Restobar in grandbay with nice ambience and obedient staff who served us nice cocktails🍹which are very relaxing and the food is too good where we can enjoy the food here... When u get out the bar u can have verandah where u can have a Seaview with drinking and smoking point enjoying the seaview.. Its best place to chill alone or with friends and family

Great food, but service was slow. Also the flowers they have in the lobby make the place stink like dirty cleaning water. Could hardly breath in the lobby.

Very poor experience, they’ve inexperienced bartenders who have little experience on how to make drinks. No offense to the bartender servicing us but he’s been just given the job randomly. Not his fault. They don’t have basic spirits/drinks and only limited options. I didn’t bother trying their foods since I didn’t want to waste more money. Being located in a “4 star hotel” from ITC GROUP this is very ordinary from the hotel management of ITC brand. Very difficult to recommend when you’ve so many other good options around. Needs lot of work.

A little pricy but service and ambience is worth the money

Bad experience as they informed us about flat 30% discount but at the time of billing, they informed about conditions. Staff is misinformed and careless. Management (ITC) is least bothered about serving their customers. Bartenders don't know what they are making. A simple LIT tasted the worst. Did not have all the liquor to make simple cocktails. Overall a bad experience and spoilt the entire evening.

Found glass in our pizza that was ordered from the restaurant and it was ridiculous that they didn't when go up to management with it. The chef came out and offered another one. But had nothing to say about the pieces already consumed. They just made sure not even a manager knew about it. Bad attitude and honestly cast a doubt on the integrity of the hotel. Great ambience though. The bar in charge asked us to leave a good review for the bar as he said the pizza was from the restaurant menu. Sad to see a nice place adapting to the work ethics of the lowest employees.
