Top service team in the world. Best products. Passionate, knowledgeable staff. Absolutely one of the best bike shops in the world, accessible from the Washing and Old Dominion cycling trail. I love this place!! The photo I'm including is of them giving me the most amazing bike fitting after purchasing the new triathlon ride.

Great bike shop. They have bikes + a brewery + a coffee shop. Bikes, beer & coffee. Yes!! Came in for my first ever Visit as a newb to Reston and got the pleasurable experience of tasting multiple beers and sandwiches there, while enjoying great company and talking about the area. Really nice shop. They have variety of bikes and e-bikes, gear, and all the snacks a cyclist could want! I really enjoyed the sandwiches. Grilled cheese with cheddar on sourdough + pickle & chips; hard to decide whether this or the green chili burrito was better! Both are excellent snacks and sure to satisfy a hungry cyclist's needs after a long ride (or anyone craving a bite before embarking). I really enjoyed the Pilsner. Some kind of seasonal brew, I'm sure -- I'm new -- but the Pilsner was my favorite of the bunch. I also tried the home-brewed lager and the watermelon sour ale, which I'd highly recommend taking home & marinating some chicken in + searing with a honey-chili garlic sauce and some rice with green onions;:- y'all. If you do that, leave a note there for me about how it was. √: Watermelon-Habenero-Lime-Sour-Ale-Marinated Chicken with honey-chili-garlic-lime(or lemon) sauce + rice (or wild rice and blood oranges)& green onions. You try that and tell me. They sell it in growlers for take-home. I'm serious: take that beer (watermelon sour ale) home and marinate some chicken, grill or pan-sear it, sweet&spicy, and leave me a note at the bike shop how it went. Very good. Y'all. I'm so happy. I think the watermelon ale would make a GREAT take-home brew for a marinade. OR, take some + visit the taco shop next door!!! 🤩😍🥰🚴🏼‍♀️😍🤩✌🏼 They have every snack you could want, from pretzels to chocolate-filled salted croissants, cyclist's dream. Gotta have carbohydrates for those long rides! They also have coffee and muffins, electrolytes, amino acids and necessary recovery powders; all the necessary fare and a good friendliness. I really appreciated their attention to detail. These people speak my language. Love it! They clearly understand a cyclist's needs!! I am so pleased! 😊 I'd recommend this shop. Seems like many happy sandwiches and beer in our future! All the best. Thanks for having me :) will definitely return! 🚲🚴🏼‍♀️ Love to my fellow riders!!

Bike Lane and all of their employees are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about bikes and the overall sport in general. They're always willing to help out and show a true interest in your plans for your new bike or just getting an old one fixed up. They go the extra mile for you. They have a great inventory, AWESOME beer on tap, but the service is what stands out the most to me. Would highly recommend this shop.

I have 0 knowledge about bikes. I went here and was helped by Todd and Michelle, who were both incredibly lovely and kind! Got a bike so I don’t have to walk 4 miles a day anymore to run my errands. Oh, and the pho here was really good too! The vibes were chill. You won’t regret buying your bike from this place. They’ll even help you maintain it if you bring it back after purchasing from here. I’ll be back again one day for an upgrade once I get good :)

I am so impressed by the customer service. I am a HS teacher who brought her student’s bike in having NO IDEA how expensive repairing a bike would be. From the start, Mark was extremely kind and encouraged me to bring the bike in. He glanced it over and filled the tires before I took it to the amazing Richard. I explained my tough situation and he was so generous. He made sure I was able to afford the repair and got it to me the same day. It was a stressful day at work and I could not have appreciated more the help I got from both amazing employees. This will be my family’s only bike shop from now on. Big bonus is the brewery too :)

Great service & bikes arrive in good condition! I got my Checkpoint in 2021 & Domane in 2022. Owner is friendly as well. They are willing to work with you. They also send you good promotional emails if you buy your bike(s) from them!

I took my tricycle to them for an assembly. They did great job putting it together. I was very happy with their customer service, they not only did a great job putting it together but also helped me to load it in my car.. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

One of the highlights of this shop is that there are no stupid questions. I often ask mechanics about what i can do better for road bike maintenance and the Bike Lane has consistently provided me with great guidance and service. Their staff is always helpful and they have a great variety of tools and parts priced very competitively to what is available online. If you want to ask a question, grab a beer or coffee, or drop by for one of their events. I recommend the Bike Lane.

