01/2022 Thank you Costco Online Shopping for this beautiful Faux Concrete Gas Fire Pit with an external propane tank that is not included in the price. If you would like to pay for a $50 setup fee without opening a manual to enjoy it right away, you may consider to purchase an external propane tank from Walmart or Lowe's ahead of time so that the delivery person(s) can connect the gas cable as well as inserting an AA battery into the fire pit for you. The fire pit lasts 11 hours with the setting at LOW, which generates enough heats. 03/2021 It is clean in addition to having indoor parking lots inside Westfield Topanga & The Village with a complimentary 2-hour free parking or a valid 3-hour parking by Costco. It also offers a Costco Gas Station. You can consider that Costco as a Signature Costco. The quality of the previously frozen Wild Cold Water Lobsters is excellent.

I'll make this quick and simple as we all have no time for an autobiographical review 🤘 Parking shouldn't be a problem. ✅ Costco also validates its parking tickets. As almost everybody knows, Costco has almost everything you'll need ✅ You need to have a membership card to enter ✅ applying for a card takes just a couple minutes. Fresh produce: fruits, Vegetables, meats ✅ Wide selection of wines and liquors 😵‍💫 Children and adults clothing ✅ Buy online and pick it up at the store. ✅ You can return items if you're not satisfied ✅ Optometry ✅ Pharmacy ✅ Bathrooms ✅ Enjoy! 😎

Ok., most people may say this whole area/shopping center/ Costco is crazy and difficult for different reasons specially because it is always busy and the whole parking situation for those whom don’t like to take a little walk., but truth be told, once you are not in the parking is actually quite nice and enjoyable no matter what area or how far you park(in my opinion). I lived 2-3 mins away from Costco for seven years and I actually got to love coming here alone, with my toddler then, and the whole family. If I had to walk through the village and feel the vibe was a treat so I would make it a point to park even further and purposely. Some people are in such rush and fight for the closest parking to the store and feel even entitled but not always and that was nothing Costco could possibly controlled nor their fault. I moved a year ago and my husband and I along with our now 7year old still make the two hour drive(luckily no traffic) drive all the way here. We just love it or so how we choose to see it since it bring such happiness to us.

The new kiosks in the outdoor food court was such a dumb idea. And next time this company makes a change like that your customers must be informed ahead of time. Now the cooks have to spend half the time telling people that they don't take orders at the window anymore.

As the name suggests, it's a wholesale shop at a very reasonable price. You need to buy in bulk quantity. Snacks bar is available within the premises. Best thing I liked is their 90 days return policy and additional warranty for the items purchased from them. Entry restricted to members only. And the members are allowed to take two guests along with them. They sell gas also at a discount compared to the other gas companies.

This store has the best customer service!!!!! To start Sue Hutch is on top of her game, she helps me find who has the items I’m looking for by simply calling. Second the entire Membership team is Outstanding and literally give the very best service to all. Membership must have great management because everyone like Eddie, Luis the girls and the rest of the guys strive with their infectious positive attitude. Finally Jason and Johnny are the best!

If I could give 0/5 I would. I tried to use my moms Costco card (we have the same last name) and Liz & Crystal refused. Some random kind lady (literally the best person ever) had to pay for our groceries using her Costco card. Liz then took my moms card after we paid, and called her supervisor Crystal over to “make sure we weren't using my moms card”. Why do you need to see my moms card AFTER we paid for our groceries?? We had to WAIT after we paid for the supervisor to come over because Liz wouldn’t let us leave until she came. Weird power trip for Liz,, not a fan. Will not be returning.

From all costco locations in the area I would recommend most the woodland hills location. Clean, organized, good amount of staff and extra parking garage but you would need to use elevator which can only fit 2-3 carts at a time or the escalator on left side. Employees are pretty friendly here. Reason I am give a 4 star is because instacart shoppers are no longer allowed in self check out so even if you have just a few items they make you wait in the regular lines which can take quite some time. TIPS Avoid coming here on sunday it could take a while to find parking and very long lines. RETURNS best times I found to do returns are Friday between 10am to 12 noon and Tuesday 1-3 pm.

I mean it's just a regular Costco and the area is generally nice but, someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter in the middle of the Costco parking lot. It is honestly unreal. Attention to everyone who parks in the area, don't be gone too long or else this might happen. Costco seriously, get better security.

Who doesn’t like going to Costco? It’s all about the experience, from the yummy samples, to new and exciting products on the shelf. It’s a mini wonderland for adults and kid alike, and this location in particular is the best of the bunch, with friendly and helpful staff, shelves that are always stocked and organized to some of the best cuts of meats I’ve seen thus far! Great job Costco on victory you guys keep the dream alive !

I love Costco, from prescriptions to gas and all my dogs' needs. Plus anything else you may be looking for. I even bought my wife's engagement ring there, which was appaised at over 5k more than I paid for it.

The best store, clean, well stocked, great service. Can we get the Costco made to order veggie pizza back? We used to have the combo pizza that we customized as a vegetarian option. Please bring this back🍕

It may be my imagination but every time I go to Costco, no one seems to smile. All the employees walk around with scowls on their faces. From the greeter at the door, to the cashier and then to the receipt checker. But they do have the best prices for large families so I'll put up with the stone faces and keep shopping there.

Love Costco. I run a bed and breakfast and they definitely have the best prices on toilet paper and paper towels. And I always feel like I got a great deal after spending $500 when I get that $1.50 hot dog. 😄

The store is pretty good very well managed tend to run out some popular items which is understandable. But boy the people in the tire department really have a bad attitude. I’ve been waiting for two weeks for my tires. I accidentally deleted my email and they’re so unhelpful with me trying to get information about when my order will arrive. Very snotty.

