The food was very tasty. Band was very good. Really loved the songs they performed. Weekends is very crowded and we need to b9ok a table atleast a day or two in advance. It was so crowded that we had to struggle to come out after food.

A nice place to catch up with friends, went on a weekend for the Live Band- the crowd was good. Got to listen to a surprise singer from the crowd and they were splendid. Food wise everything was good, but for the chicken dish- they garnished it with a bit too many Chillies 😛😛

A good place to dine and wine. Easy to find from the road and has valet parking. Entrance itself is grand and lively. The bar is spacious and has majorly two sections. One fine dining and the other for drinks and eats. Ambience good Live band good. They do take reservations. Services good. Price on a higher side. Do visit with friends and family or at least try once. The concept is real good. Have a separate smoking zone. All in All a good place to hangout. Note: its not a brewery. All bottled beer only. Rates have been increased considerably. Rate for drinks have gone up extremely. A glass of LIIT is an exorbitant amount of 1200 Rs. Even in Hyderabad its around 500-600 tops Ironhill serves at around 600 buck.

A premium restaurant in Vizag for some nice food and drinks. Excellent ambiance, good service and the best thing is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The kitchen is visible and that gives you visibility of how your food is prepared. I really liked their Nattukodi fry and Panacotta, which is a must try! The quantity is also excellent. So don’t order multiple dishes without seeing the portion.

Food was okay and most of the items were cold and bland by the time they reached the table. Drinks are way too expensive. Live music is okayish but loud. PS: Beware of a creepy middle-aged guy roaming around tables like in an Udipi hotel, staring at you for not finishing your meal on time and asking you to get out indirectly.

Food taste and texture is not Good at all. Thai chi was too crunchy, chicken was too hard . Kung pao chicken taste wasn't that good at all. We saw more chefs/cooks than customers at one point of time. We would definitely won't go again. Ambience was good. Live music was played for two minutes only.

Loved the ambience. The band was awesome. Cocktails are a bit much.I went on a sunday,so too much rush and crowd. Had to wait for half an hour to get in but got a seat very near to the band which gave me a little bit of a headache. Other than that,it's awesome

Ambience and service was nice but, food was not at all nice. We tried fruit punch and some tropical mocktails which were just ok. Kashmiri pine apple and some soma special crunchy fried one and both were not nice… after this we didn’t dare to order any main course and just came out.

One of its kind in Vizag, seems like popular with youth. Serves multi cuisine with alcohol, well trimmed decor and good ambience. Valet available and staff needs to be groomed well on how to tackle tricky situations. Despite that everything seemed perfect. Coming to food, some dishes are mouth watering and some are average. Barring these its a good place to visit, staff needs to focus more on customer retention. Customer delight is not at all their cup of tea I guess, needs management attention in this part.

Good interior, and overall atmosphere was very happening. However comparatively costly . Food is oily. They don't serve peanut masala, it was a huge turn down for me. Peanut as chakhna is must. Please include it in the menu.

Beautiful ambience with Liv music . Good food, great service. We went for a family dinner and had a great time. I tried Daiquiri Peach and I loved it , have tried a few starters, tandoori starters are really good to have . First place in city, where I found neat Toilets , its my luck or their maintenance , I don't know, as I am not from the city, still exploring ... So this has been an overall great experience. Would be great when crowd is little lesser . We have gone on a busy weekend.

Not a happening place .. almost a dead live music restaurant... I recommend to visit Dolphin Hotel for more lively experience and tasty food which is way reasonable than this Soma. Actually I found it's a hardly single star restaurant with below average class taste of food with a price tag of 5 * Hotel, which is not worthy at all.. I felt Myzuno is far better in terms of the kind of beer, and atmosphere, and most importantly the taste of food with a very very reasonable price.. it's just beside Somaa.. give a try, i am sure u won't regret.

Absolutely fantastic place. Food was top notch. Service was very good and quick. The live band that played on the day of my visit took me on a journey. Brilliant guitarist, played some absolute banging riffs. Very enjoyable environment for a group of friends or couples. Don't bring someone for the 1st date though, the music is a bit loud so you won't get to talk to your date as such. (The music is pretty good so maybe you might not want to talk anyway)

The best part of this place is it's Ambience, I've been here just to have some food n I didn't booze, So this review is based mostly on Food. Personally after being to many restaurants in the city I found theirs menu to be over priced. Quality and maintenance is impressive though, Service is super fast too, while coming to taste I found some items to be very salty n that's quite disappointing and basically for any group of friends Biriyani is the common thing that we order where ever we go and it isn't that good too. Wrapping up I will say that our first time experience at SOMAA didn't go quite well in the first place.

However I only went to check it out and didn't have anything, the staff was very polite and treated me well, I'm giving 5 stars for their hospitality only. One of the staff members gave me all the info about the place, it has a private room which can accommodate upto 20 members for private parties, live music which is available monday-friday evenings and on weekends in the afternoon also. The menu has a variety of delicious food from continental to traditional and the drinks menu also has great stuff (including amazing mocktails). The ambience is soothing. I would recommend my friends and family to pay a visit whenever they'll be in vizag.

Thier singing is good but their choice of songs doesn't suit mood here.. we came here to chillout ended up going with heavy heart cz of those pathos songs.... please don't do this again

Over the weekends one need to have prior booking else will have to wait for about an hour for walk-in. Also they would allow atleast 4 members for booking. To book for a couple, they would suggest to share the table with another couple. I went on Feb 14th with my financee for dinner. I would say it's very good. Coming to ambience, perfectly filled with lights and live music. Music covers all language songs. We ordered tandoori vanjaram fish. Simply superb. Ordered somaa special murgh pizza. It was not hot enough. We asked the boy to make it hot. He took a while because of serving many other people. 4S & 4U mocktail is very good. It tastes bit spicy which gives wonderful taste. Golden blossom mocktail is not very great though. Overall, very good place for friends or family for a good dinner with live music.

Best place to chill out and socialize. They serve great delicious food and booze too. The service is very nice and professional. Even families go here to eat food, so not bad for family dining. We enjoyed our time eating good food while listening to live music(and watching cricket too).

Important: The way Hindu gods depicted on entrance wall is looking as apart of design instead to worship. I sincerely request the management to kindly fill the space with some other images and remove Hindu God pictures. It is my sincere and humble request to the management. The ambience of this place is really outstanding, but the biggest negative about this place is that all the items are heavily overpriced. I haven't seen such hiked prices even in Hyderabad. Although the vibe is great, it still doesn't justify the pricing. They have ample seating available. I have tried Kung pao chicken, Nasi goreng rice, chilli potato and all the items were just average. If they work on their pricing this place deserves to be one of the top places in Visakhapatnam.
