Worse place to go to if you want to go buy something quick.....staff is slow, manager is irresponsible and with only one cashier in the register. If I could give it a negative 5 star then I would. To all future buyers, go to another Family Dollar because this one is the worse to go to. Edit: 2 years later and the staff hasn’t improved at all. If this is the type of service I’ll get then I’ll go to walmart from now on.

Horrible.....zero stars ...Will file for discrimination at this store for sure. The manger "suck "Hispanic lady who lies..I will get her name and post it here and everywhere else soon...i applied online because it has openings for a position to work during the holidays...i went there asked manger if hiring stated NO but rude and pretend she didn't understand the rest I was saying ...told her the signs on door says they was.hiring...."later I seen and heard her applying online for someone on her cell adding the information on the store online computer " cause the person didn't speak English and did not understand what to do online for her to hire..them she speaks loud...shortly after during the past days i went to purchase items each time going someone is there applying online via store computer for jobs..".guess what...Hispanic...and shes there giving them instructions on what to do. ,when you go to this store all of there employees are Hispanic...no Asians..,blacks or Americans.....and non of them speak English.....I don't care it's just everyone needs a job but this is unfair to hire your own and discriminate others"This is America ...I will follow up with a higher justice on this situation."corporate office ,Better business bureau..NAACPand local news investigations reporters this is gone too far..oh by the way I'm black and speak some Spanish ,I do understand well enough to speak and understand, I don't wanna let them know because i never was given the opportunity to be asked.also my wife is Hispanic PR born in Chicago..so I'm not racist..I know mucho,, I'm a person who believe in equality..and justice 4 all..

More cashiers need to be hired. The line is always so long to pay. Customer service is not good here, very Unprofessional. It's not fair that you have to wait in line for 30 minutes to pay.

Slow service and so-so stock. This place, like most of them, are just barely adequately stocked or manned.

Unsafisfied with the service. This store does not accept print at home coupons. Went to the store today to pick up a single item with a print at home coupon, it had a valid dot-scan barcode, they claimed it was fraud and illegal to use? Assitant manager working the cashier needs to better educate herself, really dissapponted with this class of management. This single experience is enough to make me not return at all to this store. Besides this incidence, store tends to get full with only 4-5 customers. Needs more improvement...

Giving one star because I have to only. This place is horrible. Always have their aisles blocked (preventing you from shopping) and always out of stock at the same time (?) MY opinion. ...close it down already. Waste of time shopping here. It's closest to me yet I travel to others to shop.

Very bad customer service it was like 4:30 and Betsy so I guess is a young little girl had a nasty chip on her shoulder and she was very sarcastic and she gave me the managers number to attitude and slam the window she don't know how to talk to people she has bad customer services hope her supervisor reprehensible been a customer there for a little bit over a year and they only open up partial the pool and if you're wearing shorts that are swim shorts I don't see what's the problem cuz a woman can wear a bathing suit or swim shorts that men wear it's the same thing don't waste your time going there

This people are sooo rude. You ask for anything and they wanna eat you . They don't have education. There is a lady who is Dominican who is very dark, she must be crazy. She wanted to hit me the other day, she is lucky that I didn't call the cops on her.

All organized. Stocked. No more stupid face mask. Not that I ever wore one... But the place is getting tidy.
