This is the worst service ever. They almost never pick up the call when there are technical issues. Even if those b*****s pick up the call (if that), they are never helpful and are extremely rude. Never again should anyone make use of this cable service. I would give it 0.01 star if that was an option. These idiots send more idiots to ask for payments even before the due date and don't hold their end of the bargain! Shitty service no. 1

One of the worst cable operator in Bhayandar. They have made their own PACKS with their own rates.. .Does not follow the TRIAL rules.. Charging excess rates

They DO NOT deserve even a single STAR. Very bad customer service. Very sad network connection. Very laid back attitude of staff working there. Only active at the end of the month to collect money. If anyone has any other network provider they know about - please assist me.

Worst customer service ever.The staff are always buzy with their personal stuffs rather than providing help.Never try to contact them because their phone lines are always buzy(smart business minds)and if you get connected then dont expect any help from them.Works only for money and not customer satisfaction.They dont even deserve a star.If you are ready to spend money without any outcome this is the best place for investment.(Money Money Money is what they need!!!)

Paid for 50mbps speed internet but providing not given 10mbps service...not answering any call...its being 2months

My cable hasn't been operated properly since last two weeks and they have taken the payment of the whole year and are not supplying the cable accordingly. This month they've cut my cable around 5 times. The staff is also equally rude and they don't take your complete seriously whether it's the internet or cable. Really disappointing.

Worst services. Even the phone keeps ringing,but nobody's answers the call. The after sales service is pathetic. Online payment mode available, however the guy handling it, Jeet Kangane, he never responds to any queries as well. Utterly disappointed.

They even dont have time to give the new connection... How can set top box is not available... Its a basic thing to operate the cable connection business...
