I had ordered nutella brownie and there was no brownie at all. Those workers are cheating the customers

God bless whoever who had the idea of starting a thickshake franchise here. Shakes were amazing and the place is an absolute relaxing spot for travellers.

Literally scoops of icecream added to glasses and little bit of toppings thrown on the top of the icecream. Who ever owns this outlet is going to end up loosing customer base. If people like these work for them. This is 450rupees I paid for these two glass of icecream scoops. This is very disrespectful to the customer.

These guys won't use real fruits and they will add flavour of the fruit. If anyone add the fruit flavour to a milkshake or thick shake it won't be taste like the fruits which we want to drink. I was disappointed by the thickshake factory.

Its a good place to have milk shakes and thick shakes. Its located near to Kurmannapalem - Duvvada road turn. So its easy to locate this. Coming to taste, flavours of shakes here- I feel this is good place to taste these drinks. Taste is very good. I like Dry fruits milk shake much here. Prices are little bit costly but feel like worthy for some shakes. Only some people have space to sit and drink milk and thick shakes there.

Nutella brownie shake!! If you want to see nuttela and brownie they are just topping and decorations!! Taste is very bad!! Rates are high quality is low!! Brownie and nuttela shakes means they all should blend together not to put it on topping!! I don't recommend any thick shake drinkers to try this place!! It needs too much work on it!!!!

Good maintenance & tasty shakes..!

This Thickshake factory outlet is located near kurmannapalem signal. I have been to almost all Thickshake factory outlets, so I had most of the chocolate and coffee based thickshakes. This time i was curious about nutella latte which was a rare combination. Believe me that was one of the best thickshake I had in my life. This outlet is small and cozy but very well maintained.

It is too much expensive 😫 and quality is very worst

The place is pretty small, but the shakes were really yummy. Prices were a little higher than usual as well.

The thickshake was amazing and delicious. They have indoor seating with pretty corners. This is my absolute favorite shakes in Vijayawada. Had amazing experience❤️

The store could be better with better ambiance and lighting could be improved.

The thick shake just was not as good as the city branch. Just too much ice and the staff not the most welcoming either. Note : staff wasn't wearing masks or gloves during the pandemic.

Went to the shop, Wow, a nice place to enjoy ice creams, good taste and good service
