Was invited for a Birthday party🎂🎂 at R&G green park. Quite disappointed with food taste. Ambience is good. Staff was polite. No food varieties to convince our tate buds💢💢👅👅.. Can visit once..🤝 Note: if you are celebrating your birthday parties please inform the staff one day before as they don't own any bakery here.❗❗

I went with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. First of all I appreciate the rooms which was classy , but I was disappointed with restaurant 1. The service was poor. 2. The taste of the food was not at all up to mark. 3. The waiter was only bothering one particular table rather than looking at other tables too. Only suggestions I would like to say you is improve your restaurant and teach some basic ethics.

Rooms need maintenance. Water was not draining in the wash rooms. Kettles not working. Chair inclined, not usable. Shower holder spring not working. Hair dryer power point had issues. Swimming pool doesn't inspire to swim There is lack of quality management. The ambience however is great. Staff are friendly and hard working. Great spread for breakfast, typical South Indian and continental. Tulips restaurant had good but expensive food as well Management had to wake up. I foresee they going out of business when there is no demand.

Hotel may be good for stay....but quality of food and service and attitude of banquets staff need to improve...surely not value for money hotel and definitely not a place for weddings. You just have shed with AC, with no change rooms and attached toilets. Food service is needless to talk about, it was pathetic. Their procedure for booking of events is wrong. No Do's n Don't 's are provided at the time contract for any event. Later on mgmt says not part of the contract etc. Hence not suitable for any major function.

Nothing great would be understated all round experience was superb multi cultural staff with exceptional hospitality. Hotel asset is their staff who are very motivated and ready to serve, I guess the management understands the Human Resources and takes good care of staff. Met exceptional hospitality staff start from security to Suchitra at reception. Keep it up and god bless

Standard and taste of the food is not even up to the mark of Green Park standards. Ordered chicken 65 and fish Apollo for starters . Fish was burnt on edges , old oil taste and very oily . Mains ordered - fried rice and paneer curry . Taste was ok and they took nearly 1 hour 15 minutes to get the food on the table . I almost died of hunger . Not going here again , thanks

Worst experience ever. Reached the hotel by 8:40 pm, was given table at 9:35 pm and was served food around 10:10pm. We have to literally ask the waiters to serve the food even after the food is bought to our table. If you guys are literally hungry then not the place you are looking for. You will loose all your patience to eat the good food. Please don't visit

Horrible hotel. If possible I would like to give less than 1 star too One of the worst places, i have ever been to. I highly suggest that one should not visit here ! (This hotel has lost its charm) The service is not good at all. Untrained/Undertrained staff and very poor hospitality. Not of a helpful nature of the staff, which is right opposite of the hospitality sector. The food at this place must be avoided too. Very unhealthy and badly made. Rather one can eat elsewhere or stay hungry. I repeat do not eat here. I dont know how this hotel is still in service honestly! Very poor rooms, very poor management, very poor maintenance of the hotel. The guest must enter the room to inform the staff to get things repaired and then they will wake up and still not be able to fix it. Staff and even Hotel auxillary staff (like guard and other help)are money minded and tip hungry . They will see money and drool..this actually happened! Horrible nature towards the elderly too.Not bothered to help at all. Pathetic is very small word to describe the stay and hospitality here. I am falling short of words to describe the stay, as it was so very bad, and this is not the first time and still their casual nature and poor service continues. I will not visit here ever again. The experience was very very bad!!! One may stay in a lodge rather than here. The hotel is very overpriced too for its service. The worst part is when asked for veg food, they served chicken, claiming it to be veg, this is a matter of great concern and hurting of our sentiments too. All this is true and is not made up. I highly suggest once again,DO NOT VISIT HERE.This place is not worth, go elsewhere!

Upgraded rooms, buffet dinner has few and enough varieties - not to confuse with too many. Breakfast buffet is good. Mostly south and north dishes only. Pool is small and indeed well maintained. Enjoyed swimming. All in all…had a pleasant and memorable stay.

We went for dinner with family service they have provided is very bad there is very less staff to serve the food. Even water they serve there is not mineral water all our family is having throat infection due to drinking water there even small kid also got infected. We paid bulk some of money and bought throat infection. Even such big hotel is serving non mineral water so ashamed of it. Very bad service very bad

I have been to this place for both alacarta and buffet lunch. Buffet is costing around 950 per person, food you get here is worth more than what you pay here. Ambience is so good you can sit in lobby and enjoy for a time being . This is a refreshing location, when you are in vizag then this place is must visit and must stay place.

A decent hotel with cozy rooms, a spacious banquet hall, and nice restaurants. The staff is very helpful and overall the hospitality is good. The prices could be a little lower, but they are not crazily expensive. There would be very few parking spots, so finding a parking spot could get tricky at peak hours.

