    I didn’t mind paying high prices because the food is usually on point. However, lately, that has not been the case. Today I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit meal. The chicken looked like it had been sitting there for a while. There were only 8 hash browns in the box. I don’t normally count them but there was plenty of room for more. They were cold as well. I would expect this from other fast food chains but not chick fila. Very disappointing!

    Always top notch food and service, at this location as well as all Chick-fil-A's. Fantastic sandwiches, nuggets, fries, shakes, etc - can't go wrong. Chick-fil-A sauce is unbeatable, an all-time favorite!

    Food is constantly missing when we order through the drive through and the customer service is horrible. Staff is rude and always have attitudes or eye rolls, Definitely not like the other locations that we go too. If you’re actually looking for the Chic customer service that’s always provided this is not the location to go too. Orders should never be wrong with the amount of people working there and standing around!

    Food was delicious as always but man their staff is horrible. Not the expectation I’d have for a chic fil a. We sat and waited over 20 minutes for 2 spicy chicken meals watched countless people come in and leave before we even got our food. Manager gave us a gift card or something but the staff around her is absolutely horrible. Asked guy for my drinks after he gives me my food and he hits me with a smart “I’m getting them sir” instead of handing me my food and say one moment while I grab your drinks. Then some other girl says “don’t tell me what to do” while walking from behind the counter to the bathroom. Didn’t sound like a joke to me. Poor service on my one food stop before my 7 hour ride home to Charleston, SC.

    This place can't handle pressure. I waited for 20 minutes and they finally told me they didn't have spicy chicken. Then I said well just give me a regular and some hot sauce. After that they said oh we have spicy coming out right now. I said if I have to wait another 5-10 minutes I'd rather have the regular and they said no we have it. 6 minutes later I'm getting my order. It was just a sandwich and fries and it took 26 minutes no joke.

    My wife and I almost always share the chicken nugget combo. If you haven't tried dipping the nuggets in the avocado ranch dressing, you are missing the best. Also, Chick-fil-A sauce on fries is the bomb 😀

    Only about 45% of people prefer white chicken meat. I'm not one of them, and I don't frequent anyplace that sells only white meat. However, for people who are into that, Chick-fil-A is obviously doing great. I'm sure it won't change just for me, but it just puzzles me that all the white meat stores would target only 45% of the population.

    If I could, I would give a zero. I went through the drive through today. I spent over 25 min in line waiting just to get cold, soggy fries, do dipping sauce for my nuggets that was clearly on the ticket , and no straws for my drinks. The quality of this location has deteriorated so bad. I tried to call to express my concerns and remedy the situation but of course the line just rang busy during lunch hour.

    The employees are so polite and sweet. I don't think I've ever had any issues with this location. Also I was on the phone with my sister and I started crying and the sweetest employee was to take my order. She told me something I needed to hear and she related to how I was feeling. She had a similar situation in life and it made me feel better, a long with my order.

    Visited Chick-fil-a for dinner. I ordered through the app, which I love. Then pulled up in the drive through. The drive through line was very short but once I got to the window I had to wait for my food. They told me I had to wait for kale salad and to pull into a VIP space. I waited for 10 minutes and then called them to see if they forgot about me. They came out a few minutes later with a bag full of cold food.

    I generally don't go here in the mornings, and now I know why. It took forever for my order and when I said something about how long it was taking the employees got an attitude about it. The lady working the register was very rude and threatening to ban me from the store for trying to explain that it shouldn't take 15-20 to make chicken biscuits at an all chicken "fastfood" restaurant.

    This location is slower than what I'm use to. Most locations are quick. This one, not so quick. Even when the lines outside wasn't bad. It still took some time to order, and recieve the order. They did apologize before I could say anything.

    Always a busy location but you'll get the same great food and service as all the others. Friendly employees and consistently great service. Our orders are accurate and the food is hot and delicious. I can't say that about many other fast food establishments!

    This is still one of best fast food restaurants. The overall customer service is good, but not what it used to be. This is the one place where at one time you could always expect to hear welcome to Chic-Fil-A, my pleasure and thank you.

    Im a door dasher and I don't like to deliver open drinks to customers so I went back into the store an asked for a sticker to cover the drink that way it doesn't look like I did anything to tamper the order. The manager name Courtney I believe was the one who so rudely cut me off by saying you don't provide stickers for the drinks because it messes it up. But I was gonna ask for another Cup and lid to put the drink in so it wouldn't spill everywhere and like I said earlier doesn't look like I would tamper with their food. So she told one of the workers to hurry up and get me a sticker for the order. Mind you the store wasn't busy so It shouldn't be a problem to simply just get a sticker for an order.
