Very quiet, peaceful and authentic place! The house is very comfortable and has it's own spirit. The view from the pool is amazing. The owners are super nice and helpful. They are doing everything to make you feel comfy. The breakfasts are delicious and there is always a piece of cake and coffee waiting for you :) Definitely a 5* place.

It was absolutely amazing. Everything was very clean room, bathroom, pool, breakfast aerea. The building ist rebuild in the Best of taste. Perfekt homemade breakfast with interesting suprise like Tomate Marmelade or pumpkin marmelade. The hosters Mia and Illidio are a treasure. Really recommendable.

We had a wonderful stay in Casa de Valcova. Illidio and his wife are amazing hosts and all the stuff is super kind. It’s also very clean and breakfast is delicious! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Valcova! The ambience of the tastefully remodelled 17th century house is truly unique. With all the comforts of a modern hotel (smart tv, clean, infinity pool), yet with a personal touch that resembles visiting friends (very hospitable hosts, homemade breakfast).

Incredible hosts and environment on a blueberry farm.

We escaped the crazy Porto streets and found this amazing place. If you love homemade breakfasts, if you appreciate small family businesses and silence, this is a place for you. The hosts are absolutely amazing people that know how to take care about their guests. We really felt spoiled. The house is beautiful and so clean…I felt like home. The breakfast is one of the best I ever had at an accommodation in this world. 😍 If you go there, have respect for other guests. Be quite and keep the place clean. This place deserves respect. You will find out why when you are there. :) P.S. Porto city center is only 25-30 min by car. It take more to move in the city to be honest than get there.
