Don't go for Buffet... its just waste of your money.. Ot costs you ₹1459+taxes, with almost nill BBQ items and Starters are also just 2 items. Pathetic experience. Instead ABq or Barbeques Nations is far more better than this ( which are less than ₹1000) or better go to Novotel with same cost.

A great place for a buffet in vishakhapatnam. Went there on a weekend so it was totally packed. Managed to get a table after a short wait. The buffet spread was really impressive. A wide variety of options covering several cuisines, and everything I tried tasted great. The appetizers and desserts are definitely the stars of the show. Main course was decent. Only downside for me was the very limited choice in availability of beer. Other than that, everything else was top notch. I'd rate it 8.5/10

Good option for a breakfast buffet. A huge variety of dishes are available in the buffet. Nice positioning of seats. The juices could be better. Service is a little slow but polite. Will cost 590 INR for one. Must visit for a rather luxurious breakfast.

This restaurant is within the premises of Four Points by Sheraton Hotel near waltair main road. There is ample parking space for four wheelers. The restaurant provides buffet lunch, buffet dinner and Sunday brunch. We visited the restaurant on a weekday buffet lunch with a tariff around 1170 rs per person excluding tax. The ambience is cool and well lit which helps in augmentation of apetite. The staffs are courteous, polite and professional. The buffet spread mainly focuses on continental and oriental dishes. Starting from soup till desserts, every preparations were superb. In a nutshell, the spread consists of salads, sandwiches, two soups, four starters, oriental main course, continental main course, south Indian main course, fruit platter, desserts and hot beverages. Alcoholic beverages can be added also with an extra cost. Grilled veg and non-veg sections were top notch. All ingredients were felt fresh, appealing to taste buds and light on stomach. The price of the spread was aptly justified by the quality of food and service the restaurant offer. Undoubtedly, one of the finest buffet spreads of Vizag. Overall verdict- definitely recommended.

We tried the buffet. There can be more food varieties especially the desserts section. The AC is not adequate. Especially for the humid and hot environment of vizag, it's not enough.

Stayed at Four Points for a few nights. The Eatery is an excellent restaurant. Akshay was particularly helpful on all days taking care of special requests from my son. Very good ambience.

I'd heard a lot about their lavish buffet, but I couldn't obtain it because I arrived late to the restaurant, which was about to close. I had placed an order for jeera rice, butter paneer masala, sizzler salad, and daal makhani. The paneer was great, the salad was delicious, but the daal makhani was overly creamy, much creamier than it needed to be.

On the day of consecration of lord Shriram at Ayodhya I had visited the restaurant ,and chosen for buffet ,ambience was nice service is good but there were not much varieties for buffet ,who love to eat rice it is some how good but specially for North Indian buffet is not good as no roti or nan was available ,the day was a holy day so I didn’t chose any non veg items ,if people are visiting on week days they can avail 1+1 offer for buffet ,but I will recommend to go A la Crate.

Don't go for ala-carte menu in this restaurant, they are more into buffet,I had a bad experience, limited menu option, pasta was pathetic, for everything we need to request, Kung pao chicken was horrible, they should use cashew but used peanuts, fish finger should serve with chips but they served only fish finger with little tarter sauce,after request they served chips...ridiculous..overall worst food...they don't serve anything until u don't request..not worth it

We had gone to The Eatery for a buffet at dinner time. Staff was hospitable and took care of things. Place had a charm. Food wise- though they had a decent spread, many of the items like rice, noodles, pasta, etc. were uncooked. The veg and non veg food was also not segregated. Food was kept categorically as starters and main course but there was chicken and paneer together, corn and beef soup together, with the name tags kept behind the container. This can actually lead to confusion. I would strongly advise the team for food segregation properly to prevent any unnecessary accidents.

We were a group of family and friends and we had dinner at the buffet restaurant. The food was great with a particular note for the fish. The serving was great and timely. Our main server was Sujatha and she was always extremely helpful throughout the whole evening. I would totally recommend.

There were 3 mismatching glasses on my table for 3 of us, one of the glasses had signature logo on it. The food was cold(most of the starters) as they were put in some dishes and there was attempt to keep the food hot, and tastes below average. Very few options to pick from. The service staff were good and professional.

No much spreads available for the cost of around 1100rs per person.. non veg items are not so worthy, they have kept egg biriyani ! First time i saw egg biriyani being served in such big hotels.. atleast chicken biriyani or mutton Biryani is preferable by most of the people.. and also soup they have kept buffalo soup and they have kept one pork item, tell me how many percentage Indians will have buffalo and pork.. Wow what an idea of saving money, i saw that not even half the people were touching these two items.. atleast provide some chicken soup and mutton dish and then if you really want to serve pork or buffalo then keep it as extra items.. don't play cheap gimmicks to save some bucks!... Also when called to check the menu, they mentioned that can't reveal the menu items 😅 now i understand why they don't reveal the spreads ! Waste of money, pls never go here...

Very basic options on the menu, especially vegetarian. All the non-veg was with bone, even the starter. They provided boneless chicken dishes when we requested but they took a long time. Overall, across the menu, the food was bland and dishes were dry. We had booked the private dining room, and for that the experience was good - the manager Mr Ramesh was very helpful and accommodated our requests easily. If I had to rate just based on the food, it would be less than 2/5, honestly the variety and quality were both quite below-par.
