Iāll
start
by
saying
I
always
wear
my
mask
here.
However,
today
Saturday
3:30PM
as
I
pulled
into
the
parking
lot
I
noticed
very
few
cars.
I
figured
since
normally
only
25%
of
the
people
are
wearing
masks
and
I
usually
look
like
the
odd
duck,
today
I
would
try
working
out
mask
free
for
a
change.
Iāve
had
both
shots
and
the
booster.
Well,
I
was
stopped
at
the
door.
Do
you
have
a
mask?
Yup
I
do
but
I
can
SEE
not
very
many
people
are
wearing
them.
The
response,
at
the
equipment
you
can
take
it
off.
Ok
makes
sense
too.
Well,
as
I
walked
around.
There
were
14
people
in
the
gym.
8
had
no
mask
to
be
found
on
them
at
all.
Also,
there
are
2
giant
fans
spinning
in
the
center
of
the
work
out
area
spreading
potential
Covid
germs
all
over.
I
said
something,
and
the
response
was
that
we
try
to
walk
around
and
say
something
to
people.
Well
2
people
were
working
at
the
front
desk
and
no
one
left
to
say
anything.
My
point
is,
be
consistent.
You
either
enforce
the
safety
protocols
for
the
public
or
donāt.
Itās
not
even
a
defendable,
reasonable,
or
logical
stance
your
employee
was
defending.
Itās
actually
bizarre
to
ask
for
a
mask
yet
more
then
50%
of
the
people
are
without
and
fans
are
running
above.
This
really
isnāt
protecting
anyone
and
just
puts
your
employee
in
a
situation
that
makes
them
look
foolish
for
asking
for
something
that
isnāt
enforced
after
you
leave
the
front
desk.
I
wasnāt
going
to
argue
Iāll
just
wear
my
mask
but
she
is
going
to
encounter
someone
who
will
argue
and
why
put
them
in
that
position.
Either
enforce
it
unilaterally
or
let
those
who
are
concerned
wear
them.
Donāt
be
half
in
and
inconsistent.
As
Iām
leaving
at
4:20
PM
-
13
people
without
masks,
6
with
masks.
