Nice staff who help when needed. Clean gym & quite a few machines given the space. On the smaller size of Planet Fitness locations I've visited, but doesn't feel too cramped. I've visited at all times of the day & have always found a machine I was hoping to use. The black card spa area is also clean & well kept (love the hydro massage beds)

Not my home gym, but I needed a place to change from my uniform into street clothes and the locker rooms were very clean. I appreciated that there was a space I didn't have to worry about my dress whites getting dirty just from laying on the bench. The staff was very friendly too.

Great place, but theres too much sitting on equipment playing on phones instead of working out and freeing that space for the next person.

My home gym is Westerville but I prefer stopping at this location on my way from work because the staff is much more friendly and the facility cleaner! S/O to the weekdays early morning crew

Going there for months they literally Let people go through the lockers get your keys go through your car while they sit at the front desk

Terrible experience with customer service and management! I have been paying for a membership for someone else for months after the situation was supposed to be resolved and refunded- told by management refunds were out of her control- told by customer service I can expect refund in 7-10 days- 3 months ago!!! Beware of this franchise!

The front desk people are friendly and helpful. The spa area is usually not too busy. The other members are pretty low key. Easy going gym all around.

Best equipment of all the Planet fitnesses I've been to. They have equipment the other locations did not have. Friendly staff also

Very clean, I do like the different areas for working out. I have not fully looked into classes but from the times I have been at the gym it doesn’t look like they really offer classes for groups or in a room.

I recently joined Planet Fitness at the Reynoldsburg location and have been really impressed with the cleanliness and lack of crowding at the facility. It's nice to be able to work out without feeling cramped or overwhelmed by too many people. The location is also great, with plenty of parking available. However, I have noticed some issues with equipment being out of order. It seems to be happening more frequently, and I hope that management addresses the problem soon. It's frustrating to have limited options for exercise due to broken equipment. Another area that could use improvement is the customer service. I've noticed that some of the team members don't seem very interested or enthusiastic about their jobs. It would be nice to see a friendlier and more engaged staff when I'm working out. Overall, I'm still enjoying my experience at Planet Fitness and am hopeful that these issues will be resolved.

I received the worst treatment from an employee who claims to be the manager, the reason was because I was doing my exercises without shoes and that person approached me in a very rude way to tell me to leave the facilities (?) how is it possible that They give you the treatment if you pay for your membership. I have worked 12 hours at my job and I have the right to exercise however I feel comfortable.

Crowded, Dirty. No soap in bathrooms. Was a guest and wouldn't recommend getting a membership here terrible

Great atmosphere plenty of machines for you to work out on you really don't have to wait at all to workout

I love this planet fitness! When I first came in I was very unfamiliar with all the equipment. Their trainer, Tyler, has helped me learn about all the different equipment, explains each one thoroughly, and takes take with everything. I am always greeted when I walk in and it is a very friendly environment. Thanks guys!

Hey, I’ve been going to this gym since Feb/March and it’s awesome. pretty clean and has a nice environment for everyone. Staff is amazing. Sam is so helpful and very nice. Always has a welcoming smile.
