If I had an opportunity to give minus rating then certainly I could have given. Gym trainer Bobby was very good and he helped us a lot. House keeping person Chandu was very cooperative. Reception people were also good.Food was worst, too much spicy and monotonous. No one was there to improve it .For every service you have to remind them. We were supposed to stay in bio bubble but the hotel staff was not caring of it and non bio bubble persons were frequently entering in the bio secured area. The whole hotel was focused in cost cutting rather than improving services.All in all hotel really needs to improve services.

I just loved the ambiance. The 4 points located at The middle of the city. Signature view of 4 points of the sides of the hotel. Looking great ambiance. Children to old aged people definitely enjoying the food, rooms, swimming pool..

Not even in comparison to 4 or 5 star hotel, 3 star hotels are better than this. Worst and unfriendly behaviour of staff. The meals provided are tasteless and repetitive menu for dinner, lunch and breakfast. Only good thing was desserts.

Looks like renovation is going on. The dining and bar are not even 1star worth.. While food is average, I had to wait 10 minutes and ask someone to clean the used table to sit. Needs vast improvement.

The hotel is decent but the property is now beginning to age. It has probably slid a bit from my previous stay about two years back. But still, the food and the enthusiasm of the staff make up for it. The location had plus and minus. Its one of the few good priorities in Vizag but, unlike others, its not located in the beach. Welcoming is a major factor in any hotel. No one actually paid attention when we entered the hotel. When we went to the buffet section, there weren't a lot many options to choose from. The buffet menu was very limited, yet the food was very tasty. There was one attendant took care of our needs and constantly asked what we wanted. The was the only plus.

The hotel is thriving on misrepresenting facts to customers. They have an indoor dining menu that says "served 24 hours a day". But when you arrive late at night and ask for food - you are told the kitchen closes at 10/10.30 pm, and nothing is served after that. In my case, one of the staff members was kind enough to send some food when I arrived late at night after informing me their kitchen closes at 10.30 pm and it is the standard practice in the city (which unfortunately I am not aware of). I am grateful to them - yet, it's not right to mention incorrect information on your site. Today, I ordered a salad with sprouts and quinoa for lunch, and I was sent the food without the quinoa. Later, when I complained, they agreed to send it afresh, but, finally, after waiting for almost an hour, I decided it is better to skip a meal than waste my time calling them up, again and again, to ask for an update. Similarly, the hotel has a board outside the pool that says the pool is open till 9 pm. However, the staff says the timings have changed to 6.30 pm since the pandemic. That's great - but who will make that change on the board? Though, I hope they go ahead and make the change now, after I have pointed it out to them several times. Overall, I have had an awful and frustrating experience - especially in terms of dining and service at this hotel.

The hotel's location is too convenient to reach as it is in a prime location of the city. The rooms are clean and hygienic with decent room service. Coming to the food & service at this hotel, I started visiting this place repeatedly just because of the staff at the eatery, and of course great food too. Food: Many hotels have too many items that we might not even taste but Sheraton has a limited number of items but all of them are fresh and taste great. It’s too important for any hotel to maintain this equation. Staff at the eatery: I visited many premium hotels (sometimes visited the same hotels multiple times) across India but I never remembered any names of the service staff anywhere. But I only remember one person’s name and her name is Kaveri. It is very important for the staff not only to receive the customers well but also to understand the food preferences of the customers. I didn’t find this quality even in many experienced staff across the country but she is just amazing in understanding the customer’s food preferences. She is very patient (thanks to her for tolerating my unlimited food preferences & customizations), polite, and sincere in performing her duty. She also cares about one’s comfort, interacts well while waiting for food, and still manages to handle other customers as well. We started visiting repeatedly just because of her, if not for stay at least for dinners.

Location is a major plus as it is in close proximity to Waltair club. Apart from this, the hotel is pretty much a 3 star in the garb of a 5 star. Breakfast is at most average. With the exception of coffee, everything else was either forgettable, undercooked or overcooked.

Rooms are aesthetically designed. Loved the workspace for multiple laptops. Quiet atmosphere, lot of parking space and well designed lobby. Restaurants and the brew bar looked really good.

An overpriced overhyped hotel. While rooms are spacious, had sever problems with card and door locks. In a span of 2 days stay had to face this 4 times. Though it was attended to , highly unacceptable for the standards of this hotel. My stay was in last week of Sep for a business visit. Greenpark is a lot better and less expensive.