Always have a good experience at the bike Lane! I am real bad at taking care of my bikes, I beat the hell out of them and put way too many miles in before getting them serviced. They not only make them feel brand new, but they never make me feel bad about it. Some other stores I've been to in the past had this air of superiority. When I would take my bikes in I felt like I was going into the principals office at a boarding school to get reprimanded. Not the case here, And they have great beer on tap while you wait! Ward, one of the bartenders there, is one of the nicest dudes you'll ever meet.

Customer service is outstanding!! Everyone was very knowledgable about the products and our sales associate steered us to the right bike for my son. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a bike stop in and see what this place is all about; you'll be glad you did.

Awesome service! I had a broken pedal that I thought would require replacing the whole pedal bracket. I brought my bike in, and not only did they fix it within minutes, but it wasn't expensive at all. I even picked up a growler of beer, which was very tasty! I definitely recommend paying a visit if you like either bikes or beers.

Love this shop! The guys are so friendly and down to earth, and they are eager to share good advice and put the customer’s needs first. Never any sales pressure, just bona fide customer service at its best. We had such a positive experience working with Todd and Adam to find my bike; they listened to what I was looking for and matched me up with a fantastic fitness bike that I’m looking forward to enjoying many miles on! They also gave me great advice about selling my old bike, and were kind enough to look it over and help me figure out a realistic price to sell it for. We were so excited about my experience that we came back the next day to purchase another bike for my spouse. Can’t wait for many shared miles—with a huge thanks to the guys at Bike Lane! Looking forward to our continued visits to the shop.

Excellent service. Todd and his team were really patient in answering all my questions and accommodating all my requests before purchasing my gravel bike the way I was wishing for. Really happy with the outcome. And the craft beers right there on site are a plus. Can't recommend enough

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Bike Lane and was blown away by their exceptional customer service. These days, it's rare to find a company that truly goes above and beyond for their customers, but Bike Lane definitely delivers. Not only do they offer a wide selection of high-quality products, but their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Bike Lane and would highly recommend them to anyone in search of great products and excellent customer service.

Great bike shop. I've always had good service there anytime I stop in. I recently stopped in to get a flat tire fixed and asked the technician to look at the rear derailleur that was skipping gears. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and made the necessary adjustments. I'm very pleased with the service. Hopefully, this shop will keep up the good customer service.

A fun little spot! Yes, you can get anything related to bike and riding bikes. However, you can also get some great beer options. Although a short menu, it is diverse and tasty. I encourage you to drink your way across the menu. Outside seating is available and there is plenty of parking for you and your group. Bathrooms are down the hall inside the office building where this is located.

The Bike Lane is more than just a bike shop, it's a part of the biking community. The techs there provide excellent bike services. They have a solid inventory and will work with you to get anything they don't have if possible. Highly recommend this business!

Great experience! I was given a bike and it needed a thorough cleaning. Due to an impending move, I needed it done quickly. The Bike Lane staff were knowledgeable and courteous. I received the bike before the estimated date and they did an incredible job.

T-Bone at Bike Lane was simply awesome, he was very honest about the demand for bikes and kept me informed on the status of my delivery (bought it months ago). The whole Bike Lane staff was great and they covered everything from gear, outfits, best practices and more. Did you know helmets expire?? I do now! If you want to buy a bike and feel connected to like minded folks, this is the place for you. They live and breathe bikes… also try their beer!!!

Very knowledgeable about all things Trek. Been to a couple of other Trek stores in the area and this one seems to have the perfect balance of personality and knowledge. They do things the right way the first time, never have I had to go back with the same issue. They are first come first serve with all bike mechanic needs. Very accommodating to fit you in for small adjustments.

Excellent customer service, good pricing, decent bistro. They take care of my whole family's bikes. When a tuneup is minimal, they offer a discount from their normal rates. My bike needed a lot of love - it was returned in great condition. I recommend without reservation.

It been a pleasure doing business with The Bike Lane. Everyone I have come in contact with has been exceptional and always willing to assist me. I enjoy visiting the store and even over the phone they have been accommodating. I purchased a bike here last year and they assisted with a fit, and accessories. I even received rewards from my purchase this month! Awesome! Two Big Thumbs Up!

Community minded bike shop conveniently located next to the W&OD trail, Wiehle metro and with easy parking. When I was there, they were hosting a women's cycling group Happy Hour at their bar/cafe and even though things were busy, the mechanics helped me out right away. They patiently explained my issue and taught me some routine maintenance to keep things running smoothly. This will be my go-to shop wherever I'm in the area!

Rode in to get my son's bike tuned up. They were able to fix it while we waited - had a delicious latte :) and he enjoyed the lemonade and grilled cheese. So fun to have a local bike shop to support. Staff were very friendly and helped us pick a new helmet out and answered lots of questions.
