It’s always a amazing experience. Chick-fil-A customer service can’t be beat. This location does a great job at providing fast friendly service of a delicious hot product.

Yummy spicy chicken sandwich 🥪 the BEST!!! and enough points or rewards to treat myself to a delicious cookies and cream milkshake.. I love the mobile app it's a win win order pull up scan the barcode on the sign and pull on around 😀 always greeted by friendly staff at this location and fast service. Also get random emails from the owner or manager of this location reminding you to use your FREE rewards in your app from him to show his appreciation for your business. I have nothing bad to say, well maybe the fact that the milkshakes are only one size now and there small. Lol of course that's probably all I really need 😅 but it seems like the cup has even got smaller than they were. Not sure if they changed the size of milkshake cups but there definitely smaller than cup u get with combo. A plus store with great employees 👌 keep up the great work

Well organized, fast mobile orders and drive thru pick up, friendly staff with a clean, inviting restaurant lobby. The pictured mac n cheese was a promotion sent out in the chic fil a one app for being a valued customer. It was a pleasant surprise on a cold day. The Mac was hot and delicious. It was only half a portion after removal of the cheese you see pictured. (I did enjoy some of it, but no way it would have been healthy to eat that entire clump of cheese. Everything served at this location otherwise has been the best in the area.

More fast-food companies should learn from these guys. Absolutely amazing customer service and mobile order accuracy. I have hardly ever had an issue with chick-fil-a and if i did, it was handled quickly and effectively. You guys are doing great! Keep it up!

It's Chick-fil-a, they are amazing. We all know this to be true. The food is scrumptious, the staff is professional and friendly, and the service is lightning fast. The company has literally set the benchmark for drive-through service to the public. Other companies don't model their drive-throughs after Tao Bell or Burger King, nope. They model them after Chick-fil-a for a reason. Fast food innovators with top of the line fast food. Mic drop!

I know it had just stormed but it took way longer than it should have to order and then recieve food. The food was great as usual but the parking lot is way too small to sit in that kind of line and then having to wait to get to the order screen was a pain because there were no order takers even though it had stopped storming. Customer service was great as usual

The lord's chicken is always delicious. Staff is always excellent. Only place to get polite young people these days is Chick-fil-A and church, and church is a maybe. Edit: corrected start to staff.

Chic fil a has fast food down to the definition of the term. With 30 cars in line they can get through them all in less time then any other fast food place can get 2 or 3 cars out. An even bigger plus is I have never received my order with any errors. Chic fil a also has the lowest sodium content then the other fast food places if salt is health concern for you.

As usual, great fast food and very nice people. Minus one star because the parking lot and drive through are dangerous. If you are going inside, you may have to cross not one, not two, but the lines of cars. Be careful.

This was my very first time eating Chick-fil-A and I was very impressed by the drive through service and the awesome tasting food! Especially the Waffle fries they were the best tasting fries ever! The Chocolate milk shake was so yummy 😋 I am definitely going to be a returning customer.

Loved the mobile order lane! But it does remove the human connection factor a great deal. If there was a change that needed to be made, it couldn't. I think a lane dedicated just for mobile orders but still has a human connection would be better.

We eat here regularly and it’s always delicious! This location has the doors for the drive through but only one lane at the door. There are two lanes at the drive through entrance that tunnel into one. So it’s not as fast as the other locations with multiple lanes but it’s okay. I would plan to be here a little longer than usual though. The food is usually correct and good quality. The service is always excellent, they’re very friendly. There is no where to park if have to pull forward to wait for your food so that is a bit confusing but I’m sure it doesn’t happen often. Overall this is a good location.

The drive thru guy name Jack was being disrespectful, he didn’t give us sauce, seems like he don’t feel like working so he just gave us a attitude. My wife have to park and walk to the front to ask for chic fila sauce. Everyone here are nice, but Jack was the only one who is rude. Not sure why Mcdonald Employee ended up here. Everyone here are so nice and respectful.

Food is always hot and fresh and service is always great! If you have to wait longer than normal, they automatically give you a gift card for a free chicken sandwich. Also, if you use the app you get free food

Just wanted to say that I order this w bacon & no tomato. Got no bacon & still got the tomato. Mind you it was an add-on of $1.50 to add bacon. Also asked for no ice & still got ice .

