Hi , Recently I visited Sri Kanya Fortune Restaurant by 8 pm for buffet with a great expectation.. . But we had a very bad experience.. all items are very cool include tandoori .. fish is worst.. I never find such a cool coated fish anywhere.. No Chicken biryani , only mutton biryani with no mutton that is also cool.. vegetarian also not any special dishes .. regular course of food .. I had a doubt that is it an ITC group or Normal Restaurant ? No kid chairs .. Execpt ambiance nothing is good .. don’t go as they are giving offers .. Check before you start..

All are very nice staff, good communication my 2nd floor manager and all staff too good really I'm very lucky to stay in this hotel ..... Time to time trasport facility cabs available, venkata Prasad sir travel owner 24/7 vehicle available he is also good person never face any vehicle problem simply superb. Awesome hotel... I ll give more than 5******star.

A good place for functions. Quite a place for some time. Need couple of improvements like parking and capacity. Everything was satisfactory other than that.

Very good ambiance, maintenance located at a busy area in the center from Railway Station and RTC Complex. Function halls are available to accommodate around 200 persons with a buffet system for food. Suitable for mini functions, meetings, conferences, marriages, birthdays. We have attended for a marriage here and took a room also. Food is okay. Service is good. Even though parking place is less, the security tried to manage it properly.

The room experience was really bad. Started facing problems since day 1. The toilets flush did not stop. It was continuously flushing. Later on The flush stopped working. Told them to fix it. They did however it continuously kept flushing. The next day water started dripping from the AC and the whole room floor was filled with water. After these incidents I decided that I cannot stay here.

Service is good. Even though parking place is lesser, the security tried to manage it properly. If parking is full, it is little bit trouble. Around 20 cars may be accommodated.

Today, my family and I decided to enjoy a vegetarian buffet at this establishment. However, the experience left us with mixed feelings. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that there was only one starter offered, which happened to be Vada – a breakfast item, rather an unconventional choice for a lunch buffet. Moving on to the main course, we were presented with plain rice and Gobi Biryani (Gobi rice), which we found to be a suboptimal choice.If not a proper Veg Biryani, Pulihora would have been a much better alternative than this. To accompany our meal, we opted for Roti, but unfortunately, it seemed that the waitress had forgotten our request, leaving us waiting longer than anticipated. When it came to the dessert section, the selection was predictable, featuring the common sweet, payasam. Overall, the buffet experience felt more like a simple veg thali rather than a diverse buffet spread, especially considering the buffet's price point. Given my positive experiences with this hotel chain at various other locations, my expectations were quite high, making this particular visit all the more disappointing. In an effort to express our concerns and provide constructive feedback, we took the initiative to share our thoughts in a written format during the bill payment process.

One of the best properties in Visakhapatnam to stay. We stayed here for 4 nights and the rooms were clean, service was amazing. They took each and every input and prepared us the exact non spicy food my parents required. There is a nice in campus parking where they book a slot for you if you inform them that you are bringing your own car. We loved this as we travelled by road from Kolkata and were concerned about our new car.

We had a great stay at Fortune Sree Kanya during a recent visit to Vizag for a workshop. Staff were courteous and the General Manager personally ensured that we all had a good stay. Would highly recommend.

My overall experience has been good. From the checkin which was done by Mr. Santosh at the Reception to the assistance with the baggage, it was all good. The rooms are decent. I had a good sleep. Do not expect a 5 star room or something better as this is a Fortune Hotel and it is as it is. The rooms could be bettered, but that's my personal opinion. The Hotel is centrally located and is easily accessible to all the places. Didn't try the food here. You guys need to have a medical kit as I saw a client ask for a tablet for headache and the answer was 'No'. This would give your clients a reason to not come back. The check-out experience also for me has been good. I don't remember the name of the lady at the Reception, but, my thanks to her too. All in all a good experience. All the best guys. Thank you.

Good, clean hotel. Does not have many facilities and some bathroom amenities did not function as expected but a good stay with a nice breakfast spread as well

The hotel is in a good locality and has most of the amenities you need nearby and is a busy street in vishakhpatnam. The hotel is quiet and well maintained and is often busy with some or the other meeting/function, price is a bit high but is still worth the experience it is a apt place for a family trip or a business trip the staff is very friendly and respectful and are always warm with their approach

