The
acoustics
ambiance
of
the
spa
has
improved,
music
quality
improved
and
less
chatter
of
the
employees
was
heard.
The
warm
bed
was
a
really
great
thing
to
have
and
improved
overall
massage
quality.
the
requested
soft
and
hard
massage
of
body
parts
were
done
religiously
and
everything
went
fine.
Really
appreciate
the
professionalism
of
my
massage
therapist
“jona”
for
being
attentive
to
my
needs
like
asking
if
the
temp
of
towel
and
stones
was
ok
to
my
skin
temperature
and
handing
out
a
tissue
when
needed.
Good
job
on
this
little
things.
Tip:
call
Hands
aesthetic
before
going
to
reserve
a
time
spot.
Better
yet
book
for
12-4pm
or
past
7pm
when
less
cars
pass
by
then.
Improvements
could
be
made
on
giving
the
client
before
beginning
a
rundown
of
events
on
what
to
expect
or
do.
Where
to
go
what
room
to
go…
etc..
Thank
you
for
your

Will
definitely
be

My
review
of
a
massage
establishment
with
bad
acoustics
yet
good
massage,
kind
masseuse
and
good
tea
is
a
2
star
rating
with
some
concerns.
The
massage
establishment
itself
was
not
very
inviting.
The
acoustics
were
bad,
with
loud
noises
echoing
through
the
room.
However,
despite
the
poor
sound
environment,
the
massage
was
still
very
good.
The
masseuse
was
very
kind
and
in
tune
with
my
massage
needs,
making
sure
I
was
comfortable
throughout
the
entire
session.
The
tea
served
afterwards
was
also
very
tasty
and
served
with
a
smile.
For
a
relaxation
and
massage
clinic
that
could
use
some
serious
soundproofing,
it
was
still
good
overall.
Furthermore,
the
health
benefits
that
come
from
a
professional
massage
were
still
very
much
in
effect.
The
masseuse
made
sure
to
ask
about
any
special
pressure
points
I
had,
which
can
always
be
indicative
of
a
good
massage
session.
All
in
all,
I
would
rate
this
massage
establishment
with
bad
acoustics
yet
good
massage,
kind
masseuse
and
good
tea
a
2-star
rating
for
a
elementary
school
ambiance.
While
the
massage
was
indeed
good
and
I
would
return
for
another
session,
I
cannot
help
but
feel
that
the
atmosphere
left
something
to
be
desired.
I
would
recommend
this
establishment
to
others,
but
be
sure
to
warn
them
of
the
bad
acoustics.
A
massage
is
meant
to
be
an
oasis
of
relaxation
and
respite,
but
too
often
an
individual
goes
to
an
establishment
only
to
be
met
with
less
than
ideal
conditions.
This
is
the
case
at
a
small
massage
establishment,
which
suffers
from
bad
acoustics.
Clients
in
the
midst
of
enjoying
their
massage
must
contend
with
the
laughing
and
chatter
of
the
noisy
staff.
From
the
moment
one
enters
the
establishment,
the
sounds
created
by
staff
members
echo
off
the
walls
making
communication
with
the
receptionist
difficult
and
unpleasant.
Once
in
the
massage
room,
the
noise
of
laughter,
staff
movement
and
other
conversations
are
amplified
to
create
an
environment
that
is
far
from
tranquil.
This
affects
not
only
the
comfort
of
clients,
but
their
overall
experience
as
well.
It
is
near
impossible
to
truly
relax
and
be
at
ease
with
a
massage
therapist,
who
is
constantly
in
earshot
but
not
in
physical
contact
with
them.
Not
only
that,
but
it
is
unsightly
to
clients
that
these
conversations
take
place
while
they
are
present.
It
is
difficult
to
recommend
this
establishment
with
its
loud
and
disruptive
staff.
Until
the
acoustics
are
improved
and
the
staff's
behaviour
corrected,
it
will
remain
a
disappointment
for
clients
who
come
looking
for
ultimate
serenity.
