If you're looking for a place to stay that's covered in syringes and blood stains from the nightly shootings/stabbings then this is the place for you! Oh, can't forget the homeless people randomly overdosing on drugs and lying on the ground having seizures in front of your kids! This is exactly what we ran into. The local EMS cautioned us away numerous times, which we did. This isn't even mentioning how disgusting the rooms were. However, their lone bright spot is the front desk was super nice and easy to work with. They were extremely reasonable and helpful in giving me a full refund!

This was the WORSE PLACE I've ever stayed. This place should be shut down immediately. Smoke detector didn't have a cover on and wire was hanging from it empty. Bath tub was horrible. Floor was a disgrace . Carpet was pitch black. Plastic bag was wrapped around electric cord on floor. Mattress wasn't fit for anyone. PLEASE have health inspector and fire marshal check this out.

Absolutely terrible!! Do not stay here. Checking in process was unbelievably complicated. Once I got to the room the lamp shades were torn to pieces, mildew in bathroom, walls stapled together, carpet torn, complimentary towels were stained, bed had mold, door didnโ€™t completely shut, pee on toilet seat, wall was coming up, etc. When I walked in someone had placed a chair up against the door! Didnโ€™t even feel safe sitting in my car. Immediately canceled my reservation and went somewhere else. Avoid this place!

As soon as we got here, we immediately checked out. The outside was deteriorating and the room was worse. No smoke detector. Holes in the sheets. Blood stains may have been on the walls. The halls smelled like stale urine. This place should be condemned and torn down.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Disgusting ๐Ÿฅบ we booked online a king non smoking room. Pictures were nothing like the hotel. Lobby's doors were locked when we arrived in late evening. Had to talk through broken taped up window. They gave us a 2 bed double room and it was a smoking room, cigarette holes in blankets and ripped curtains, shower disgusting and the room stuck so bad we couldn't stay. Would never recommend to anyone.

Room was not clean. Smelled like mildew. There was urine on the toilet when we arrived. Paint on walls were peeling off. Lamp shades were torn. Didn't feel safe with people just sitting in the parking lot. One side of the hotel had rooms with boarded up windows. Curtains were ripped. We checked out 2 hours after arriving.

I have reserved a room at the Days Inn Civic Center in Roanoke VA. I have already given my credit card information and reserved the room with conformation number. I have been given two numbers by different people from 1-800 support to get in touch with someone to get this Credit Authorization form filled out so my sister and her fiancรฉe can check in. I've spent about two hours trying to get ahold of someone and when the line picks up, its just "Welcome" over and over then goes to voicemail. Last two times I tried customer support, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. The last time I told the representative that if I can't get someone to send me the form to fill out, please refund the reservation amount. She said since its same day check in, its nonrefundable, and then just hung up on me. Myself, and the rest of my family will never give business to Days Inn, ever. If I could give zero star's, I would. They don't deserve a one.

This was the most drug infested place I have ever seen in my life. Scenes in Breaking Bad weren't as shocking as walking around the property. I saw two drug deals before checking in, then had to step over somebody who was passed out in the stairwell to get my family out of there. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE IT IS UNSAFE!!

The room was very dirty, stained bedding walls covered in what looked like old soda splashed on them, microwave was missing knobs, air conditioning unit was dangerous because of the metal edges being bent and jagged. I was propositioned twice when outside to buy several types of drugs( I'm a certified peer recovery specialist). They had no clean wash clothes after my first day and the entire facility needs desperate attention inside and out. The cleaning lady was so very pleasant and she felt horrible for not having the wash clothes and I am pretty sure she is just trying to work and make money however this place needs help and with a huge chain name being associated with this hotel I really think something needs to be done because its become an unsafe environment for children and travelers but could be with cleaning, paint and repairs and not allowing the traffic and partying and having enough staff to take on the work load. I just honestly will not stay again because of the conditions...too bad cause the woman who I met working there were very nice and worth a better job!

Wow. Iโ€™d never seen a place this bad. I got propositioned while standing in line to check in. Shady characters and drug use great you the moment you enter the parking lot. A homeless guy hanging outside said โ€œyou donโ€™t wanna stay here man. You got kids.โ€ I had parked my car on the side and the manager came over and said โ€œyou donโ€™t want to park there.โ€ The hallways looked like something out of a horror movie. I handed in my key and left.

Cheap, easy checkin, friendly helpful staff. Pet friendly with fee of $15. Continental breakfast was mediocre but I only do it for the waffles so it was adequate. My key card didnโ€™t work twice and they replaced it immediately and even walked up to my room to make sure I could get in. The pool is somehow closed in June. The workout room is a closet with a treadmill, elliptical and one more workout machine. Tiny. There is one washer/dryer on site and they will exchange you for quarters. Overall rooms were clean, AC worked great. This was a good find last minute for travel stay purposes.

Nobody at front desk when we got there. The window to talk through was broken. The hallway paint was peeling and the carpet was wet and rolling up. Got out of there fast! Went across the street to Holiday Inn and was much better! This place needs shut down!

Worst experience EVER! First of all, the area was sketchy! Second of all, we arrived and wanted to check in and NO ONE was there! We waited for a long time for someone to show up to give us the keys. We reserved online and paid in advance. All for NOTHING!! We were stranded and tired. Do NOT book this โ€œInnโ€.

Checked in and the first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned yet. Second room was clean but bed was severely broken down. This was a while ago but I forgot to review and apparently they haven't improved.
