There were two cockroaches crawling in the bedsheets, it smells like smoke even though I asked for a non smoking room, and there were burns and stains on every available surface. If you're desperate for a cheap price, I'd pay maybe 50/night for a room here. Otherwise, find someplace else. If there was a deep clean and all the beds were replaced, this place would be livable. Until then it will be utterly disgusting.

Everything was dirty. The floor felt like it was never cleaned. The room smelled weird. The fridge was filthy and had a huge icecube on the first shelf, like enormous that you couldn't use the first shelf and the side part was broken. Pillows were sooo yellow inside I just pulled the side off a little and it was like years and years of sweat. Towels looked like they've been used for years and years. We didn't even get shampoo or conditioner, had to go ask for some. The swimming pool was closed and there was no breakfast bar. The only good thing was the location was convenient and the girl at the front was friendly. Definitely not worth the $75 we paid. Should be more like $30

If you rent a room here, make sure you stay visible on the property. That "checkout at 11" doesn't mean anything. If they don't see that you're in the room, they'll kick you out and deactivate your key. Did it to me this morning. Be mindful of that.

This place is awful! The sheets are so rough and scratchy! I have bug bites all over and everything is outdated and dirty. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!! They do not clean AT ALL! The floors are filthy; dirt, spider webs and hair everywhere! Definitely not worth $75 for one person! Bonus, the reception sucks and I had to stand outside to use my phone! It’s very, very loud; doors slamming, people yelling and you can hear everything through the walls. I’m surprised this place is still open. They need to close and burn the entire building down.

I would not stay here again if my only other option was to sleep in my car. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit with the strongest mildew smell. The bathroom was filthy and smelled so bad that it was completely unusable. When we checked in, one of the employees asked my dad to give him a ride somewhere which we found completely inappropriate and odd. Absolutely not worth 100$ for one night. We set our alarms earlier than planned to get checked out as soon as we could.

We took a girls trip to the mountains, stayed in room 238 and there was mold in the refrigerator and in microwave. The counter tops had not been cleaned. Their was soap left in the shower by other guest. I reported it to the woman at the desk, and she said my maid did not tell me. I will talk to her. Their are roaches in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. It is horrible. I do not leave reviews, but I feel I have to let someone know before handing her your money. It's nasty. Your stuff will come up missing if you leave during the day. I would not give it a 1 star at all. Horrible!!!!!!

The room wasn't horrible but not worth the price you pay which was a weekly rate of over 500+/ week.(THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH 500/WEEK). This hotel is on average worth maybe 300/week just for all the little problems. The sheets and towels were stained and the toilet leaked, went to wipe it up off the floor and the towel turned black. A few other little discrepancies which was brought up to the person behind the desk and they took it personal. We're not trying to be mean, I travel for a living but when I'm being charged over $500 a week I expect a room that's in pretty immaculate shape. Not a room that has stained sheets and towels, not a room that has water leaking all over the floor every time you flush the toilet not a refrigerator that sounds like it's going to fly out of the room, not a floor that turned your slippers black or a towel when you're trying to wipe up the water off the floor from the toilet leaking. The gentleman behind the counter got pretty rude. It looks like they may have renovated it but it's not being kept up to par. So my suggestion would be to fire your cleaning and maintenance crew or get on the ball of keeping your hotel up to par especially since it looks like you spent the money getting it nice.
