I had only been at other branches in Shopping Centers, so this little shop on the street was a welcomed change. The ice cream crepes was delicious, but the high point and reason of this review is the staff. I was really well treated and they were very friendly and professional and all health/sanitary measures were taken. The manager seemed to be able to speak more than 5 languages as well! Even with the new restrictions due to the virus, I can only but recommend it. The price is higher than regular ice cream shops, but you are paying for both quality of product as well as quality of service.

The best crepes ever (and I've tasted a few). Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager Fernando Oliviera (hope the spelling is correct) is one of the nicest people I met in Porto.He helped me find my way round and gave me good tips too. Definitely go again.

Highly recommend because the employees were so professional and lovely to talk with (Matias and Larissa). The Haagen-Dazs ice cream is good and expensive, as usual!

My opinion is Haagen-Dazs is one of the best ice cream and in the world, and to find this place in Portugal was a good surprise for me. I have ordered ice cream for my daughter and of course she liked it. Taste and quality never changes, and the shop had located center of the city, and so to find and reach this place is so easy.

Friendly service at this small little store amidst the hustle and bustle of Porto's famous Rua Santa Catarina shopping district. My two scoops of different flavoured sorbet on a cone were just divine!

23.10.03, 8:50pm I visited to eat ice cream. But the worker in that time do the mistake to us. We were waiting there to take our turn. When the turn to order came back, the worker accepted the other customer’s order. I dont know why she did that. She knew we were waiting there. I said to her we ve waited earlier than them. But she didn t even apologize to us. She do remind the service instead of racisim.

Staff was very friendly. I got an ice-cream with 2 bowls and some whip cream. I was shocked about the price. 7 euro and 40 cents. For one ice-cream with 2 normal sized bowls. And a touch of whip cream. Now it makes sense they didn't have their pricelist clearly visible. I can't say I agree with their pricing strategy. Haagen dasz. Every spoonful brings you closer. To an empty wallet.

Ice cream and sundae creation were fabulous! They have some unheard of flavors here. The making took forever, though. There was also no seating and having to stand outside the shop where construction noise and smoking smells were everywhere was quite disgusting in combination. The sundae cost €6.

Taking a break in a beautiful place and street, wih nice people and staff, eating delicious ice cream, hot chocolate, waffles and coffee!

A smaller branch with very friendly staff. All the usual favourites to choose from but unfortunately there is no where to sit to eat and enjoy the delights. That said well with a visit as nice and clean. No queues either as well staffed.
