Just a WOW place to stay for vacations. The beach view from the hotel is so ravishing. Beautiful interior & nice hospitality. Many indoor and outdoor activities present here. My most favourite was the beautiful view from my room and i enjoyed all the activities especially the game room. Loved this place. Highly Recommended !

Location of the hotel and the pool view are really good. I feel we dint receive the 5* service which we paid for. Customer service is very bad. From the entrance to housekeeping or the F&B none of the staff member’s are friendly. None of the services which we get in the package are not explained to us. I think we should have received 5* service which we paid for.( very expensive stay with no service). No pleasant smell in the room. Corridor smelled strong chemical odor. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! People who are looking for a nice view this is a good place. People who are also looking for a great service with the view this is not the place.

Gym had full functional equipments for all fitness freaks. Swimming pool is cleaned on daily basis. I enjoyed my stay here very much. Eagerly looking forward for my next visit.

My family went to dine in the restaurant of Novotel on 19 Aug 2021. We had buffet dinner. The experience was below satisfactory levels. The menu mainly catered for local population. I didn't find any taste in the food served. Ambience was not standard. Being a five star hotel the management should ensure that people are decently dressed. Required Tableware was not available, even after asking , the staff were clueless about desert forks, spoons and bowls. Disposable desert spoons were given to us. All throughout we didn't experience dining at a five star hotel. I would rate ZERO out of NINE.

This is the best vacation we had till date and a stay never to forget for the lifetime. The palace was amazing and having some of the best facilities with great ocean view all over the property. The rooms were beautiful with Superb cleaning. Smooth check in done by front office team.The location is fantastic. Food was great. Hospitality was at its best with all the staff very warm and courteous and responding to every query with patience. Overall experience right from entering the property till the time of departure was an unforgettable experience.

Hotel will barely make 4 stars in an EU country, rooms are decent but definitely not 5 stars . It is highly overrated . Service is again not 5 stars at all. Some of the personnel is struggling to provide good service , part not even interested to try... A special thanks to Satyajit , from the bar, very alert , fast and proactive in front of the clients. He served us perfectly every time at the pool.

My stay was really great. I had an accident while in the city and the hotel staff stepped up and made sure I was ok. They got me to a great hospital and saved my life. Aside from that the hospital was great in every way. I recommend this hotel to every one. Do come…. Craig

It's an interesting place to go to especially the Infinity. It's on the Roof Top overlooking the sea. Lovely ambience. However they had a lady dancing whilst you eat which was quite sleazy especially if you're there with family. It's supposed to be a five star. Didn't expect a bar dancer around. Eww

Perfect scenic view of beach from the rooms. Excellent stay in the hotel and food was also very good. A bit spicy side but worth it. The Varun beach is amazingly beautiful and the coastal line by the side of road is just healing the eyes.

We recently visited this hotel in the evening with a group of friends. While food, service and drinks were on point as usual but unfortunately we saw rats running around the infinity pool dining area. Made us feel very concerned about the hygiene. The hotel should definitely look into this as dinning with rats was not something we ordered. Thank you.

Our visit was in Jan, and it was not a good one for a first visit to Vizag. I only appreciate the lawn overlooking RK beach, as that was really the only good thing about our stay. A good hotel room should be insulated from external sounds, but we were not fortunate enough for that. Throughout the night, loud sounds from what I assume to be the theatre in the mall behind the hotel plagued our sleep. Rooms are all right. Food was overpriced and not up to the standards. Overall, this hotel is overrated. Go to Marriott instead.

Except the location like at the city center and the old prime beach access the is nothing i would be recommending for the hotel. Hotel is new and very well made. Service is pathetic and there is nobody who would care at all at the hotel at the restaurant. There was nobody to look after our table for 45 minutes. They asked us to wait for 15 minutes to get the empty table ready but nobody attended till 45 minutes and two rounds of screaming. Repetitive requests for water, plates etc. remain unanswered. The food and drinks are good but become useless with such service. Really disappointed. Only recommended for the location. Not for service or staff attention.

Very good 5 star hotel in vizag. Beach face rooms are very good and you can enjoy the view of sun rise. Good hospitality by staff. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is very good , you can get Indian and continental breakfast. Very good pool and well maintained by staff.

Location of the property is great. Awesome service. The food is spectacularly tasty. Chef Siljo conjured up an off-menu dish exactly as per my request. Good attention to detail by the chef. The great food that I had here was the high point of my stay and totally worth for making another trip to this property.

We were at the restaurant for dine out with my family. Took a la cart service. The food was awesome. Specifically mentioned bakery and confectionery items. The croissants were freshly baked. We tested some dark hand made chocolates and it tested awesome. Probably the best till date I had. Specifically mentioned Pastry Chef Mr. Amitabha who was giving personal attention to the guests . One star extra for him.

