Staff was super friendly. Floors were surprisingly clean, but the prices were amazing. I purchased four pairs of shoes for less that two hundred dollars! Awesome deals!

Nice big very organized store. Unfortunately they did not have the size I needed in the certain shoe I went in for but I was able to locate a employee pretty quickly considering the store was packed (back to school last minute shoppers) the guy that helped me was absolutely awesome! Like I mentioned the store was packed but he still took his time to help me find what I needed and made sure I was taken care of which I really appreciated.

A+ , 100% . Today, I shopped at Nike Factory Store. This was spontaneous because I went to the Theater and it was cold in there. I walked out, went inside the Nike store. The store was busy with customers. I found a staff and she helped me find a black, zipped up hoodie sweater. She also told me about the Nike app. As I was waiting in line, I signed up and became a Nike Member. I told the cashier and she was able to help find the scan on my Nike profile. I got a member discount. Overall, everything was perfect. I left super happy and off I went back to the movie theater with my Nike sweater. Great job everyone! 🥰👏👍

Customer service is good, and there is a variety of models

So today I went looking for some shoes at the Outlet and when I buy shoes (which is a quite rare occasion), I look for wide high tops. I visited here and a few other places in the Outlet like Skechers and Vans. This place was the only place that had shoes that matched my type of shoe. Ended up picking up a nice pair of Giannis shoes which are awesome!

they offered help the entire time i was there,,, one of the associates went to the back to check if they had any jordan retros. because sometimes they do have retros from time to time and.they didnt have any, but the rep brought me another pair as an alternative,, thats what i call,,,, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! i did buy one pair, which was destroyed by my pitbulls, later that night!!!

Love this store. Found the colors i wanted for the fleece sweatpants. But struck out on the fleece crew shirts. Only go up to 3x.

There is a line to go in personally it made it easier to look around that way. Large selection at decent prices. Because they are a factory store don't expect the newest shoes to be there. Unless you place an online order for pick up at that location.

Went there to return some shoes I ordered, the woman was real helpful. She handled everything real well an she mentioned a special so came out with some gear!!! If I got her name I would recognize her on there app!!! Pleasant experience an great customer service!!!

I’ve read some reviews about staff not being very helpful. I’ve got the opposite experience. Didn’t see his name unfortunately but one of the guys in shop pointed out to me that my Dutch Nike membership could be used in store, saving another 20%. He could’ve thought ‘leave those tourists in the blank, they won’t come again’ but he decided otherwise, saving me around 30 bucks for new shoes for my boys.
