Very bad experience with yesterday's visit because of the staff behaviour. Dear management u seriously need to focus on customer service if not on a long run u would lose customers. Teach them patience and how to interact and help. I seriously regret why i visited u r shop.

We went to Lalitha jewelers Kakinada to buy some gold, very Disappointed with behavior of staff ( lady who is at the black beads jewelry counter insulted us). We don’t even ask for many models . We just picked up one item and asked for price.she is not interested to show anything . Due to her ridiculous behavior we walked away from store. I strongly recommend ,customer relationship course to the staff at lalitha jewelry .