This place is gone so downhill. What is the use in ordering it online if when you get there it’s never ready and the people ordering through the drive-through get their food quicker. Even the guy that brought my food out to me said their app is had all kinds of issues to say the least. Absolutely awful. Last time here. Update: yes I’m aware of that and that’s the line I used. Was then told to park on the side and the food would be brought to me when it’s ready. Then the worker that brought the food out was the 1 who told me about the problems with the app. Seems like your replies to subpar service always seems to fall back on the customer causing the issue. I just had to share. My mom had a doctors appointment Friday and on our way to drop her off at work afterwards, she informed me she wanted CFA for lunch and that some of her co-workers had ordered from CFA and needed a curbside. Going through the drive thru for her lunch, we asked at the window where the curb pick up lanes were. The outside CFA employee said to follow him. He walked along side my car and parked us. Informing him we had not one, not two, but three separate pick ups plus my mom’s drive thru order, we laughed. He then verbally memorized all 4 order names and said he’d be right back. He did not write anything down, simply repeated the names back and left. Minutes later we received our orders one, two then three and four. This young man not only went the extra mile, once but numerous times to make sure we had everything we ordered. It was all perfect and we received everything we asked for. I would have given him a tip if I’d of had cash on me. He was so kind, caring and genuine. Times like these remind me that good people still exist and they all must work at Chick-Fil-A. Thank you Jacob, You made our day. <3

We usually order take out here and pick it up at the drive thru. The food is consistently good and the workers are typically very courteous and respectful which we appreciate. Also, no matter how daunting the drive thru back up looks, it usually moves relatively quickly because of the dual lane setup and multiple workers servicing each lane.

I always have a good experience at this location, however tonight, the fries were cold and my chocolate chip cookie was as hard as a rock. When I went in to exchange it, the employee said they are all like that. She got the manager and I asked for my money back and he was not friendly at all.

Well they certainly met the customer service expectation! Everyone was super friendly and nice. The food was ok...nothing that stood out from any other fast food restaurant. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and nuggets. Overall ok. I would go back and try something else.

The salads here always seem to have been sitting out or something. The lettuce clearly isn’t fresh and they can see that before they send it out to you so I don’t get it.

Ate here Friday 2/3/23 at around 6pm. All of the staff was friendly and professional. The dining area attendant Gerald was very friendly and should be recognized. Play area was open and clean, this was the main reason we stopped for dinner here on this particular occasion. Will certainly continue to receive my business.

Although I was there for the dinner rush, I was able to get through the line pretty quickly and received my order complete, with no issue. I have been going to this location since HS and I'm almost 40. It's by far our favorite one.

Line was way too long. I could t find my coupon . My son was harassed about being a "white" kid here . My son was bullied in the play place for being white by three old black children. My son wouldn't even eat and went home in tears. Now when I ask him what he wants for dinner he tells me anywhere but chic fila. I tried to let the parents know but they where no where to be found. I wanted to inform the manager but my son was too upset to wait any longer. He is only 7 and has no idea about racial differences and he just wanted to play with the boys. But they decided to make fun of my little white boy and ignore his attempts to play. I've NEVER been so heart broken for him and I was forced to have to talk to him about race. Please enforce rules in your play place concerning age . 13 year olds have no business in the playground...and they surely do not have the right to exclude anyone for being white .I pray one day my son forgets the experience because I miss eating there.

It's Chick-fil-A, not much else needs to be said. On the off chance that you've never experienced the pure joy that is Chick-fil-A, stop whatever you're doing and go now (unless it's Sunday). The food is always amazing (try the spicy chicken sandwich and be sure to get the Chick-fil-A sauce), the service is always friendly, polite and fast, and the restaurant is always clean. I've never been disappointed in a meal from Chick-fil-A and this location is one of the best I've been to.

Always lines obstructing traffic. Very dangerous and prevents me from getting where I need to be. They actively block off public throughways like they own the street. If demand is that high, they need to be anticipating it and make food ahead of time for lunch rushes or offer carside service to the parking lot.

This place will never get your order wrong and the quality is top notch. The frozen coffee is absolutely delicious. Wish I would have known about it sooner . The 30 count nugget tray is perfect for pot lucks and is very reasonably priced. It will be the first thing to disappear from table. I also live the peppermint milkshake.

Well the service was good, the food itself was absolutely disappointing. The fries were cold and the bit soggy. The peach milkshake was just a disappointment. Even the chicken strips and the Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich just really weren't that good. It's the first time I've gone to a Chick-fil-A have been disappointed. We had our meal in the dining room.

Love Chick-fil-A! Drive thru is a great experience and well managed. Now they just need to sell the peach shake year round. They also need to open a restaurant in Grafton, VA; they'll get a huge amount of Military customers.

Of all the Chick-fil-A's I've ever gone to, this one is absolutely my favorite. They rarely ever get an order wrong but nobody's perfect. So I've had over probably 10 years I have had 3 or 4 orders not be right. All in all, I think that's a pretty good record.

First. I don't get the hype with Chick -fil-a. It's an average chicken sandwich but that doesn't mean its not good. I think they are good and the sauces couple them are good. I have been told it's change your life good,but it's just a fast food restaurant chicken sandwich.