If there was an option to give Zero Star i would give that. We reached at 4 pm thanks to the Hotel Taxi Driver who could not locate us and the language barrier proved another hurdle. Add to it rain and traffic to reach the hotel from the airport. It was supposed to be AMERICAN PLAN.. wonder why they can't have simply an INDIAN PLAN. Like by naming AMERICAN PLAN some great thing will happen. May be they can fool the locals but not people who are used to regular travel and stay at various cities. We asked for Lunch which was included as per the AMERICAN PLAN. But because the buffet closed at 3.30 pm, the reception staff bluntly said NO. We asked for something to be delivered to our room that was also straight faced denied. In addition they said anything now will be chargeable. Additional charges for food for a room with a charge of Rs 5000+ for a night with three meals included. The rooms are small and dark. With a door separating two rooms i could hear the next room guy's mobile 'ting' going off whenever. But thankfully i was not alone, the cobwebs and it's inhabitants made sure i had company though looked a bit creepy. They have an odd time to start the breakfast at 0730 whereas generally it's 0700 hrs everywhere. Another way of not giving food and saving up on the cost and maximising profits. I asked for packed breakfast as had to leave by 0700 as such. Not much. Just a veg sandwich and two toast slices with little butter jam. The receptionist said toast butter jam is not possible because there will be no one to do it. I said what about the sandwich then how is that coming up and that person may make it. But a straight face no. Oh and by the ways this discussion was on the previous night at about 2200 hrs not like at 0655 the next day. So yes.. for anything and everything a straight face no is available. May be that's the AMERICAN PLAN. Surprising it's a member of ITC's group. I am sure ITC would like to have a look at this and re ascertain their partnership and name association with such hotels. Overall a pathetic experience and stay with no food and any service whatsoever. Thanks for reading. And hope you make a sound decision before booking here.

Went for buffet lunch after watching a food vlog reel on insta. First impression I regretted it. For the price I am paying expected a decent buffet. But no, the varieties are so less and the ambience is just average. Ina buffet just one non veg starter and no Biryani. And the veg curries are like 3 to 4 and none of them have a paneer. Even veg person will hate it. They charged a water bottle price ₹70, for that hotel it's not that worth. I eat frequently in Daspalla-Dimple it's way better. If you want to have a decent buffet go to Dimple rather than this place.

We have celebrated our sons first bday in fortune diamond hall. Hotel ambience , the staff and especially Mr Murty was so good in coordinating everything with us. Food was good . We are happy with their hospitality .😊

Food is average. Service is good but they were not accepting ₹ 2000. As per government rule every organization should accept till sep 30th. My dad asked about this and the manager was mean and complaining that banks are not accepting. Tell me which bank is not accepting. This behaviour is not at all accepted. Being a 3 star hotel you have to accept ₹2000. It is not a road side dhaba. Management please look into this.

The rooms are decent. I had a good sleep. Do not expect a 5 star room or something better as this is a Fortune Hotel and it is as it is. The rooms could be bettered, but that's my personal opinion.

Review depends on expectations and outlook. I stay more at ITC Welcome, so my comparison may be unfair, this was vastly lower on quality for my expectations. For me, this felt more like a good 2 star hotel or an average 3 star. AC was too warm during the entire night as it struggled to cool to the set Temp. Staff is quite good and prompt. Upkeep in genral seemed fine, but overll feel is "just ok".

We are at ITC's fortune inn at vishakhapatnam and we did not have so pleasant experience. They lack in customer service especially the restaurant staff. Sharing one incidence - they serve eggs omlette on live counter and they have closed place so it was stinking badly. We requested them to just shift this in their kitchen coz it was not bearable and staff was arguing and not ready to do it. Their reception staff also reacted the same way. It was na unusual experience at ITC for the first time. Their housekeeping service is very good.

The place was nice to stay and also the complimentary breakfast and dinner/lunch was quite good considering the cost they were charging for the stay.

Bad staff. Very poor service. I had booked this hotel multiple times and each time no improvement in the service. Very bad service staff. Tried to escalate to supervisor and he’s also equally bad. My recommendation is big no.

Excellent, clean, sincere and honest services. Regular change of blankets. Front office staff should be well matured persons. They should get training. Interested for rating not to listen your opinion. Over all their attached food court is really at par with Tata group of Hotels. Delicious food morning tiffens, dinner. 💐💐💐

Stayed Here And Excellent And Affordable Hotel For Corporate! Nice Food and Excellent Center Of City Location To Move Around.

We conducted my brother's wedding ceremonies over here at Pearl hall on 5th floor. Hall is decent and food is good too. But I felt that there was discrepancy regarding the number of plates as we had ordered 120 plates and later added 50 more. But plates count was less when we checked with respect to number of people. Rooms were large, spacious and neatly kept. Bucket and mug should be provided in bathrooms. Prompt services and midnight delivery was also available. Complementary breakfast was too good. 😋 I reduced one star only for the missing plates discrepancy. I wonder whether this cheating happens at every hotel.

