For sure the best French Cuisine Restaurant in the hood. Upscale ambiance, super delicious food, and generous portions, rare thing at French restaurant…. And the hostess/ manager…. maybe the owner was sole reason enough to come back. Waitress and waiter we had put us at ease to fully enjoy the food.

What an unexpected find in a strip mall. Excellent French food, modern ambiance and outstanding service. We can only recommend La Yaca from appetizer to dessert everything was delicious. Most good restaurants fall short on dessert but not La Yaca ! Well done 👍 wish we lived here.

Just had the best experience here on 9/12. It was our anniversary and we celebrated with dinner and a night in Va Beach. The service was excellent, the food divine, and even better…. DESSERT! I can’t wait to go back. Eating at Le Yaca was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while!

I had such an amazing experience dining here on my birthday. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, very elegant, and the customer service was phenomenal. What topped it off for me was the food!! Delicious!! Hats off to the chef that prepared such a great meal! I definitely recommend dining here for any special occasion.

Service is exceptional, food is delicious, and we had a wonderful time! Everything was very fresh and cooked perfectly.

I celebrated my mother’s birthday here and Le Yaca did NOT disappoint. The staff was so kind and on top of clearing tables and keeping water goblets filled. Every single dish was beyond delicious. We ordered the foie gras as an appetizer to share. The restaurant served it on top of a peach which is a delightful pairing. I had the potato leek soup with my Prix Fixe meal and it was the perfect temperature. My mother had the flounder special which she said was perfect. I had the crab cake and steak dish which was divine. For dessert, my mother had the sorbet and I had the crème brûlée. They offered post-dinner coffee but I couldn’t stomach anything else because the food was so rich and delicious! Will definitely return in the future and recommend to everyone I know.

My fiancé and I decided to celebrate our 3rd anniversary where my parents celebrated their 50th. Les Escargots & La Crêpe au Crabe to start… Filet & Crevettes for him, Duo Gourmand for me… Grand Marnier Soufflé & Crème Brûlée à la Vanille for desserts to share… Beautiful ambience, memorable food and great service. And rather reasonably priced if you ask me. I’m sure if we were drinkers it would of been over the $200 bill. Totally worth it. At the end of the day, if asked about this not so little jewel of a French restaurant, I wouldn’t hesitate to absolutely say YES, GO! ;p

Le Yaca food was so good! I highly recommend the Lobster and Crab Cake! It was wonderful place to celebrate my best friends birthday! Can’t wait to go again! The atmosphere was first class!

Le Yaca was one of the best culinary experiences of my life. Their service was phenomenal and their chefs make food into art; not only by presentations, but with authentic flavor and technique. My heart hurts to know that they will be closing soon as it was one of the best meals I will never be able to have again. Thank you & God Bless.

Great service, great ambience, Great meal! This was our first time to Le Yaca in Virginia Beach and we will definitely be coming back. We had the five course sampler menu. The lobster/scallop salad was top notch and perfect balance. Each course was purposeful and delightful. Super filling so come with an appetite. The hostess made sure every course was exactly what you wanted. My wife ordered the cheese plate for desert (which was delicious) but after seeing my desert sampler with cheese cake, and a soufflé she wanted mine. The waitress quickly cleared her cheese plate and brought her out the desert plate, my wife was so delighted. Highly recommended!

We went here for my birthday. The atmosphere is great. Some of the waiters are more helpful then others. It's definitely an experience that I really enjoyed!

We had the most amazing dinner. The salmon was so fresh, the sauce was excellent. I am in love with this restaurant. If you are in the area don't miss it!

Great food and service! Vegetarian salad was delicious and unique. Potato soup was very good and French onion soup with pureed onion is a distinct must-try. Duck and crab cake + lobster entrees were delicious - these are my wife's favorite crab cakes. Tiramisu for birthday dessert was very nice as well! Would definitely recommend this restaurant, one of the best in Virginia Beach!

My boyfriend and I had never been to Le Yaca before but wanted to try somewhere new for our anniversary. Super glad we did! Gabriel did a great job making sure that our night was perfect and was super helpful. Meals were also fantastic. Definitely would recommend :)