Last month I had an opportunity to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam and I must say that I had an awesome time. The check-in process was smooth and seamless. It was so easy as they only wanted a few details and I was attended immediately. The staff members were very friendly and nice, and they made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. They also have a lot of female employees which is great. Their food at an in-house restaurant Eatery was delicious and beautiful. Highly recommend staying at this hotel when you are in Visakhapatnam/Vizag.

Fantastic hotel at exactly on the beach. Good for those who looks for relaxation.probably they have to give a better package to the guests to have more booking. In all I'm very happy with location and there area.

I stayed in hotel for five days and the experience was great. Spacious room, polite staff and the cleanliness is commendable. Breakfast/ Dinner had lot of options and cuisine. The staff crew was really nice and extremely helpful. I enjoyed my holiday more than i expected.

Nice place to stay when on vizag. It's one of the better hotels. Staff is courteous and the food is good. Location isn't great but may appeal to some as it's close to some shopping destinations.

The overall experience was satisfactory, The room and ambiance were good but their services could be better. I stayed on the fourth floor and they need to work on lighting on that floor. The food was fine but they use to shuffle the items for the next day.

I have stayed here for 4 nights. I firstly want to thank ms kavya and Mr Vivek for a smooth early check in. I want to thank mr Manas Ranjan the head chef who took special care for our food. I want to thank mr aishant and Mr Rocky from restaurant team. In short this is a good property, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food is good , the front office staff should be more active. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit vizag.

Had a bad experience even without entering the hotel. The hotel management does not allow people to park cars or bikes on the other side of the road which is a "PUBLIC AREA". they say they own the whole area which is the public space. This area has hospitals and people come for emergencies and these people act without any common sense and have argument with people parking their vehicle's in the public space. Shame on the management on giving such instructions to the staff.

Stayed here for one night. The rooms were neat. The bathroom had cracks in the toilet. It shows that the property is getting old. The food is totally bland and forgettable. No salt no spice and definitely not for Indian customers. Ordered Parathas as a late afternoon snack but they were so tasteless we decided to go out for dinner. Breakfast wasn't inspiring either. The most disgusting and disappointing experience about the stay was being disturbed at 11pm in the night to settle the afternoon's snack food bill of 400rs. Apparently they have to settle the food bills on the same day and cannot wait until the next day when I was checking out. And they decided that the middle of the night is the time to ask for that payment. They could have sent the bill with the food when I ordered at 3pm in the afternoon but no... They waited until 11pm at night. Basically they care about their bills but not about the customer experience. I felt they certainly don't care about Indian customers.

Went here for a weeknight buffet dinner at their restaurant - The Eatery. It was an average dinner spread and food was not rave worthy. The only thing I enjoyed was the curd rice. Also the dishes were missing serving spoons. Missing drinking glasses and cutlery at the table. Some of the dishes were missing labels. Perhaps the place is more active on a weekend as more guests would come but I wouldn't recommend it for a week night if you are not staying at the hotel. The money can be better spent somewhere else.

Not up to the mark. We paid a bomb but food was not good at all. We had high expectations but turned sour as the food+buffet was bland with very less items. do not recommend to anyone nor will ever visit again!

At the time of check in, we were provided with used rooms. The irony was that they didn't feel ashamed to informed that it was used by a bride family. Really upsetting and unprofessional. On yhe other hand, the breakfast spread was good and the staffs in the dining areas were good and attentive to our needs. I really appreciate the same. It is located in a good area. Good restaurants are nearby and beach is not very far.

Excellent 4 star Hotel of Sheraton group work excellent rooms, restuarants, coffee place, fitness centre, swimming pool and banquets with car parking facility for more than 300 cars. Excellent property. Banquet hall pic is attached which is very good.

This 12 years old property is ageing and the best of staff try to salvage the situation by offering superior services.The Sheraton brand's service standards are missing, courtesy franchise management of the hotel.F&B is basic and presumes all guests will opt for buffet, it's better to not order Ala carte. Front desk is the saving grace, staff are very caring.

Me and family stayed with them 3 years back, then the experience was excellent, well maintained but unfortunately this time, the experience has not been very good. The hotel has become old, the carpets on the floor are all soiled and look very dirty, really steals away the essence of good memories. Really pity the well behaved staff. Hope the group company pays more attention to these things.

Huge place but did not like the hotel as the rooms are in bad shape and management struggles to maintain them. Staff does not work in sync and requests go unheard or need multiple reminders, room service is very slow.