My experience is always great with their restaurant food and the service team. They have a great food choice with soft spoken team members making your fooding experience great. Sandhya in restaurant team specifically took great care on the guest relations during our lunch with friends. Stay with them also is great but could be much better.

Was there with a friend for dinner. No doubt food was delicious and starters were amazing. Most importantly staff and stewards were so nice that they were super happy to serve you with smile and made sure the best items were served. Special thanks to the stewards who made the dinner memorable.

I was at this place for a day and room was nice. Breakfast is simple and nice, buffet dinner was really good. Compare with past, it was improved a lot. Location is too busy thats only concern. But you will find everything near by.

Pool ambience is not at all good. There are no longuers at pool for such a huge property. They've using chairs at pool area to relax. There is no flooring at the pool area. We should walk on mud with bare foot and enter into pool. The approaching way to pool is lacking cleanliness. There is no jacuzzi in suite room. They water bottles they are serving is HUNK which not a brand. Serving the expired ketchup packets. At the time of checkout I've expressed all these. But they didn't even bother and react over my review.

I stayed between 27 th Dec to 29 th Dec 2022 . To access lift from lobby we need to climb 10 steps must lift luggage by ourself , no bell boy available.. also need to climb 10 steps to access breakfast restaurant. Not advisable for elderly and Physically challenged. No veg food is terrible.

Better don't ask for Mustang Bar experience. 1. Initially you need to carry your smartphone to reed qr code for menu. The attendent won't produce hardcopy of menu. If you can't.....? 2. The bartender feels as if he is providing freebies. 3. The best side dish is peanut masala. Since it doesn't need crowned chef to prepare. 4. According to the waiter the curd rice prepares in the morning, kept in freezer and served. I hope same formula for other dishes also. 5. Go to statics and compare with the same standered hotels for no of people present during sunday/ holiday evening. That is your standerds. 5. Justt remember this hotel is preffered by legend late sri NTR for his brief stay in vizag under guidence of sri Jaganmohan Rao. Try to maintain that privilege.

I visited the hotel for their buffet lunch and not for a stay. But have stayed previously and was decently maintained. Also the location is very easily accessible and central. Good amount of parking and a lovely lobby welcomes u when u come to the hotel. They also have an ala carte restaurant as well as a Chinese restaurant in addition to buffet restaurant The buffet itself was good with starters served on the table. Limited non veg options but good vegetarian options. As well as a good dessert selection Service was also fast. Good place to have buffet

Worst experience at the buffet restaurant. Went with family today for my little niece birthday total 20 members. No cups to serve soup, no serving plates, all the food item vessels are empty they were trying not to refill, the deserts are also not refilled, The starters are so delayed that we have to go to main course and the empty vessels were our main course. We waited for 45 minutes for the food to be refilled. The deserts counter same story enmity vessels, no one is there to serve the ice cream finally had an argument with manager Amit and the team lead at the counter. Please do not visit this place for food they charge through our nose and serve no food the idea is to charge not to serve. Food is not good and empty vessels is the definition of buffet for Green Park Visakhapatnam

We had a family buffet lunch 10 nos. Very bad experience, No proper maintenance on AC, actually keeping very low AC to save money, poor ambience, very limited staff, need to have very patience to get the food, taste is good. Overall not satisfied.

I was really disappointed with hotel's management. Worst MANAGEMENT. People here do not stick to their words. There is no communication between shift persons. WORST coordination. Worst manager. They do not know how to treat customer or they do not value customer's time. I stayed in room 309 paying 7000 rs... It is very very small. Please teach some basic ethics to Manager. Guess what there is no manager present in this hotel to resolve issues within the employees and customer.

We took stay for 3days. It's a deluxe room and the room is spacious enough for my kid to play. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. Will prefer this for further visit

I arrived at the Green Park Hotel as a paying guest, excited to enjoy the reputed hospitality and services your establishment offers. However, my encounter with Ms. Ratnam at the front desk left a bitter taste in my mouth and dampened my enthusiasm. I have stayed at Green Park hotel for a week. My experience is good. Room service and up keeping of room is good. Quality of breakfast and dinner at the R&G is good. In dinner they provide grilled non veg items , veg item variety are very less. I was missing "Fulka" (Roti) in dinner as they don't provide it. Sometimes the restorent is very crowed as outside peoples are also coming in large numbers. Swimming pool is small in size and towels at pool were not provided.

R&G is the very good place for party. Starters are so yummy and service r so good.All employees are smart as well as helpful in nature

I stayed here for 52 days the experience was so comfortable that I didn’t even notice. Starting from the room service to the security staff everyone was so friendly and nice. Must try MEKONG restaurant. There is round the clock menu also so you can order food at 3 am also. Recommended for defence personal

First things first! Ambiance was top notch. Perfect maintenance. And staff were very hospitable and are easily approachable. T’was very cozy and luxurious and we had a very good time having our dinner because of the calm atmosphere. Food was good and soups are a must try item. And the supervisor Mr.Achyut Rao has offered us a complimentary desert, which was absolutely delicious. We had a great experience at hotel Green Park, Visakhapatnam.

