Kids Empire Miami Dolphin Mall

Indoor playground

😠 What a terribly ran place. First of all they make everyone buy or wear socks, even adults. All the staff is behind the counter at the entrance and no one on the playground nor common areas where parents are sitting waiting for the kids. So no one cleaning the table and let's not even get started in... People often mention kids, area, play, people, children, bring,

What a terribly ran place. First of all they make everyone buy or wear socks, even adults. All the staff is behind the counter at the entrance and no one on the playground nor common areas where parents are sitting waiting for the kids. So no one cleaning the table and let's not even get started in the 2 trash cans they have available which were both full to the max. The table layout looks like it was done by Thing 1 and Thing 2. And I don't mean that as a compliment. You can't even access half the table not walk through them to get to the restroom nor Park area because they're stacked up one right next to the other with no walking space. Omg and of course the bathroom was top notch lol

The best place for a kid to play with a huge play area even adults will enjoy. Planning a party? No problem! Plenty of space. Highly recommend it. Also a separate area for toddlers.

Almost $25 and dirty the bathrooms and the floor in general.... they should have rotation and go clean the house for 1 or 2 hours, very dirty

SUPER RUDE CHUBY BLONDE EMPLOYEE letting the kids pass inside to the park who scared my daughter by saying she would have to call THE COPS ON US if she stayed inside the playground with her 17 year old cousin. My daughter after hearing that the cops were going to be called started freaking out asking what was happening. Isaac and manager were very helpful after the bad experience with her and I was refunded my money and got a free pass but my poor daughter didn't get to play and left crying because they chose the employee over the client. The manager himself told me they have been having problems with her yet still chose to not let me inside: when there is a BAD APPLE on the tree you have to REMOVE it or the whole tree will ROT my friend. I'm sorry. DO NOT GO HERE. NOT FAMILY ORIENTATED!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

It is absolutely awesome this place. My son enjoys every single minute here, still is. An me as a parent love that a can go inside the playground. Another great thing is that I can go out and then come back, as many tine as I want.

Had a party there for a large group of people with kids. I'm not sure what most of the negative complaints are about, but this location is awesome. It may be slightly pricey, but the play place is fantastic. Especially when adults get to act like big kids and also join their children in a three floor play place. Our party host Annabella definitely took care of us and parties here came up to significantly less than places like Kubo. I definitely recommend it for either a party or just to bring your kid for the day.

My son loved this place. He is 3 years old and very hyperactive. We stayed there for like 2 hours and he did not stopped playing for a second. The place is very big and the different areas are well divided.

Awesome fun for kids ages 2-12. Lots of climbing, slides, obstacle courses, mini cars to drive and more. Our group played over three hours and loved every minute. It's about $15 per child and two adults get in free for each child. Everyone needs to wear socks, no shoes allowed even for adults that don't plan to go on the obstacles. Adults can fit in the obstacles and go in with the kids of they please. The only thing I didn't like is that it's very expensive for a birthday there. You need to pay $40 per kid if you want to bring in any food and it's ten kids minimum, so $400 minimum. We couldn't bring a cake in even because we didn't pay that fee. We had 7 kids, so had to take them to the mall did court for pizza since we couldn't bring in food. You can get drinks in there like water, Capri sun. You can go back in all your want which is nice if you leave for food. We loved it other than the food part for bday, I feel say least let us bring in a cake if we paid for 7 kids to ever together. We will be back, overall everybody had fun.

Great experience there today with 5 kids ages 2-8. They loved the jungle gym area, awesome slides, soccer area, riding cars, and ropes. This is not a huge place like some of the others, but it's easy to keep track of your kids like this. I also like that it's brightly lit with kid friendly vibes. Prices are better with group of 10 so I would get the 10-entry punchcard next time rather than paying per entry. Looks like the comments about it being packed are all from the weekend, I was there today on a Thursday and there were a bunch of people but very roomy and plenty of space for everyone. Also the manager and cashier are friendly, always a plus at any venue, an important thing that keeps us going back somewhere.

I took my baby for the first time who is just starting to walk and the atmosphere was very noisy at first, it's a bad place and a lot of people go, it's understandable but don't make an entrance so narrow that the one who leaves and the one who enters bump into each other, there's no collision. space to pay, there is no coordination between those who enter and those who leave, no one is paying attention, 2) adult music... pure selena, scraper and old salsas, when it is a place for children! Don't play reggaeton or salsa, put meringues on CHILDREN'S MUSIC! Children! 3) There is NO staff in charge of the areas, in the baby area all the parents (I understand I was inside but there was no order) the older children who were going to play in that area EVEN THE PARENTS WERE THERE they were very abrupt and everyone Those who were there were babies who barely walked and they jumped and went over them in the ball pit, they played hitting each other hard with the balls, my baby came out crying... incredible that apart from the fact that the parents do nothing, there is no staff controlling the situation. because it is not prohibiting the older ones from not being in that area but at least to behave or set an age limit, 4) There are TOO MANY TOO MANY TABLES and chairs, there was nowhere to walk or sit down because everything was too full and crowded and obviously too many cars, apart from that there is a place that says car station and apart from the fact that the people who do not have their children inside it do not comply, the area was literally full of tables around who is going to pass with a car over the chairs with people????? Food they only sell fried foods and soft drinks, there is nothing healthy or several options, only snacks and they don't let you bring your food. Or drink from outside, stupid because you are not earning ANYTHING because they buy something from you if they do not sell anything other than snacks and soft drinks, how much can your monthly profit be in some nonsense? Quite expensive entrance $23 if I don't remember per child with 2 parents included but looking closely they don't know who comes in and who goes out… they have no order and control and there are very few staff for the amount of people and there was no order in the stations to monitor what The parents are not destroying the children's things or that they are messing with other children... or they simply control the situations when something happens in one of these places, the last to find out are the employees because there is no one watching the children if they fall or they get hurt... It's definitely not the best place.