Perfect place to stay when you have jus landed from out of country. This is my son's first visit to India and he started feeling very comfortable here the very first day. The staff is very friendly and flexible to our requests. Room maintainance , Food quality and overall hygiene is very well maintained. Will highly recommend this place for NRIs traveling with family. Would specially want to thank some of the staff members by names like Sujata, sarada, suraj Singh,Vivek,Ramesh, Ashant, Sadham, Suraj who assisted us wonderfully during our stay. On a separate note would like to thank Sujaudhin for providing room service for us our in the middle of the night. Keep up the good work team thank you.

Worth visiting. Ambience is nice with swimming pool. Buffet price is very reasonable comparing with other restaurants in Visakhapatnam. I liked all the varieties in buffet. My favourite was dessert. Didn't like the corriondor soup though. We ordered it separately but it didn't taste good. Apart from that everything was good. The buffet price at time of my visit was around 1200 including tax.

Very nice rooms. Service is awesome. We liked the hospitality here. All are so warm and good. Always smiling. I specially want to mention names of Suryakanta and Saddam of the restaurant here, they were really good at their service. Beautiful place and excellent hospitality. The next best thing after the rooms are the breakfast & dinner buffet. I last visited 2 years back; and the quality & quantity they maintained the same. The chef. Other cooks, the serving team are all doing an excellent job in helping folks to upgrade from M to L. A small recommendation or request from my side to the hotel is to include some discounts or special discount on the food. Most items are good but equally expensive; many who stayed stated getting food from local restaurants. In short; I had a great stay and looking forward to repeat.

Decent variety in breakfast, better than other star hotels. nice spacious room. staff are excellent & caring. It's a good hotel with excellent staff specially from the Food & beverages section. Buffet spread is good and authentic, staff takes good care of the guests at the restaurant and also chefs gives a visit to the table to take feedback on the food preparation. But buffet has very limited choice , especially for Vegetarians.Live counter has just pasta. Seating capacity is not sufficient or not well managed. During lunch it was Little chaos when all guests came together. Rooms are maintained well and the bed is pretty comfortable.

Just one word pathetic! From the time we entered till the time we left from the hotel! Nothing worked well. Checkin time issue( Though we've requested at the time of booking) Charged extra for another room just to keep a patience check on us. Late food delivery, Less welcoming, ac didn't worked for even after shifting to three rooms. I can never ever recommend anyone. Also, It's a heavy disappointment. If you really can't maintain the brand value of the marriott kindly do no fool people around.! Hope things work well for others.🌈

Well, we went for lunch on a thursday, I turn vegetarian on thursday's... I felt there's not much variety in veg food. We had few starters , veg fried rice and fruit platter.Quantity was also not that great. The staff was good but as telugu is a language spoken in vizag , they should atleast understand few basic words or sentences ,which was a bit not acceptable.. Coming to the ambience it was so lovely and great. One can go there for getting beautiful pictures .. The pool side area is good for pictures.. Desert and beverage variety was also not that great.. And the AC didnt work properly, which was so disappointing and irritating on summer afternoons..

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate weekend. Everything was great at this hotel. Amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome

I am a Marriot gold member and have stayed in various properties across India. I must say the hospitality shown here was amazing. Although th3 bathroom was a tad small, the room was perfect. The dinner buffet could have been a bit better on the Indian curry dishes but the spread was well laid out. This is a property I won't hesitate to stay again.

Lovely large rooms. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Buffet spreads are truly large and lavish. Breakfast spreads are a bit monotonous. Staff are very assistive & well mannered. Stones throw from the hip and happening high street of Visakhapatnam. Literally hundred of food options within 10 minutes of walking distance. Open Parking, though ample, is a pain when it rains. Toiletries are of top notch quality. Housekeeping is very efficient but unobtrusive.

Had been to Four Points Sheraton to meet my family friends and dine. This property is centrally located in the city and is nearer to beach as well as commercial establishments, including few offices. Food is generally good. We took buffet, which had less room for vegetarians. The ambience, service at restaurant, hygiene are remarkable. Food taste in certain items can be better. Tomato rice was very nice. My friend booked rooms for a month stay.

I went there for my office offsite meeting. Nice ambience and setup for an office oofsite meeting. The distance from main road to the hotel is a bit long and it's kind of uppish road. Vehicles lime buses may have difficulty to drive and having narrow roads to take turns. Coming to food it's below average . Especially the mutton curry is not good.