Food was lovely 🌹at buffet . Cofee at IRD was not ok . IRD for night noodles naan and butter chicken was 💯. Two things. All English movies were running in Hindi audio .. and the extra bed given was in two pieces. Was not good to sleep. Reception and buffet guys were good . Thanks to night security guy who helped me with a umbrella to go out to get some medicine in heavy rain.

Buffet Breakfast was the Main thing of staycation.Restaurants and In room Dinings aren't able to provide any Bengali Food. In house rooms are equipped with Big screen TV but with limited channels of South Indian languages and English. If you're are North Indian or Bengali I must not recommend you for your family stays.In capital it has been described as non smoking rooms but for what reason they have provided Matchsticks and Ashtrays I can't find out. I asked the IRD to make non spicy Fish curry for my baby. Instead of providing such item Mr Gaurav told me that Why am I not preferring 'KHICHDI' for my baby. Whatever I will prefer to feed my baby it's not the business of the Hotel. As a service provider it is their responsibility to provide the service to the customer. By knowing the fact that I am accompanying with a Toddler baby of 2 years they intentionally provided me a Twin bed room instead of Double Kingbed or Queen bed.Their main target is for the South Indian communities,they simply don't bothered about other Communities.

Super express service with mind blowing food quality and ambience. It costs 800+ Rs including GST equal to Barbeque nation, food is served to your hearts content your plate never gets empty. The staff are quite friendly and informative. When it comes to the items in the buffet, they serve biryani, fast food, noodles, salads, pasta, chicken,fish, prawns,....... It is one of the best buffet I have experienced so far apart from sahib's barbeque (Hyderabad). A must visit for every food lovers.

A very good hotel in Vizag. A very well trained and courteous staff. Enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Being a 4 star hotel it lacks the service quality. I visited restaurant, Ambience is good but I could see only two people serving the food and one taking the orders. Either this is because of staff shortage or don't care attitude of the hotel. In which ever way it's a bad experience for me with green park

I visited this restaurant couple of days back and the food was pathetic. They were serving as if we are getting it for free. Stale sweets,the toppings for ice creams were not fresh. Seems like no one touched that for many months. Coming to main course, apart from Biryani,nothing was good. Taste was pathetic. Variety went for a toss. Overall Rating - 1. I paid 1700 for that food and service. All my money wasted. This used to be one of the best in taste and service.

The interiors of Hotel Green Park have been done very well. Has a very welcoming effect. There are quite a few good restaurants within its premises. However the best in Vishakapatnam is Mekong. In every possible way 🙂

They should definitely hire more qualified chefs. The quality of the food usually leaves much to be desired. They should also wash your vegetables better. They bring vegetables with particles of dirt very often. Also black burnt particles of something can be found in food periodically. Disgusting.

Worst experience. I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel. The problems I faced: 1. I am travelling with my wife and with prior booking also they offered me a room having 2 single beds. 2. Housekeeping is very poor. No proper sanitisation is done in the room. 3. Electricity is getting off again and again. Also the AC is not working properly. At midnight 12 I called the electrician to fix the AC. Green Park team really need to cope up with the service levels in this cut throat competitive environment. I would not suggest someone to stay here as of now. Poor experience.

Rooms are stinky. No ventilation. No bell boys. We have to carry our own luggage... sometimes reception staff helps us out...but doormen expect tips. Coming to food, quantity is too less and prices are high. Breakfast is not at all good.Taste is just ok. Overall rooms and food doesn't matches it's price .

I went to Tulips for dinner along my wife and mom on Mother’s Day. They first gave a table that was super wobbly, when requested the manager smirked and acted as if he was giving me food for free. I had to insist for a better table. The extra star is for the food that tastes like any other restaurants food would. The best part was that the this was the day when the kitchen door broke apart and fell while the waiters were moving in and out to get food onto peoples table.

Taste is not upto mark. We had vegetarian lunch not at all satisfied with taste and cuisines. Starters are only good overall.

Nice food. We went for eastern or oriental cuisine. Arranged a separate room for privacy in COVID. Kids had fun too. Chef could have arranged French fries but didn't on request but gave fryums. Decent dinner experience.

Very well maintained property, clean room and linen, fantastic coordial service. Good complementary consumables includes fruits, cookies, chips, cold drinks, toiletries that include comb, shaving kit, toothbrush and paste, shampoo, soap, moisturizer. Good food. Healthy wide spread breakfast, very well organized parking, multiple banquets, swimming pool, bar. Locker in room, big TV. Really good in every aspect. Some rooms are very large.

Green Park Hotels- The best food in Vizag. My kids love the zero spicy chicken biryani and apollo wish. The interiors are superb with a grand look. Must visit place .
