It's very bad the way they treat customers. They pushed out me and my friend. when I said my friends are coming in 10 min we need 7 sitting position. They literally pushed out and saying wait outside of the restaurant and come when you're friends reaches. That's very bad experience I have faced and it's first time I have visited , I am never gona visit this Bombay restaurant in my life. Once all my friends reached we went to Zeeshan restaurant which is near to that place and we enjoyed a lot.

It was good to be there for dinner. They should have waiting area where people could sit and wait for there turn to come and then happily proceed for dinner or may be lunch. I Sharin experience for my dinner time on Sunday. Food was good 👍but I felt Manger & staff were in hurry to jump attending next customer. When I complete my first portion of meal, instead of asking me if I may take anything else in food or wish to end up with ice cream or Sweet. But the offer me the finger bowl.

It's always a quiet good experience dining here , good taste and cheaper price but the loads of people traffic is high in here so it's always been waiting here about 20-30 minutes before you get your spot it's always busy but good taste food and you have separate family dining hall and other stags and friends in here

Take away is the best option I think in weekends there will be too crowded must wait for dine in but when it comes to biriyani 😍🤤😋 Too tasty

I tried prawns fry and Bonbay spl. biryani. Prawns are bland with no taste to offer and biryani is very disappointing. Bad taste and too much of oil so that it literally forms a layer on your tongue. Over crowded and over priced. Irrespective of current Covid, you don't get the choice to occupy a single table if you are a couple. Serving is slow and they demand tip. I wouldn't recommend this place and strictly avoid it.

Very poor experience. Very bad food. Bad service. They serve either ery chilled water bottlr or very sun hot water bottle. They don't have normal water bottle. The waiter himself ask for tip and even multiple time. They don't have toilets. For men they send them to so. E other building which is very dirty. For women they don't have anything.

First of all, let's start with the waiters. No professionalism at all, no proper interest to describe items, didn't know right way to serve and literally they directly ask for tip and stand around table all the time making it weird. Coming to food, oh Jesus most horrible food I have had, the chilli chicken was so dry and had bad smell and taste in few pieces. The biriyani had burnt pieces of chicken, not at all good taste, we struggled to complete our plates. Even the raita tasted bad. Oh yes, not to forget, we found two hair strands in the biriyani. Is that the food you provide and hygiene you maintain? It was a pathetic experience. Would never ever go there again.

We are 4 people ordered one fry piece biryani and one veg biryani. As we are getting late for movie in leela Mahal, we just ordered main course with out any starters. The waiters was so disappointed and pressurized us to order starters, but we declined. Chicken fry piece biryani was so cold and tasteless. The pieces were hard and it has some kind of smell. Veg fried is as plain as white rice. It was just rubbish. The curd they serves was like thick juice with stickiness. I'm sure that it is not original curd. Overall food was bad and not at all recommended.

Food rates are reasonable. Afghani cicken kabab Rs.180, Apillo fish 200, Double joint chicken biryani Rs.300. Apollo fish good kababs were not soft. Biriyani rice was good but the chicken joint had gravy which was not tasty. Overall good ambience. Very small congested space.

Food is not that good but u can manage .... They won't allow u to eat relaxingly...the prices are too high not at all affordable....as soon as they serve they'll wait u to eat quickly and move out of the restaurant...NOT RECOMMENDED

Today i was given the order Mutton Biriyani they are serving the Heavy salted Mutton Biriyani, i am started my eating i find out the mistake after that they are replacing Prawns Biriyani instead of Mutton Biriyani.... It's ridiculous service from cooking Department.

It's feel like having a rice with ginger garlic paste. we ordered Bombay special biryani on the sujjection of staff for two people it's also not enough even though we consume less quantity generally. Later we ordered . Super spl biryani . Even it's rice is also same. But they provide butter chicken curry with this item. Butter chicken is nice. And starters also good. But comes to biryani pathetic. We utterly disappointed. And ambiance is also improved when compared to past.

Legacy restaurant in vizag and still standing. The biryani rice flavour is literally different than any other biryani's I know. Excellent in taste and quantity, Biryani is special rate starting from 180 Chicken Biryani and 230 Mutton biryani. All the chicken and mutton curries starting from 170 rupees with good amount of quantity. Far more better than any other restaurant in vizag. Near Jyothi theatre branch is the old one better than all other branches.

The worst hotel for Biryani, under the name of biryani they serve fried rice and chicken pieces, Ambience is dark intentionally so that customer cant not see the food. Menu rates are not matching with actual bills, they manipulate in bills also.

They are charging extra for unordered food too. We have ordered for 5 tandoor roti and 1 chicken dilkush which costs Rs. 429.50 but was presented with the bill of worth Rs.933.50, when questioned they just denied saying its a mistake, it may be happening with many customers, i request all the customers to check your bills and verify before paying espacially at Bomabay restaurant.

The food is ok there are two rooms one especially for families . The room is an AC and you can relax there a little bit. Coming to food the quantity i felt is less and spiciness is also average. I recommend Bombay special which consists everything like egg, chicken, mutton& prawns. Prior to this inform the server regarding the spiciness they will adjust according to your taste. Prices are little bit high and waiting time will be around 30 to 40 min for the dish to arrive.

The management is bad no one is responding for taking the order when we were calling them . The rice item specially biriyani made here is not for one who need spicy or tasty biryani. The biriyani is almost taste less. But the other items we ordered are nice and spicy like chicken tandoori, chicken 65 etc.

Food was ok The main thing to a restaurant is to have a washroom which is sanitised and clean. The washrooms was like public toilets which made the atmosphere look so bad and untidy , unhygienic. It could be better if washroom facilities are too provided with a proper regularisation of the work.

Today I paid bill via QR Scan code given by the hotel waiter. Later they informed that bill amount not received by them. It is another kind of scam by restaurant people. I tried to make a complaint to the management but simply they cancelled my call without completion of conversation. Means they r also encouraging. Be careful while making payment at that hotel.

I recently visited a restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was quite unpleasant. The restaurant's hygiene was severely lacking, with dirty tables and a noticeable presence of flies. The constant buzzing and landing of flies on the food made it impossible to enjoy the meal. This unhygienic condition greatly affected my overall dining experience.

(Ahaa, Memorable for a Lifetime) First of all, Spent my hard earned income for having a good family time eating the best food. But the food is of lowest hygiene and quality. (Sky High) Literally they packed DECOMPOSED GRAVY (This was giving off a really bad smell that can be felt all over the residential area) and SOUREST TASTING CURD (Oh, thank god this wasn't that much smelling.. Phew! What a Save) which made it awful to eat the food. Biryani rice is somewhat like deep oil fried Vada, full of oil content. The chicken was - God, don't even ask inka. So as you thought, I also casually tossed the parcels into the dump. Accepted the awful feeling of the food and left it for the good. (Thinking here - Karma will take care of everyone) But here I am after 14 mins later writing this Rant with anger and regret. Are you still reading and thinking.... We ordered Kalmi biriyani. Biriyani is flat just tasted like color rice. Raita they gave is like butter milk. Chicken is too spicy and that masala is full of cloves. Apart from that those onions and lemon are not fresh. No finger bowl.
