Ok so i book this hotel for 1 night and coming into the place it looks decent. The front desk was very delightful and had a nice conversation with the gentleman. I got my room key and proceeded to my room. As soon as i walked into the main hallway all i could smell was beer that probably was split on the rug and smoke emitting from the walls and there was a little but of trash on the floor. You might wanna get that deep cleaned. I get to my room and insert the key and go to push the handle but the handle only went half way and the door wouldnt move. I try again and had to put a lot of force to get the handle to move and open the door. You might want to have someone fix the doors. I get to my room and first view it looks decent but then when i actually investigate i find a bunch of issues. The room itself need paint all over, i had holes in the walls, the door latch was loose which didnt make me feel very secure, the vinyl flooring looks replaced poorly, damaged and boeing, the kitchette looked beat up and missing handles and a knob for the stove, the microwave looks like nobody has ever cleaned it and had residue all over it. There was no complimentary dishes or silverware anywhere in the room even though there was a sign on it says there were some, the lamps dont work except for a standing one that barely lit up the room and the outlets look damaged, the safe was broken and not working at all, i had a ironing board but no iron. The worst part was the bathroom, very tiny, had water damage on the ceiling with what i can only imagine the black spots were mold, the sink was held up by a 2x4 and a piece of molding on each side, no soap or shampoo, paint was peeling off, shower head was old and need replacement. Also the cop posted outside all night made me feel like this place was very dangerous at night so i could barely sleep. So overall i have had much better and probably wont be coming back here. The best part was my fridge that actually worked beautifully and was in good condition compared to the whole room :(

I'd give no stars if I could. My partner and I were supposed to stay 8/2-8/9. When we arrived the first room was a complete mess. Looked like a tornado went through it. The second room same thing plus mold clearly visible around the microwave. The third room which was the last room they could possibly put us in on the first floor appeared "clean" and decent but we discovered mold in cracks and crevices of the room as well. My asthma was being triggered and so was my partners. We ultimately decided to deal with it as we had no where else to go and up stairs was not an option as I have mobility issues and there was no elevator. Today 8/4 the hotel informed us they were canceling our reservation and kicking us out because we were complaining too much. Keep in mind we did not mention anything to anyone about the third room. Overall do not recommend especially if you have mobility issues!

If you want a super cheap room, this is it. I didn't mind if the room was just a bed and a tub, but please.... have it clean and nice!! I saw a roach and a huge water bug. The room was not nice to look at. Floor tiles we're coming up, bathroom had mold over the tub. The safety lock on the door was broke. We requested non-smoking, but it smelled of smoke. Thin walls, i could hear everyone as if i was Superman.

This hotel was a step above sleeping in the woods in a tent. I feel that the woods might have been cleaner. The hotel smelled, the rugs are all stained and the hotel was run down looking all over. The outside door didn't even latch so anyone could enter, and trust everyone did. It looked like a location where single dads and drug dealers went to stay for the weekend. I emptied a can of air freshner in the room because the non smoking room we had smelled of stale beer and cigarettes. I suggest staying anywhere but here.

If I could leave no stars I would. There is a reason the fee is non-refundable. Walking in to the building there was trash everywhere. The lobby of the hotel smelled nasty. For a place that says no smoking or loitering in the halls, it was clear no one paid attention. I was not expecting much as I walked down the hall to my room. Even my dog wasn't thrilled. The light for the room didn't work. Bathroom was dirty, but looked clean compared to the room itself. Graffiti on the headboard. The room smelled nasty. Traveling alone I did not feel safe. Left immediately. The have the audacity to charge a pet fee. No dog wants to stay there. The only thing they refunded was the pet fee. Save time, do bother to stay here. I am sure the ownership doesn't care that I am writing this. If they did their hotel wouldn't look like this.

Do not stay here. I was here for 9 days, owners are very greedy, too cheap to even have rooms cleaned. They didn’t clean my room the whole time I was there. I had to ask every time I needed towels. There’s trash everywhere which attracts roaches. They came to my room once after I complained it had been 7 days and they told me they’d clean the room. All they did was make the bed, leaving the same dirty sheets. To top it off, the greedy owner decided to raise the rate from $50 a night to $85 a night without telling me. You’d be better off sleeping on a park bench than you would going to this spithole.

Walking in through the front door the first thing that hits you is the smell of lots of cigarettes and unwashed floors. We stayed one night (I had planned for 3 but couldn't do it after the first) the whole night there were people out in the hall walking around yelling and next door played loud music until 2am. I did not feel safe there at all. Even the key cards tell you to lock the door and only open it after asking for ID. Also along with all the other reviews, there were lots of cockroaches all over the floor while we were there.

My room was badly roach infested, been here for a month and housekeeping has never entered my room, bath tub had mold on the bottom and the tub was moldy around the edges, people in the surrrounding rooms were truly loud and ratchet. It seems to work more for like a shelter or somewhere where strays can lay their heads to avoid being out in the streets.

Roach motel and crack den. The pictures aren’t real, at least not how it currently is. Tv didn’t turn on. Roaches everywhere. Stickers and writing on the walls. Long existing damage to the room and bathroom. This place should be bulldozed. Better to start from scratch than any poor attempt they are making to make this place somewhere where people can live. This place deserves 0 stars.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Pictures online don’t match how it actually looks. Roaches crawling on the floor. Gaping hole in the wall under the sink. Tried getting another room and the lights didn’t work. Didn’t last 5 minutes in the room and got a full refund from Expedia.

It is what it is. Staff helpful and it's has a mixture of every walk of life there. It is people and families there that have ran upon hard times and that are trying to better themselves. Some make it some dont.. It is all about the choices we make from that point or should I say decisions. I stayed there several weeks and used as stepping stone in my life. You can view as positive or negative. It is what you make it be in your mind... The beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

They obviously didn't clean the room from whoever was last there. There was food on the walls and it looked like someone speared their hands on the walls with ketchup or something (more orange) the room and whole place looked like it really didn't get taken care of. For almost 100 I expected a little better. But its cheap so I can 3xcuse some of it. But atleast wipe off the stuff smeared everywhere in between customers. I won't be staying there again.

I must say that the photos on the site are not accurate. There are roaches crawling all over the room. The room that I was assigned looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The bathroom ceiling was covered with black mold and it was leaking water from the bathroom above. I will never stay there again or recommend that place!!

Worst hotel I've ever been in. It smells like mildew and they have roaches! That's a deal breaker for me. And my kids were terrified! I don't play about my kids. I will never stay here again! I wish I give this place a negative star!

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER ‼️‼️‼️ I wish I could give 0 stars because I would. ROACH INFESTED AND MOLD INFESTED. I do not recommend staying here instead of this being a hotel it’s more like a trashy motel. Mold in the air conditioner , holes in the walls , tile coming up… I bought a pizza for my kids and sat it in the dresser for 2 mins and I opened it to get a slice and roaches were surrounding it and even had one inside my pizza. People drinking with front desk in the hallway… nothing but homeless crackheads living here. Floors weee dirty and they refused to give me a refund or move my room. Worse place ever.
