My grandmother was one of the most important women in my life. When she passed I inherited her sapphire ring. The ring had a worn shaft and I was worried that the prongs were dangerously worn too, but I was terrified of leaving it with a jeweler and not knowing if they were trustworthy. After much research I went to Fox Jewelers. I meet with George personally and he put my mind to ease. He ended up doing a complete restoration, ensuring that the ring will remain a treasured family heirloom for future generations. In the decade since we started doing business with Fox Jewelers, we have had several pieces of jewelry inspected, cleaned and repaired with perfect results. We have purchased several new pieces over the years—my husband especially loves that they keep a wishlist for me to take the guesswork out of gift giving. Now that George and Debbie’s daughters are working here I am assured that my jewelry needs will be met for many years to come. I am so grateful to have a family business I can trust here in Ventura. I will be forever loyal to the amazing team at Fox. Most recently I came in because the diamond in my favorite necklace (a George Fox custom piece) fell out and needed a replacement. Louisa and George took great care to ensure all my needs were met, as they always do, and I will have my necklace back in one piece before I even have a chance to miss it! While I was in I dropped off my wedding set to be rhodium plated, cleaned, and all diamonds secured. I wish I could leave a photo on this review because I just walked in to pick them up and they are GORGEOUS - like the day I got proposed to. I could go on and on, but all you need to know is if you have any jewelry needs, do yourself a favor and visit Fox. This is the best jewelry store experience you will ever have.

Fox jewelers is the only jewelers I use, staff/ consultants are friendly and helpful in a relaxed setting . I recently had two pieces worked on there. An antique glass ring resized ,repaired and shined up. The second was my mothers wedding ring which we redesigned into a necklace. Both pieces turned out absolutely beautiful !

I had bought two rings from Ventura pawn for my wedding. They were not a set and would separate and spin on my finger. I loved the idea of resurrecting new life and love into rings that once represented that but somehow ended up in the pawn shop. After wearing my wedding band for 17 years, knowing that the original jeweler did a bad job with customizing my ring and setting my diamond, I went in with my husband to consult with Madison about sizing our rings (covid pounds pushed us over the edge!) and fixing the problems that the ring had from the beginning. We were treated like family when we walked through the door and had a very fun time discussing what we needed done. We also purchased another alternative wedding set that we can wear as well, as we wish. When we cam back to pick them up we were helped out by Nicky, and she helped us get another repair going for our God Daughter's birth stone ring that was damaged. We went into Fox Fine Jewelry to see about having my wedding rings resized. They were super friendly, greeted us along with asking what we came in for. I told them what I was looking at doing, spent a good hour resizing and making sure what I wanted was right never once pressured me to do it that day along with not pressuring my husband into buying a new metal ring that day. Dropped my ring off and picked it up today looks brand new and fits like a glove. We also picked up my husband ring today and got a military discount on it which I love.