My friend and I found Colleen McHale to be an outstanding employee. They were down to three electric carts, which I find is criminal for 96 year olds like me. Colleen covered the entire store until she was able to locate one for us. Her smile and personality are worth a million dollars to Costco. Marion Lovelace

Not my favorite Costco but they got the essentials, just needing better employees. I feel like the customer device stops once you leave the customer service desk.

It's a Costco! Spend $500 and get a $2 hotdog on the way out. Place was very clean, well maintained and fully in stock. Che kout was packed but actually moved pretty fast with the self checkout.

Costco had everything we needed! Costco always has new items in the store that are great! I got a really cute Nautica, black puffer jacket for $35. Very happy!!!

Please inform your BRC self checkout. If you were trying to help, you would have scanned my items. Instead of Racial profiling, thinking we are trying to steal. The crab legs were only $36 dollars more than you make in an hour. We don't need to steal food. In my purse alone was your paycheck. We make more sleeping than you do working. So the next time you see me just know, you work at Costco at your "big" age, I could never. I have an Associates degree & Bachelor's of Science in Health Administration. I should be helping you. Keep jaw jacking with you co-workers doing nothing like you were.

Employees and supervisors are really friendly. I lost my parking ticket today. One of the workers told me to ask a supervisor for an extra ticket. They gave me immediately very nice of them.

Chaotic on a Sunday afternoon- avoid this time! People are fighting for shopping carts, you keep bumping into people, not a pleasant experience. However it was less people when we came on a Saturday afternoon. You can stay here for hours just browsing every single aisle from first to second floor. Free samples were offered on Saturday but not Sunday. My photos are trying to show how big of a portion each product is!

It's Costco! Always busy and people acting like the only thing there is in life is to shop. I like the store because you get good deals, but I wish I could go when there's only like 5 people there lol...never gonna happen. I like the staff and all the little samples the give. Always clean which I love! Overall it's a cool store. Wish they sold Dove Pink !!

This Costco can get really busy but if you go early in the morning , I find that it is much more pleasant as the isles are clear and items are properly stacked. Which means lines are shorter too. However, I do notice this Costco is a little darker than the other Costco. Maybe they are trying to conserve energy, which is ok.

We all know that the lines for Costco gas can be long, but they went pretty quickly overall. They really should sell snacks and drinks to the cars waiting in line. I think they'd make a lot of money that way and it would ease some of the boredom of the line!

0/5 if I could. Employees really know how to treat disabled people and their care takers. This store in particular follows “ rules “ at their convenience. You would think a company / person in charge would be more understanding towards the member, loyally paying a membership fee for 30+ years. I suppose a disabled person’s money toward their membership isn’t as good as someone who can walk into the store on their own. Not to mention the fact that the parking lot is a total nightmare making it difficult for disabled people to get in and out. Thanks so much for your kindness!

Absolute unit of a brick & mortar - a time piece. Unequivocal customer service and the best physically designed store in town. The CEO is doing an amazing job running this company with so much integrity. Best gas prices in town as well.

We walked to self checkout. Associate CARINA was standing there . She refused us ( we didn’t have alcohol and we had just 15 items) Ask us to go to cashier. First cashier was closed, we backed to self Check out. For some reason the system had error when we scanned items. She wanted to helped us but she was so so so rude . My husband ask him to be more polite and helpful but just she laughed. I asked her to be more polite and more helpful she said I asked you to go to register because it’s easier. How is it that associate doesn’t want to help and ask to go to cashier? I didn’t find any manager at that time to talk because she was really so rude and disrespectful. I never have seen any associate same as her in any of Costco. What is her job at self checkout? Just standing overt there looking around talking to coworker?

Fortunately Costco hasn't disappointed. It's one of those places where you're happy but your wallet isn't because you end up spending more. I went in for some yogurt and I went out with about 10 more items. This place was clean and it wasn't busy during the day. There's a gas station next to this one so that's really cool.

Cool and modern Costco with an outdoor food court. Got my eyes checked here today and two new pairs of glasses and then paid $1.50 for lunch. I especially love this store because of the wide aisles and huge variety and great produce. There really isn’t much that isn’t in this store from groceries to electronics to flowers.

  • 5/5 Ricardo M. 2 years ago on Google
Best deal here is the gas prices, about 0.50 cents cheaper then most gas stations. The membership is worth it if you pump gas here and do your shopping here. It’s easy to get distracted and be surprised with a big bill at the end if you don’t pay attention to what you are putting in your shopping cart, so keep track! Their “Kirkland” water and toilet paper is always a good deal.

  • 5/5 Forrest S. 2 years ago on Google
Good competitive prices, still better than Walmart and Target on many items. Better selections then past, still a lot of items sold only in bulk. With raising prices through inflation basic membership cost is worth price when comparing to inflated prices at competitors. Added bonus is the subsidized gasoline prices is best deal in town. Long gas lines take time, so having one family member gas up while another is shopping is considerable time saver. Likewise, we call Costco restaurant with our pizza order when we get close to store cashier so food is ready to go. Also, Costco typically has wider parking spots than most other stores so less door dings in our cars than at other stores' parking lots. Sometimes, web site doesn't always match with items available in store.

Mezzanine has plenty of parking spaces. Escalator has been down for more than a month. Finally got tennis balls I have been waiting for.

Like always very good. Deal of the day for me pork loin: $8 off the package. And, of course, some other good deals like $1 off baguettes.
