7 articles of clothing for under $100. Around $75.00 did not like how the employee just threw in the silk shirts into bag, wrinkling them. I know they're busy but take time to bag certain items better. Came out wrinkled. Nice but in a hurry. Need to take time with checkout more. Fold them nicely to place in bag. They were thrown in.

Found a dress in my size right off the start. Then during check out I found my rasoberry/shortbread cookies on-sale, oh and I found a necklace to match perfectly with my dress.

Everything in the store was excellent except one thing there is a cashier name “Emily” , she was so rude, she looked like she was “high”, she kept on mumbling something meanwhile she was charging me and she kept giggling, like if I was some kind of clown. Then she kept talking with another cashier saying how she was tired and “wanted to go home” You don’t want to do your job , then stay home . Very unpleasant experience.

I only have one complaint big line and only 2 registers open

They have such great deals. Too bad you are so far away. 2 hour drive round trip.

I Always find what I need at Ross. The employees there are always so nice and always greet you. Today as I was shopping a girl name Monica help me out. She was so helpful and so nice. Thank you for your Great customer service Monica.