Lunch and dinner can improve. Breakfast was really delicious. Advise to focus on regional taste of guests. Stay was blissful, well arranged musical concert. You'll love the beach view from their terrace!! Thanks to Associate Pawan for your support during this stay! 🥂

I booked it for a good friend to surprise her for her birthday. It was amazing. The hospitality staff (Ms. Dolly) was really helpful in setting up the decorations and the table. Loved it. Breakfast buffet at sea lounge restaurant was amazing. The view from there was the highlight.

I visited the city for the first time and I was not sure about a lot of details about the city. The staff members helped me a lot in telling me about the city. How helpful it is, the staff are taking every possible care of yours. Wow! I just loved it. The rooms were also in very good condition. It was so clean and they took proper care of that. It was a pleasant stay.

Excellent dine in experience, and beautiful location. Most of the hotel rooms has breathtaking view. However there is nothing much to brag about the hotel... Hours of wait for check in, everything appears overcrowded... This is a hotel with hundreds of rooms so they should have planned some common areas and check-ins, service logistics in a better way. Staff seems to be overwhelmed, so obviously you don't get the service you expect...doesn't feel like anywhere close to a 5 start hotel

this my fifth time stay in this hotel, i love the room and the staffs are polite.the room service is good and food is delicious.

It's great for parties and get together. Liked the ambience and staff was good. Only problem is during buffet your orders get delayed by 1hr. But the place and location are all super. They maintained it well.

We are regular visitors to Novotel. Previously, We had bitter experience with respect to service during COVID. We have a year baby with us. Off late the service has improved a lot. Mr Chandan has been warm, calm and very customer friendly. Somehow arranged seating to us. Very accommodative. The image of the hotels lies in the Managers like them. Best wishes. Need more sofa seating as it’s very useful for families with babies.

Excellent for having a stay. The zero horizon or infinity swimming pool is just awesome... Just feels like swimming in sea... It is a wonderful experience..... Hospitality is very good. But must improve the service for door to door a little. Overall a good experience.

Pathetic Service. Worst Hotel Ever. Staying here for three days. Day 1 update : 1. Internet in the room is not stable. Sometimes it doesn't connect. The irony is that one month unlimited 100 MBPS plans cost Rs 700/- a month and they charge Rs 6000/- a day and still, they have poor internet than 2G. 2. The TV remote doesn't work. If you will ask for a change of batteries in the remote, they will not replace it. So basically TV is not available for guests. 3. Every bill has to be paid immediately. Even small budget hotels allow you to consolidate your payments at the time of check out for ease. Here they will behave like lapdogs. Behind you for small bills every time. 4. There is no one to pick your cutlery after your in-room dining. 5. Most of the time no one picks up the phone at reception. I Will update more in the coming two days. In fact, enjoying the fact that how poorly a hotel can be managed. Can be an interesting case study for people on how not to do things!

I would say amazing. However I shall say hype. It's so much breathtaking outside but inside the room, just like a normal room. They maintain some daily and some not so daily. Overall good experience.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, rooms and facilities. Having very good panoramic view around. Food is average. I think they may work more on repeated breakfast, veg. food quality (as I am vegetarian), and slow food service. Rest is fine.

We were upgraded to a sea view on the higher floor of this very well maintained and cleaned room. Washroom well maintained and cleaned. Clean and fresh bed linen . It's a very lovely n posh hotel with an awesome beach view.. Absolutely clean n tidy but I found difficult to find a dustbin which I think is necessary for maintaining cleanliness. Parking area could have been better. More staffs to be kept in parking lot to guide people.. Other than this I had a pleasant experience with Novotel n it's staffs..

Staff in Novotel The square restaurant are different new and trainees who understand some or none of their customers I say this because they couldn't serve a decent hot coffee despite of taking notes of the order strong cappuccino ended up serving light and cold not even warm coffee so no I'm disappointed to state that service here is no longer of class quality nor friendly even in the slightest.

Had an amazing breakfast experience. The spread was super lavish with everything possible available to relish. Caters to kids and adults alike. Like the waffles so much. Coffee tea has a separate section which adds to the look and appeal. Service is kind and genuine.

A Five star delux hotel. However, sadly...the feel is not. The decor doe not look plush, staff needs to be better trained. Only the prices give u that 5 star feeling. Location is excellent with a great view from the terrace restaurant. Food is nothing great... Too spicy and lacks balance. There are more misses than hits and therefore the 4 star.

The hotel stay was good. Felt safe all COVID protocols in place. Hotel is well located in front of beach. I had opted for all 3 meals. The food spread is vast and variety and food quality is wonderful. Mr. Shanmukh and team was so good in serving. Looked after all our needs. Breakfast was too good, en number of dishes on buffet. Friendly atmosphere with music and some good vibes from 9pm onwards. Service is good and beers are decent. A good place with decent vibe to chill Just behind the Novotel, Varun Beach. This was located at upstairs of tap the bar.

Visited Novotel for the first time . stunned by the beach view from the room . Check in was quick and front office team is very friendly and welcoming. Guest relations team are helpful. Our stay was really pleasant and memorable. For sure will recommend to all my frends and will visit again .
