This place has it down on lock. The staff are quick and friendly and make a good drink. The atmosphere of the store is warm and inviting. Despite them being super busy they made my drink in no time and I was on my way and happy!

Went inside recently and ordered drinks. I told her I was leaving them a cash tip and as I put it in the tip jar she said okay, without any care or appreciation for a $4 cash tip not saying thank you when she clearly saw me do this. Got our regular frozen fruit drink that wasn’t fully blended, you could clearly see the pulp purée.I have no problem gladly giving a tip, most people say thank you and appreciate it. Not happy with the Eden location in Chesapeake.

This place is on a corner and I almost passed it by. It looks like it used to be a bank. Once you locate it, it looks really cool with outdoor seating. If you miss the main entrance you can park in the back and walk to the front. I gave 3 stars because I ordered a few Oatmeals for breakfast through my mobile app. I picked them up and went back to the hotel. When I took them out it was cold and not cooked. They also didn't provide the usual sides that come with the oatmeal. I called and they said to come back and get 2 new ones. I went back and they were very nice but told me the water wasn't hot enough for my original order. It was very early when I went but why put warm water in if you need hot? Where were my usual sides that come with the oatmeal? That is my reason for 3 stars.

Took way too long to get our drinks. I received mine after 7 minutes, my friend had to ask for hers after I had mine for 10 minutes, so she waited about 20 minutes to get her beverage. It wasn't crowded, the set up is not as comfortable as other Starbucks I have been to. It just seemed not well designed, and the seating is not good. I had a regular iced coffee with a lot of cream and sugar, they did that well. My friend got the dragonfruit drink. The environment just was not a cozy coffee meeting environment.

Not too crowded 9am. Baristas were amazing and made the best custom drink:) they have pup cups here too! Close to shopping.

Went thru the drive thru twice cause who ever was on the intercom today in incompetent!!! Listen to orders before you cut people off and allow them to order and stop trying to change people’s orders and who ever made my drink today with ice all the way to the top mean you are taking my money and throwing it in the trash!

Very quick and friendly service. Clean and organized inside. The drinks were perfect!

Good service. Can be difficult to get to. Don't depend on your GPS.
