My experience at Indigo was absolutely wonderful!! As soon as I walked in the door I felt so welcome & relaxed. They set the scene even as you're filling out paperwork in the lobby with a beautiful, calming space. I've had a few massages before, but this was by far the best one I've ever had. My massage was catered to me and it was soothing yet the perfect therapy for the areas I felt super tight from years of sitting at a desk. I felt relaxed for the next couple of days, I swear! I can't wait for my next appointment!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Deja and she was wonderful! She explained everything thoroughly beforehand and gave tips for what to expect both during and after my massage. The front desk associate was welcoming, kind, helpful and gave great recommendations. The location is perfect, with easy parking and inside is beautifully calm and peaceful. I can't wait to go back for my next session!

On the mend from a a lingering shoulder injury, I reached out to Jordan and she was able to get me on the schedule quickly with Emily. Emily provided an amazing amount of pain relief and increased range of motion. I highly recommend her, the knowledge she has of decompression of joints and pressure points is great! I plan to book a follow up immediately.

The atmosphere at Indigo is perfectly relaxing and calm. I’ve had two lymphatic drainage massages with two providers and a sauna session which is a lovely add-on. Both times were informative, peaceful and enjoyable. The staff is attentive and welcoming but also know to give space to clients to enjoy the facilities on their own. I will definitely recommend Indigo to friends!

Indigo is by far my favorite spa in Richmond! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the environment was calming and peaceful. Whitney gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had- the perfect amount of pressure. Vee introduced my husband to cupping and he experienced immediate pain relief after his massage with her. We’re excited to go back and indulge in some of the other body wellness options at Indigo!

I will recommend indigo to anyone I cross paths with. Their nature and demeanor is all about making you feel comfortable. I have come in for so many different treatments and followed this business for a long time and they never disappoint. The staff is attentive and warm, you will never feel like you don’t belong at indigo.

I love the Empress Gua Sha facial. Liz does an amazing job! It’s so calming, yet I notice the lymphatic drainage difference. I wish I could get one everyday! Great environment, friendly staff, clean. The waiting room is adorable!