I liked the service and it's heart of the business district of Vizag. I had organized a small dinner 12-Aug-21 with my few of my close relatives from Vizag and it was delightful. Highly recommend.

The rooms and amenities are good and comfortable. Breakfast and overall food quality is very good. The location of hotel is convenient too for city visit. There were certain minor issues with rooms but the staff had been helpful to resolve it quickly. Only issue was party hall situated on 5th floor which can be quite noisy for people staying at 4rth floor. The roofs aren’t noise proof which is surprising for hotel of this category. Edit: booking this hotel through booking websites was a mess. There was a huge miscommunication from all service providers which costed us extra. However, hotel manager and the staff resolved as much as possible. Make sure to check with hotel directly about the offerings.

Beautiful place with great ambiance and food was amazing,it tastes really good . They have also provided you a function hall with capacity of 200 people and separate dinning halls which gives a very decent look ..where you can enjoy small parties and small functions in your family and given a spacious parking

Hotel is located at a prime location. Rooms are spacious and have a nice ambience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delightful 😋 I liked the south Indian food served in breakfast. Especially the ginger chutney. I learnt the recipe later from chef. Slight disappointment only when a couple of orders were rejected due to unavailability of supplies. Other than that overall a good experience during my stay.

If you want to stay in a star hotel that is near to Bus complex and Railway station then this is one of the option. Situated in a Huge traffic area. Roads often jams by vehicles. However, food is ok. Ambience is not that good. Overall a place you stay where you need a quick communication to various transports

No one at the entrance to guide where the restaurant is!! Deserted entry. Figured out the place to go! It was written coffee shop, but had a buffet lunch there... Ambience is good, Polite service. Good spread. Food was tasty. expected better management from a fortune hotel. Bit disappointed, A mod sized hotel turned in to a fortune hotel i guess. Pretty decent.

Visit to this place will always be for good delicious food.. and not even once we regret for the same.. serving hospitality and taste are good to be noticed.. especially the quality & price. Recommend everyone to have a visit with their families..

Hotel is quite ok however funtastic service and location. You will get good breakfast with various food items. Rooms are okey per space. Decent wifi/ internet in rooms. If don't want to eat in hotel, lots of preference nearby for local and traditional Andhra food.

Went to Fortune Inn Sree Kanya for Dinner Buffet ( Non Veg ). What I liked : 1.Great Vibe and Environment. 2. Less Crowded and Calm place. 3. Hygienic place and Plates being Disinfected. 4. The Hotel staff was Great and humble throughout our visit, very polite with great hospitality. 5. Price is also really great, great for small families coming for reunion and parties. 6. Tasty food with good variety in Veg Side with good deserts. What I'd want them to improve : 1. Parking space is very limited so we had to park our Cars outside at a far away spot. 2. The variety of food in Nveg was lesser then expected, would want them to add more dishes to Nveg side. Except these two things, I and My whole Family IMMENSELY LOVED THE EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS FOR BUFFETS, AFFORDABLE AND GREAT FOOD SERVED WITH LOVE ❤ . Will definitely come back once again Soon.

I attended for Birthday party. Spacious Halls, Rooms and good parking facility. Food items are delicious and for group gathering centrally located place. Moderate charges for buff parties. Advisable to family functions and common men,s marriages.

Nice ambience.. rooms are very neat and clean.. Especially laundry support and house keeping team was nice.. rani she was very perfect on her duty of collecting laundry items and returned it on same day.. Thanks to the team work..

The bedsheets and pillow covers weren't changed. Crumpled to the core. The room service says they'll call back and you keep waiting and waiting... Rude people at breakfast point, however one person apologised for the other person's behaviour. I have always been a fan of this place. However I see it degrading in services gradually.

Expected a lot from this hotel. The rooms were average sized. Ok for a small family. We had booked for 2 adults and 1 kid of 7 yr old and has opted for a large bed. But the bed was of normal size and we had problems to sleep. Upon asking for an extra bed, they quoted an exorbitant price which was unreasonable. The service was poor as you have to ask for everything atleast twice. Breakfast was ok. Location was good. Will not recommend for longer stays...needs a lot of improvement.

Had a really short stay in this property however I liked their staff, quite prompt during breakfast buffet service and really welcoming. Food is excellent, breakfast spread has variety and taste as well as healthy options. I assume they are short staffed due to pandemic which explains the time it took to check-in as there was only one staff on their Reception front desk. Over all good experience, rooms were clean, location of the hotel is by the main road, exactly 20minutes from airport.

Room was very good. But for breakfast they allowed some corporate meeting team also to join. For every item we had to wait for about 10-15minutes. Finally had a half full breakfast :-(
