The
hotel
is
thriving
on
misrepresenting
facts
to
customers.
They
have
an
indoor
dining
menu
that
says
"served
24
hours
a
day".
But
when
you
arrive
late
at
night
and
ask
for
food
-
you
are
told
the
kitchen
closes
at
10/10.30
pm,
and
nothing
is
served
after
that.
In
my
case,
one
of
the
staff
members
was
kind
enough
to
send
some
food
when
I
arrived
late
at
night
after
informing
me
their
kitchen
closes
at
10.30
pm
and
it
is
the
standard
practice
in
the
city
(which
unfortunately
I
am
not
aware
of).
I
am
grateful
to
them
-
yet,
it's
not
right
to
mention
incorrect
information
on
your
site.
Today,
I
ordered
a
salad
with
sprouts
and
quinoa
for
lunch,
and
I
was
sent
the
food
without
the
quinoa.
Later,
when
I
complained,
they
agreed
to
send
it
afresh,
but,
finally,
after
waiting
for
almost
an
hour,
I
decided
it
is
better
to
skip
a
meal
than
waste
my
time
calling
them
up,
again
and
again,
to
ask
for
an
update.
Similarly,
the
hotel
has
a
board
outside
the
pool
that
says
the
pool
is
open
till
9
pm.
However,
the
staff
says
the
timings
have
changed
to
6.30
pm
since
the
pandemic.
That's
great
-
but
who
will
make
that
change
on
the
board?
Though,
I
hope
they
go
ahead
and
make
the
change
now,
after
I
have
pointed
it
out
to
them
several
times.
Overall,
I
have
had
an
awful
and
frustrating
experience
-
especially
in
terms
of
dining
and
service
at
this
hotel.
