2022 Updated. Finally in Miosotis you can find proper customer’s service! Maybe mew managers and for sure new employees. Thank you 🙏🏼 for adding proper service to beautiful variety of organic food)) Nice variety of organic food, but absolutely unpleasant customers service - have to wait at point of sale for more than 10 minutes, while employees has pleasant chitchat with each other . Prices are the same as in Celeiro, but service in Celeiro 10 times better Cafe in Miosótis - one of the best place for vegetarians to have lunch in the Lisbon . But again service is totally disaster. Owners of the cafe is so greedy, that charge for glass of hot water 1,5 Euro as for tea

Less and less choice of products... As a consequence there is less and less customers. This vicious circle can only lead in one direction... unless the owner changes his buyer and/or the product selection! Too bad because this shop was a pioneer in organic food in Lisbon.

Most of the products are vegetarians and some vegan, pretty expensive shop. You also can buy cooked vegetarian meals to eat on the spot.

Awesome place for groceries, one of the best place in the world! Almost never seen anything like that. Huge variety of biological and fresh food mostly from Portugal! A lot of products Much cheaper and economic of other chains/supermarket like continente, auchan, gonatural, celeiro, by the way a lot of food often same price of non-biologicals ones. More over food taste of real, not like most fruits and vegetables of big markets.. A place to visit even for tourists, a lot to learn and discover ! They got restaurant too, and a small shop for cosmetics super natural but expensive. Don’t know how to do without it 😂

I had heard many great things about this place. Today i passed by to see it myself. At the entrance there were many edible plants in small pots, but looking closer, all seemed very untaken care of. On the opposite side of the plants, existed wonderful clay pots, something extremely rare to find in the city center. Further down ,the vegetables looked also somehow withered and it seemed they were not very well cared for, I felt there is an attitude that BIo is trash . The prices were often missing, in the refrigerator I found dates piled up on top of each other and unfortunately also in a miserable state, which impressed me somehow and I wondered why such a treatment? Overall I found the place very untaken care of and with a sort of attitude, not a very comfortable place. The customers also seemed somehow strange and unfriendly. The woman at the checkout also was aggressive, she asked for my contributor's number which only has 8 digits, I told her the numbers and she told me with a condescending attitude it's wrong, when I looked at her monitor I saw she had put almost 15 digits there, and I wondered why she put so many digits there?? so I repeated my no. It was not a very good experience

Very bad quality meat and expensive. The picanhas and steaks are too lean with no fat and the lamb is smelling bad.

Varied, affordable and with an impeccable customer service! Can definitely recommend the cafeteria which serves extremely affordable soups, quiches and sandwiches. The store had a lot of produce not available in northern Europe, so if you're a tourist it's a great place to pick up some fruit for breakfast or a picnic.

Nice small supermarket with organic products. You can find fruits, veggies, meat and even organic fish there. There's a lot of seeds, dried fruits and pulses available in bulk. Great variety of tea, honey and beverages. Staff is generally nice in there. Now they even have parking, which is great because it's not easy to park around that area.

I was flabbergasted by the size of the place. Had lunch in the cafeteria and it was really good and tasty. I was feeling adventurous and took a peek at the terrace on the rooftop. I will definitely have lunch up there in the summer. As for the shop, the amount of products available was incredible! Literally a hidden gem.

Nice organic supermarket but very overpriced! You can find a lot of organic things in the supermarkets. Especially the fresh fruit and veggies which wasn't in the greatest shape.
