Awful cust service they call " NEXT" Well they still have the prior client there in front the store is very messy and dirty I actually decided to do this review based on the comments that everyone in the line was making from home nasty the store was

Customer service terrible everyday of the week just 1-2 cashiers and they take their time! Forget about going on your lunch break😟The people that put 5 star must be employees or their family I mean seriously! Management should do something about it because the selection of clothing is pretty fair.

Burlington is a great place to shop for bargains and deals, not the latest fashion and trends, hence the low prices. This branch in hialeah is disappointing to us, because of its poor inventory and disorganized store (dirty). Other than that used to be much better, still recommend, just not this specific store.

there was only 2 cashiers, plus they take they’re sweet time to just check out ONE person’s items. i was waiting in the line for atleast an hour and a half because of how long they took. also, the mens shoes are out of stock and jeans in certain sizes are also out of stock.

Horrible customer service. Three ladies chatting at register while the line had over 20 customers. I asked for someone to open a register and Giselle at 005 retaliated by opening and closing her register right when it was my turn. Forgot to mention that I have been calling the store non-stop and they pick up and hang up. No one even greets, simply hang up. Horrible service. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will receive the worse service!

Today I went to look for a product that I needed, I was the only one to pay because it was 9:00 am and the cashier was talking with another about an oil and I was waiting until it was decided to serve me, and with an attitude she closed the box without giving me the change I had What to wait again, please, here in this country people come to work and if you don't like your job, don't do it, because many people really need to work!😡

Fully stocked. Bought a lot of nice stuff. And at great prices.
