(4-5x/week),
this
workout
is
so
essential
as
it
has
been
giving
me
a
deeper
awareness
of
my
body
that
I
didn’t
know
that
I
didn’t
have.
I
am
engaging
muscles
I
didn’t
know
were
there,
finding
mobility
I
didn’t
know
I
needed
and
strengthening
my
core
very
very
very
very
very
deeply!
Special
shout-out
to
my
amazing
no-bs
instructors
Bella,
Katie,
Danielle
and
Michelle
that
don’t
let
anything
go
unnoticed
and
always
make
sure
I’m
getting
the
most
out
of
my
workout.
They
are
all
just
so
damn
good!
So
happy
to
have
stepped
foot
in
this
place
and
to
now
call
it
my
home.
