    I visited this store back in October. I bought a high chair & a couple of other things. The store was very nice & clean. Customer service was wonderful. It wasn't until I was leaving the store the guy at the front with the black vest told me I couldn't take the shopping cart out the store. He told me I had to carried ALL my items out which was the box with the high chair & my other items I purchased. But when I proceeded to walk out the store I seen many people with a BURLINGTON shopping cart OUTSIDE the store. The store manager at Ross allowed me to take one of their carts. I've visited this shopping plaza many times after this I love going to the Publix downstairs,Five below & Old Navy. But just haven't taken another visit at this store. I will never visit this store again! The day I came in was my first & last time. I took the survey that was on my receipt no call or email since. When I left the store I called the number on the receipt to speaker with the store manager but he wasn't in yet.

    The girl who rang us up (Danna) did fantastic. Before she rang us up, she was in the middle of taking a card application or survey so she asked the female next to her (Jennifer t) to ring us up and Jennifer turned around to have a conversation with another worker. We ignored the ignorance up until she came back, stared at my girlfriend and I in the eyes, saw the line was busy and still ignored the fact that she could kill the line and get back to her conversation. It wasn’t until I decided to bring up the fact that the line had gotten pretty long and she then turned around to log in, and took forever with that too. Danna ended up checking us out with a pleasant and speedy process.

    This place is a hit or miss. Definitely lacks organization - the place is messy the majority of the time. Even bigger issue - slow cashiers and huge lines. There is always a line here and they work extremely slow. They need to pick up their customer service experience because standing an hour in line is just a waste of time.

    This store needs better customer service. We were shopping just to spend money not really needing anything and came across this “treasure” like the reps seem to call it. We found a two piece stroller for a new born and toddler $100+ all the way down to $74.99. Whose not gonna jump on a deal like that? Now imagine the disappointment after you’re rung out ready to take your purchase home and management comes out to tell you they don’t have the item in stock and you’re not allowed to take the display due to safety concerns. The only solution she seemed to have on the spot was let’s get you on a $160 stroller, that or your refund. She said she was gonna help us track it down in another store but that didn’t happen. What a waste of my time! They also made me research the customer service number because the one they gave me didn’t even ring. They’re no help by the way, just scripted run arounds. Good luck shopping.

    This place is terrible when it comes to paying. You wait over 40 minute in the line with only three cashiers open with over 100 people in the line. On top of that one of the cashiers was texting and taking her time to call costumers waiting to pay because of her texting. Where is the manager? Terrible experience.

    This store suffers from lack of personnel always long lines never enough associates. This location has two floors with accessibility to check out on both, the second level is never used. I guess what's the point never enough associates. If they consider putting as much effort in cashier as they do in loss prevention security.

    Complete scammers and fraudulent shop that have to be reported to the authorities waiting over an hour for a return with supervisor telling me cannot return my stuff because the system is showing cannot be returned. Been told to come another time ???

    Worst ever. I live in Miami nd I was excited to come here but as I wait in a line of 40 people with only two tellers, I give this location a total thumbs down. The store is a disaster, products strewn in all the wrong places, the sandals hang from the wall display all intertwined making completely not worth the hassle to shop for new sandals here. Horrible presentation of a store. Horrible.

    I went right when they opened at 9 AM on Sunday only to find the place a hot mess from the night before. My granddaughter that is 8 Years old was trying to put thing back and organizing. Please don’t blame the pandemic that was over two years ago. I definitely give credit for the limited employees that do show up and I’m sure are wormed out.

    If you go early in the AM it's very organized and the cashier's are friendly and fast. But in the afternoons they only have 2 cashier's and the lines are ridiculous. The elevator may need some attention it feels like you're going to get stuck because of the loud noise it makes when it stops. Other than that I always find great products and service from the staff.

    This is one of my favorite stores but they only have two cashiers, for a two floor store, I was on the line for 30 minutes, many people left their things without shopping.

    Severely understaffed. Prepare to wait an hour or more in line. The store is super disorganized. Nobody attending dressing rooms. Low stock. Overall terrible.

    I lost my bag with the receipt and my credit card. I have statement of the Bank with purchase. I need return a dress and pant are $45 in total and they said not. I ask for credit store and they said not. I called corporate, said not, we can't accept return. Worse customer service.

    Terrible customer service! With a mile long line to pay they only had one employee at the register. Meanwhile there were five other employees chatting and picking up hangers and not giving the least amount of care for the patrons. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Finally get to the register and the employee has no idea what a gift receipt is. When she asks for help the other employee, talking over her while chewing gum like a cow and making little to no eye contact with me finally assists. Rude as ever!!! These employees should not be allowed to work with customers.

    Lines to pay are long. There are 8 registers and only 2 are open. the manager should at least open 4 registers. I was waiting for 30+ minutes and I had to walk out

    I want to Burlington you need to pay your cashier more than minimum wage salary. Three cashier only during the holidays shopping close to Christmas the line all to back of the store . No cashier at the second level of the store . You need more cashier period over 60 people in the line waiting. I walk out the store did shopping at TJ Maxx and Ross no long line there in and out

    The one on 57 and nw 7st is the best store. The have about 7 resgisters there. Every time i go it its at least a 45 min wait in line. Also, they are very low on merchandises.

    Went their to buy clothes for my kids and I noticed that the store manager is never there why, who knows, also the supervisor or team leader they have there they never know about his or her whereabouts. What kind of company ? and how is it being managing there? . This is a wake up call . Your store is going down is not even the employee fault its the company who doesn’t trained there employees well and the security issues: there is never any, people are stealing Constantly right at the corner of your eye over all everything is wrong with Burlington but don’t get me wrong the store has affordable prices and great stuff .
